I have been with Easyspace for approx…
I have been with Easyspace for approx 13 years and found them to be helpful and clear. I recently had an issue with their Web Builder, I originally thought it maybe me or my computer but after attempting the same function on other machines many times without success, I contacted Easyspace support who were very pleasant but unable to find a solution. I received an email the next working day- 2 days ago that the issue has been escalated to their developers for further investigation and resolution. I will update this review when the issue has been sorted

Great support for community voluntary group
As a community voluntary group we don't have the expertise or funding for a high level of I.T Expertise and so Easyspace online support has been crucial for us. The online chat is quick and gives well supported instructions. This great support meant our website was only a problem for a day or two compared to what could have been much longer and much more expensive!

Excellent Services and Support from Easyspace
Have my dedicated server from Easyspace. There have been no isues with the service and support by Easyspace, they are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues, bearing in mind that the issues were never relating to the server / software provided by Easyspace.

So Easyspace replied with the same old…
So Easyspace replied with the same old excuses (at bottom of this comment) yes it seems it was set to auto renew but NOT by us, YOU EASYSPACE set it to auto renew. Im sure it used to be set to NOT auto renew and that we chose, but now you have set to auto renew, you have chosen, many must fall for this amendment. We have never paid up front before far as we know, we have Never chosen to auto renew, this must be a new way to get money from people who have not yet had that service, we dont like that we have fallen for this, we find this very dishonest, we did not give permission for you to take the money up front and unless you refund us then we will leave when our time is up, when the next payment is due. We were unable to pay other bills because YOU took our money ! and yes we do expect a good service for our money, your company does not give this either, it takes so long for spam emails to transfer into the in box , one took days, most take anything from 15 minutes to hours. Also you can not read some of them in the spam box, they are blank, so you have to send them to the in box to view whether you want them or not. Some of our emails have been lost over the time and if we send from the spam directly from a particular one it doesnt go into the inbox that gets lost also. And sometimes it says new email, but when we wait nothing actually arrives. Your site did go down for some time, yet we get no refund for this or any of these inconveniences. You take money ahead yet the service isnt guaranteed to be acceptable and working. Your goodwill gesture does not cover all these inconveniences plus the taking of money up front. we find your practice of taking money up front underhanded. Why dont you set it to not to auto renew like you did before , instead of to auto renew? its so you can be sure there will be people like us who fall for it and you will get their money before its due., very underhanded indeed :(

I am sorry to hear of the negative experience you have had in relation to the auto-renewal of the mail package on the account.
From reviewing the account, I have noted that the service was set to automatically renew, and we have collected the renewal payment as instructed on the account. Upon speaking with the team, we had agreed to align the mail package with the domain registration renewal date, extending the mail package by 2 months as a gesture of goodwill. This was accepted, and the changes have been made to the account.
I can see from your many other reviews that you hold companies to the highest of standards and I am sorry that we have been unable to meet these standards on this occasion.

A pleasant contrast to run of mill ISPs
Easyspace provide a personal and professional service. This make a pleasant contrast to some of the huge ISPs. When we have had hosting or email issues, Easyspace support have been a pleasure work with. This has saved us many hours. I recommend.

Their service is always amazing. If ever there is a problem, they help, no questions asked.

I’ve been using Easyspace for years and years. Efficient, honest and caring.
Fast registration of domains. Auto renewals so you don’t lost those important domains and fair prices.
There are cheaper out there. But I’ve not found anyone better.

Excellent online chat support !!
I had a problem with my Wordpress website due to an upgrade that I made to my Elementor plugin. I contacted Easyspace via the online chat and the support person was very helpful and made the neccessary changes while I was online and this sorted the problem. An excellent service which makes me confident to keep using Easyspace for my domain hosting etc.

Total peace of mind with Easyspace

Easyspace provide me with domain and personal email service. With Internet services, where so many service providers are involved its often hard to pinpoint a problem and resolve it. Easyspace support agents are responsive and patient, and they take care to understand the issue before responding, which is not always the case with other service providers.

More than twenty years
I have been an Easyspace domain customer since 1999. On each occasion that I have needed to contact them for support their representative has been knowlegeable and efficient, resolving my (usually self-inflicted) problem in the first call. I have recently migrated my email service from Sky (Yahoo) to Easyspace and, as expected, my initial difficulties were swiftly and expertly resolved.
