Very good experience from the two tech support agents. Very professional and knowlegeable. Got up and running very easily.

Helpful staff
The members of staff I spoke to were all extremely helpful - including someone who answered the phone at exactly 5.30 (end of work day) and had a train to catch. I had been waiting for the phone to be answered for 17 minutes so would not have been happy if told my query couldn't be dealt with then.

Excellent customer service from Mark Mooney the other day, when he demonstrated the patience of a Saint for his handling of helping me to successfully navigate an important area of the Easy space Portal.
Really first Class in every way.
Owing to my retirement, I am no longer using their services, I have had to close my business website and emails, but I feel that I must give them a 5 star review.
I have been with them for 25 years, they have never let me down, I needed their help on numerous occasions and they were always quick to respond, often out of normal working hours.
I can't thank them enough!
Friendly and knowledgeable adviser.
Not a company with ethics....
This company takes money without providing the service and fails to provide evidence. Emails for the past month have been ignored. They have refused to refund £1500 they took.

Beware auto renew rip off
Disappointing customer service experience. This company will charge you your auto renew fee 30 days before the current agreement ends. So they take your payment 30 days before the renewal date - and the date on the actual invoice. There is no default notification that they are about to do this and no advance warning of the ever increasing cost. This is a great way to continue to fleece inactive customers but NOT a good way to build trust in your brand. This is a cynical practice and does not align with another domain registrar I use who gives a weeks notice that the auto-renewal is due and takes payment on the renewal date (NOT a month in advance!). I have been a customer of EasySpace for many years but that counts for nothing where their customer service is concerned who have been off-hand and unhelpful. Definitely not recommended.

Great until you want to leave then they try every way they can to block you from leaving and try and get more money from you! Avoid looks like my business will lose its email and website for a week due to their tactics not good after nearly 20 years

Terrible webpage design. If I want to access spam emails on my account I need to click/enter 10 different details. Web address, "Control Panel", username, password, "Login", MFA request, useless pop-up, email filter, manage, "All". Surely there must be someone there who can greatly streamline this waste-of-time process? If I accept the MFA request, God knows how many more actions I would need to take just to proceed and don't start me on the pointless and annoying pop up banner.

I want to thank Mark M. at Easyspace. Obviously they set the prices for their packages but he helped by suggesting the cheapest option for us as a small business. Keep up the good work guys.

Why I've Been a customer for ever
Been a customer for ever. I suddenly stopped receiving emails, but could still send. I dont use outlook, but Thunderbird. I tried reinstalling and then contacted a pro. who tried and gave up .
You guessed it - I rang up customer support at easyspace and one of their experts stepped in. Dylan opened up lots of tekky boxes on my screen and quickly found a Thunderbird issue which he fixed in 5 minutes. Thank you Dylan! Support like this is what makes Easyspace a great company to do business with.

What a lovely company to deal with
What a lovely company to deal with! When searching for who held my domain, when being let down by the host of my current website when wishing to move my domain to a new provider, they were so helpful, with clear instructions for a complete novice. I cannot praise them enough, would definitely recommend A+

Excellent Customer Service
I am writing on behalf of my husband who had an excellent experience dealing with Easyspace. He has been a customer for over 25yrs and always received brilliant service.
He needed to transfer domains and, as he's not very computer savvy, required some telephone help. Mark was there and he very patiently took him through the whole process step by step calmly and with great forbearance! My husband had to ring the next day with a query but again Mark was able to hold his hand and help with the process.
In this day and age it's great to be able to talk to someone rather than always do everything online.
If only all Customer Services were like this!
