Ordering was super smooth but item quality control was lacking
Ordering was super smooth. Staff were very helpful. However there was a fault with the Duvalay mattress topper protective bag when received - the zip was not properly stitched in. Not great quality control for a premium priced product. Duvalay did send out a replacement FOC when asked. Hence 3 stars not 5!

We ordered a made to measure topper for our bed in our Adria Twin and the fits is perfect. At the same time we ordered a fitted sheet and that too is a perfect fit. All made and delivered to us within the timescale quoted.

All the difference, ATM!
This topper makes a 10 night or 14 night stay anywhere do-able. This was impossible to contemplate before in our caravan.
Cannot comment, as yet, on the longevity of the product but our hopes are high.

Impressed with the mattress having…
Impressed with the mattress having already bought one, unimpressed with the delivery service.
Ordered it many weeks ahead of needing it and confirmed the week it needed to be delivered. The week before the agreed delivery the courier wanted to deliver it. I cancelled the request and heard nothing. Concerned then that I wouldn't receive it when agreed it took four calls to Duvalay to eventually get an agreed date...it seemed like they had no influence over the courier.
Poor show.

Gamechanger!
After months of deliberating we finally took the plunge and bought a 4cm and 5cm duvalay, and are mighty glad we did. Just had our first trip away this year in our campervan and we're over the moon with them. We both slept so much better than ever before, they were easy to roll up, and so easy to get backout. Really pleased we bought them. My husband described them as "a game changer"! He's not wrong!

Great product and service
A straightforward ordering process backed up by a customer service that was intent on ensuring the product fitted.
I purchased a campervan mattress topper in “Freshtec” and fitted sheets for my Volkswagen Crafter. The shape was complex and the topper and sheets fit the space perfectly.
The “Freshtec” material is being put to the test on a camping trip in 30 degree heat and is providing a comfortable sleeping experience.
The product and commitment to providing what the customer asks for is worth 5 Stars 🤩
