It’s made a big difference !
It’s made my caravan mattress much more comfortable - I was really struggling with back pain which I’ve experienced since a fracture on my spine two years ago so for that I am truly thankful . It does keep sliding down to the foot of the bed a little ,which is a minor nuisance but I may be doing something wrong in tieing it on to the bed maybe ? That’s why I havnt given it 5* But comfort wise it is 5*! Worth the big outlay I feel !

We’ve used the Duvalay sleeping bags for 15+ years and just needed a replacement foam insert for one of them after storing it incorrectly.
Website was easy to navigate. We were kept informed of our order status and delivery details at every step.
The quality of Duvalay products are second to none and I would highly recommend their products.

So comfortable
So comfortable! Very pleased I bought a topper. Makes the caravan bed feel like you are sleeping in your own bed. Excellent service as well. Paid the extra for quick delivery as we were going away. It arrived 2 days after I ordered it. They also sent me measurements to double check to ensure I got the correct fit.

Great product and customer service support
We ordered 2 toppers plus carry bags for our caravan. It was easy to place the order and they arrived much quicker than expected. We were concerned that the bags were not the correct size so contacted Jo in customer services. She was very helpful and explained that we needed to open the toppers to allow them to reach their correct size. This we did and all is now ok. We are really pleased with the quality and the friendly service you get when you contact them is exceptional.

Helpful staff at Duvalay who gave good advice which helped our decision making. Well made custom-fit mattresses for our motorhome which arrived much more quickly than expected timescale. Only issue was delivery company letting things down by cancelling on first day after we had stayed home and on second attempt delivered much earlier than time slot given so lucky we were in. Looking forward to good nights of sleep.

Great nights sleep at last

5 cm freshtec topper has been a game changer and since using it I have been having such good sleeps.
Tried a few cheaper toppers before the duvalay but this is on another level now look forward to sleeping in the camper instead of waking up in the mornings with aches and pains☺️
