We successfully processed our first official booking through their API, and the flight itself went smoothly. However, the overall service and support are worse than bad. The helpdesk is non-existent, and they completely ignore emails sent through their own platform. What happens when an urgent issue arises with flight tickets? How long are we supposed to wait for a reply? On top of that, we are still waiting to know how long a withdrawal from our own balance takes. Having great tech is useless if communication and reliability are completely missing. Avoid until they fix their support.

I have been trying to contact Duffel's customer support for weeks through multiple channels and have not received a single response. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're trying to integrate their API into a real business.

At this point, it feels like the company has disappeared while leaving its website and services online. Without any customer support or communication, it's impossible to rely on their platform for a production application.

The API itself may have potential, but that doesn't matter if you can't get help when you need it. If you're building a business that depends on responsive support, I would be very cautious before choosing Duffel.

It has been 3 weeks that I am emailing them to provide answers on our balance that we have topped up that is not showing in the duffel balance so we cannot operate as a business after they promised ease of use. No customer service to be found anywhere. I have 24 emails over 3 weeks with no response. I'm shocked this company could even create a working product. We are switching suppliers as soon as possible. Everyone stay away from Duffel for your flight/hotel integratioj

Duffel's customer support is an absolute disgrace for a B2B platform. Over 24 hours to respond to urgent ticketing issues is completely unacceptable in the travel industry. They have cost us time, money, and client trust. We are actively looking for alternatives and would strongly warn any travel agency against relying on them.

I booked a flight through one of their partner travel portals and wasn’t automatically sent a receipt for my booking via email. When I contacted support to have them send me a receipt, it took an hour for them to understand what I was asking and then stated that they would have to do it later with no explanation as to why. They have terrible customer service through some off shore cheap company. I can’t even imagine what it would be like if I actually had an issue with my flight.

No support service.
If you are looking for an easy integration, it may look like the right choice, but there are no support going on after. There are a lot of error in their system and airline integration. No one seems to bother helping you or fixing the issues.

Its shows price higher than simple search engine results, a company full of stupids.

Very bad customer support. Late response even at emergency situations. Company does'nt provide a phone number as well.
