As a tech company that spent €9,000 with Travelopro for Flights and Hotels API integrations, this is a formal warning to the global travel tech community.
Do not engage with this vendor.
They use predatory business practices, manipulate live data, and are currently withholding our funds for an uncompleted project.
Our complete, documented experience outlines why this company cannot be trusted:

1. The €9,000 API Trap ( Massive Overpricing )

We already had a proprietary system and only required API integration. Travelopro charged us an exorbitant €9,000 upfront.
We later discovered that reputable industry leaders charge well under €5,000, or entirely waive API fees to foster long-term partnerships.
Travelopro targets businesses with heavily inflated setup fees.

2. Live Pricing Manipulation ( Bait-and-Switch )

During the sales cycle, Travelopro provided a demo environment with highly competitive rates, explicitly claiming they add zero markups.
However, once we moved to the live production APIs, our engineering team conducted exhaustive cross-checks against global B2B/B2C portals.
The live prices were heavily inflated.
When we confronted them with timestamped screenshots, the prices mysteriously dropped back to demo levels within 24 hours.
They actively manipulate pricing data to see what they can get away with.

3. Clear Breach of Contract ( AMC Extortion )

Our signed contract explicitly stated that the first year of the Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) was complementary.
Despite this, before our project was even live, before our accounts were created, and before any dashboard credentials were delivered, Travelopro demanded AMC payment.
To coerce us into paying this premature fee, they arbitrarily cut our API access multiple times during active development, crippling our engineering timeline.

4. Unjust Enrichment and Refusal of Fair Settlement

Due to their technical disruptions, followed by a force majeure outbreak of war in Iran, our regional operations had to be canceled before launch.
No product was delivered, and no account panel was ever handed over.

In good faith, we proposed a settlement:
Travelopro could keep €4,000 for their labor, and refund us €5,000.
They completely rejected this, hiding behind non-refundable clauses to pocket €9,000 for a completely unrendered service.

5. Official Regulatory Escalation Underway

We have officially initiated legal proceedings.
Our legal counsel has escalated this dispute directly to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and relevant judicial/regulatory departments in India to address this unlawful retention of funds.

We spent 8 months trying to integrate their APIs, providing them with clear logs of their system failures, yet they refused to take responsibility. Instead of delivering a functional product, they waited until we reached a breaking point and then issued an outrageous demand for $152,000 USD for 'support' and 'termination fees.'

Don't believe their stories. They send a demo version and after you purchase the use, the prices change. Although they promised that the price would be the same, they don't stand by anything and say that they are a company of tens of millions. I recommend not to approach them.
