Nichts schiefgelaufen, habe sehr viel D2 gekauft aber was die jetzt alles anbieten , langweilig und farblos genauso Plein habe ich immer gerne gekauft aber jetzt nicht mehr nur noch nichtssagendes an Bekleidung ! Im Moment ist nur langweilige Kleidung auf dem Markt !!!

Don’t order online. Delivery still not arrived, tracking info shows shipping company did not receive the parcel.
Been in touch with “customer service” who just say they are looking into it…
I’ve requested a refund 4 times and keep getting told they are looking into it!
Very annoying as I’ll be paying interest on my credit card in a few days as it’s nearly a month ago that I placed an order but I still have no delivery. Delivery said 2-3 days when I ordered.

I am trying to reach them but unfortunately I can’t. They don’t reply to emails. My package has been stuck for a month because they didn’t provide the correct documents to fedex. I am in Canada and I wanted to encourage a Canadian brand. I am trying to call in Germany but no answer and now I am scared they will refund the order and I don’t get my stuff and everything is sold out. I am pissed

I had a enquiry about missing order confirmation and reached out to the DS2 team. I spoke to Angela from their customer service via chat service. She was super helpful and efficient. She managed to locate my incorrect details in minutes an d assured me of my order.

Amazing customer service. I had issues with my delivery as my parcel got lost. However, everyone from the support team followed-up daily with me, updating me with latest updates and found a solution with which I was quite happy.

Dsquared online store is really really poor,
I have 5 orders 3 of them was “lost” after a month of waiting, 1 was delivered after 4 weeks and a lucky one I a few days, I bought them when they had discount and now after I have waited so long they offer my money back, that’s totally useless, I would rather they replaced them again instead of my buying the items again at full prize. I am speechless over they can loose 3 packages

Service après-vente déplorable. Cela fait plus de 3 semaines que mon colis n’a toujours pas été expédié ou alors il s’est perdu dans leur entrepôt. Le paiement a été prélevé. Je demande au service client de me rembourser mais rien ne se passe. J’ai envoyé plus de 15 messages et à chaque fois ils me disent qu’ils sont désolés et qu’ils font le nécessaire. Franchement pour des articles à ce prix, avoir un service client aussi désastreux, je trouve cela vraiment limite.

I want to warn anyone planning to order from this brand. I ordered jeans two months ago from their official website. I still haven't received the jeans or the money. They write back once a week saying they're resolving the issue with the carrier. But what does that have to do with me? They won't refund my money—just think, it's 400 euros. I'm currently working with my bank to dispute the transaction. I never recommend anyone order from them.

Rückerstattung dauert ewig. Wenn man keinen Druck macht, bekommt man wahrscheinlich gar nichts zurück. Sowas hat Dsquared nicht nötig. Vor allem werden oft einfach andere Artikel verschickt. Versuchen kann man es ja. Ich bestelle hier nicht mehr. Schlecht, schlecht, schlecht

Ho acquistato un costume il 27 luglio 2026 e dava come consegna entro il 30 luglio 2026 con ordine n° 10632770, oggi 31 luglio 2026 non si sa il pacco dovè e il traking non si aggiorna da 3 giorni
Sono profondamente deluso di questa azienda e non consiglio a nessuno di acquistare in quanto il servizio post vendita è molto ma molto scadente
Aspetterò la prossima settimana dopodichè andrò a sporgere denuncia c/o gli organi competenti

Do not purchase from this company, shipping within the EU takes 2 weeks, once received merchandise decided to return unused and again 2 weeks for the D2 team to figure out what to do. Still waiting no results waste of time and money.

Never purchase from them online. They gave me a bogus DHL return label (and DHL is the worst shipping company in the world) and now my return is stuck in customs and will not be delivered or returned to me without paying huge fees. A scam from DSquared2

Es ist mir ein Anliegen, hier meine schönen Momente in dem Vienna-Store zu teilen.

Seit vielen Jahren genieße ich dort Kunde zu sein.
Für mich zählt immer der erste Eindruck.
Wie werde ich begrüßt und als Kunde in Empfang genommen, wie werde ich betreuut und beraten und wenn mir dann Style-BeraterInnen das richtige Kleidungsstück reichen, dann weiß ich sie haben nicht nur meinen Kleidungsstil erkannt, noch besser - sie haben diesen weiterentwickelt.

und seinem gesamten Team sehr herzlich bedanken!

Ive made an order monday 15 of June, and today 26 of June I still haven't received my jeans. They're quick to answer but the package haven't moved an inch. You would expect them to have a proper service with those prices, but that's not the case.

Very disappointed with Dsquared2.

I placed an order with the promise of 2-day delivery, but more than two weeks later, I still have not received anything. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unresponsive and has not provided any update/reply or solution.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering directly from the Dsquared2 website. At this point, I have had no choice but to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from their website.

This retailer has been always slow. This time is no exception.
Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, still haven't got it. Contacted their CS, no reply whatsoever.

Dsquared2 is a great brand, awesome looking and high quality. But also if you need to reach out to the team, they are extremely helpful if you have any special needs or request. I love the product, the team and the statement. Well done <3
