Decided I had placed fradulent order because I... didn't want to give them my phone number and get on the phone with them over a single $150 2 tb drive order, used a gmail address like `[email address]+identifier`, and opted for two-day shipping.

I've been trying to avoid ordering things from Amazon/Best Buy/newegg, but at least they've never sent me an angry email about how "the bank gives you your money back, the retailer, nope, they take the money back from us" and "hopefully for your sake you don’t need help with anything because good luck with that. Don’t call us!" (yes, not calling is the point.)

I called Drive Solutions, just looking to clone to another drive just like the one in my laptop. Mainly because the drive was getting old and I wanted a replacement before it would start to fail. And the guy I talked to knew all about drives and about how they are implemented, he explained it to me (I had a 32g nvme start up drive and wasn't sure how it effected my main drive) and he directed me to upgrade to an ssd drive which was also a little bigger giving me more file space, while I was at it. So, I went for it, knowing I really wouldn't need to rely on the 32g nvme drive, because he explained it to me.
And after I cloned my old drive to the Samsung SSD, I assembled it into the laptop, expecting there might be complications. But when I turned it on, it was a little smoother, and faster, and windows asked me to reboot to update, so I did (thinking it was associating with the new drive). And whala, it works great! I am very happy with the product and advice Drive Solutions gave me.

The SSD arrived quickly and worked perfectly. I never needed to use their customer service, but that's as it should be. Definitely recommended.

On time delivery that resolved my issues.

A few days after I had made a purchase online, I called Drive Solutions to ask about my order status. The rep who answered my call quickly checked, and advised me that my order was shipping that very day, and when to expect it. Much appreciated!

Excellent experience. Needed an upgraded drive for a failing hard drive. Using the online upgrade function, I was able to find my exact laptop (which is an 8+ years old laptop), and it showed me the SSD drives that were compatible.

Bought one of the compatible drives, plus the recommended SATA-to-USB cable.

I downloaded the (free) DiskGenius cloning software from the Internet (not associated with Drive Solutions), and was able to successfully clone my old hard drive to the new SSD drive using the SATA-to-USB cable.

The new SSD drive is REMARKABLY faster than the old hard drive, and the old laptop runs amazingly fast with it. I wasn't expecting such a great speed increase. I was just looking to replace a failing hard drive. Very, very pleased with this unexpected result.

I bought from Drive Solutions because they guaranteed compatibility or your money back. Since this was an 8+ year old laptop, I wanted to be sure it would work; and it has, perfectly.

Also, I bought an SSD drive with a 5-year warranty because I didn't want to have to go through this again with this laptop. Some of the cheap drives that you might find on AMZN could blow up early, and for me, it wasn't worth saving a few bucks.

Delivery was quick, considering the distance. SSD worked great - easy to install. Great experience.

The drive arrived. I installed it and cloned it using the Acronis WD free download. The Acronis instructions were not helpful but the Acronis online forum had some helpful info.

Just the product I needed to clone my pc to my new HD. Customer service was extremely helpful and took time to explain HD products to match my system - even without committing to a purchase. Great guys.

I ordered a SSD drive for my desktop and tried several cloning programs and none of them worked with this setup, Drive Solutions said the drive was compatible it was not due to possible bad sectors on the drive. Since there is a restock fee and return shipping I installed the drive on my laptop instead. Used the cloning software from the manufacturer and after making a few adjustments the drive works fine in my laptop. Gregory McDonald did a great job of helping with my drive problem and explaining what could have gone wrong with the drive clone not completing on my desktop drive.

Even if I am a new customer and it is a small order, I got real good service. Got the part in a few days.
There was an issue with our transportation. Somebody took time to call me by phone and not just send an e-mail.I really appreciate that part of the service.

I purchased an HDD for my broken laptops HDD and it went well, they delivered to me on Saturday and had affordable prices. I was able to replace my HDD and I got to say they are very quick and the part made my laptop 5x faster. I recommend buying from them.

Great site to find what you need. The database for looking up upgrades or replacing computer hard drives is the best I found out on the web. They inform you what works for laptop or computer and options for the part your replacing. No guessing if it will work. Unlike the problem I had when I tried going to a major department store to buy a ssd. They sold me a unit that was the wrong type of connector. I knew something wasn't right. With searching the web again I found this site. They showed me what would work. And saved me a lot of money and time. Thankfully I didn't open the package and took the unit back and got my money back. I wish I would have found this place first. It would have saved me some frustration trying to find my parts. If I could give them 10 stars. I would. Places like this makes customers for life. Thank you.

Prompt and professional service

The replacement SSD hard drive arrived ahead of promised delivery date and worked perfectly. Was able to get the laptop OS reloaded and functioning again. Ordered a replacement drive from a different company before this one that was more expensive and turned out to be incompatible with the laptop even though the other company listed it as a valid replacement for the Lenovo laptop.
