Software is super easy to use, both mobile app and website, there is a wait time for certificate but it’s understandable, customer service team is some of the most nice and helpful people.

Their learning program is very useful and throughout the course they ask questions to test your knowledge.

We had a wonderful experience with DriverEdToGo.com for my son’s driver’s education. The online course was easy to navigate, engaging, and very informative. My son was able to learn at his own pace, which made the process stress-free and convenient.

The lessons were clear, well-organized, and included helpful examples and interactive content that kept him engaged. I also appreciated that the platform provided all the necessary materials to prepare for both the classroom and behind-the-wheel requirements.

Customer support was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, DriverEdToGo.com made my son’s driver’s ed experience smooth, educational, and enjoyable. I highly recommend it for any teen preparing for their driver’s license!

If you want your certificate in less than two weeks, they will charge $10 for order processing and $40 for overnight shipping. Also, you will need to contact support to pay that fee since their app does not work, probably due to the fact that they are not allowed to hold your certificate hostage.

Run from this company! This is 1 of 3 companies our state was allowing homeschoolers to use for Drivers Ed (if in VA use FirstTimeDriver.com , same price and much better customer service). We paid for the course on Aug 19, 2024, and the website said in 2 different places my son had 6 months to complete. On Feb 16, upon signing in to finish the 90 min parent/child portion, we are informed that the account expired. Customer service said we only had 180 days, which I explained is not the same thing as 6 months as August, October, December, and January have 31 days in them. Nowhere does the site say 180 days, only 6 months. During the time we had the account, the site has been down several times causing my son to not be able to log in.
24/7 customer service-NOPE, they are offline when you need them. Also, in the actual course, you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time per page (ex. Chap. 6 has 6 html pages with the average website textbook text. My son had to wait 40 mins before he could go to page 3 and on page 3 he had to wait 60 minutes before he could go to page 4. I thought he was exaggerating, so I sat with him and verified these times. My 3rd grader read page 3 in 15 mins and we still sat for another 45 before he could move on!) Chap 1 is all about getting a permit, but you have to have your permit before you can take this course! I could go on and on about what needs to be done better. But they will not give us the time I paid for, nor my money back. We were told we were out of luck, and I said I would review, so here it is. Choose ANY OTHER company, for your own sanity!

Used for two of my children and it was fine. Decided to use it again for a third child and have had nothing but issues. The money for the course came out immediately but we couldn’t log in. I called and it was reset, and was able to log in on my phone but when my child tried to log in it wouldn’t let her. I sent an email and didn’t receive one back. We had some things come up and I didn’t have time to call again. I called tonight and was told the course expired and u can’t get a refund. I explained that she was never able to log in. Jhon was no help and told me he could see she logged in and never did again. I explained that was the day I called and she remained locked out. He was still no help. I asked for a manager and was told there were none I could talk to and no direct number and I would be told I can’t get the course reset or a refund. Also the chat is touted to him and he basically just sucks and helping.

I wish I had seen this before my daughter signed up. Same scams as described below. They said they mailed the certificate from their Southern California office to our California home and two weeks later it's still not here. They blame USPS but I have received mail recently sent from SoCal in a couple of days and it's never taken this long. They say go to the post office and ask them. Really? Without a tracking number they can't do anything about it. They were also EXTREMELY rude about his and said it was our fault for not choosing the FED-EX option when we signed up. They need to be reported to BBB and maybe a local TV news station or YELP or whatever. This is bad!

Website says they will mail out certificates within 3 business day they lie. My son passed on the 3rd of the month and they didn’t ship till the 10th still waiting. Can’t schedule the incar without it and they won’t email the thing over so I can upload it to the drivers school. I can’t believe how bad their customer service is.

If I could put a zero I would. The absolute worst!!!! Multiple calls to actually receive the certificate, delayed sending. Finally had to pay to have on fedex’d to me. Just horrible.

Avoid. There's better sites with better service.

We paid extra for reviews and other nickle and dime charges only for half of them to not work. Reviews of the chapter tests were coming back with server issues so our son couldn't even see the correct answers to questions he'd missed.

We paid for a digital certificate on completion, but clicking on the link resulted in a "invalid URL" error page.

Upon calling, we were informed that they don't even support WA except as instructional. Their certificate is useless for us. My wife and I tried to ensure we found a site that supported WA for our son. It was VERY unclear on their site and completely misleading.

Basically, find a different site. This one is horrible.

If you HAVE to use their site, be EXTREMELY sure their certificates are valid in your state.
