Driveredtogo ontinually logs my son out, voice password has NEVER worked, my son has severe DYSLEXIA & has had issues with verification questions.Often, answered correctly & it said they were wrong, turned issue into IT several times. Finally all verification questions changed to "Yes" Answered Yes to last question & it said we entered No. Pressed YES & it said we hit NO. Driveredtogo is NOT user-friendly W/too many hurdles & "security" measures that keep it from being effective. We were told we only had 1 more chance to log in incorrectly. Now they're saying saying we have to re-enroll & pay the $$ again. $350 & he is more than 60% complete. Is this part of the scam? Make people buy this again and go through these awful chapters and videos? I would like his account re-set w/an unlimited number of verification questions answered incorrectly. Since the system is unable to identify correct answers. Dyslexia is a learning disorder & he shouldn't be punished due an inadequate system.

I would have given 0 stars but they did get my sons certificate to him on time, too bad the certificate is useless.
The website listed Michigan, nope michigan does not except these certificates. He now has to spend money on real classes.

Horrible! Issue w “Maximum Time Limit Reached” for 9 days. Customer service has been telling us for it will be fixed today and no such fix happens. DO NOT use. My daughter has two chapters left and has not been able to complete.

The website is slow. The app doesn't have texas listed as a state so couldn't use it. I called to cancel my membership the same day I purchased the course and they said I had to pay a $15 maintenance fee. It's all a scam.

My daughter completed her 24 hours of online driving education through A Skillful Driver (a CyberActive company) in September. We were told her completion certificate would be mailed shortly, but we never received an email or any notification about it.

My daughter left a message with the company's chat box a couple of weeks ago asking about her certificate but never received a response, so I used the live chat box to contact them on 10/22/20. The lady I chatted with said her certificate had been mailed on 9/11 and we were sent an email saying we needed to notify the company within 30 days if we hadn't received her certificate (we never got this supposed email). Apparently, the company offers only USPS with no tracking unless you want to pay a hefty fee to get your certificate tracked.

She told me I'd have to pay $15 to get another certificate sent out. When I asked why I needed to pay for shipping when I was never notified that the certificate had been sent and that it only costs a stamp to resend it, she said I need to pay for the "legal paper" they print it on, not the shipping. After a bunch of back and forth about how much of a scam this seems to be, I ended up calling.

The same lady on live chat is the one who took my call, so I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor gave me the same song and dance. My options were to pay $15 to, once again, have the certificate sent with NO tracking, or pay $20 to get FedEx WITH tracking...for a piece of paper my daughter needs to get her license. And why would I need to pay extra for FedEx if it's supposedly the paper I'm paying for, not the shipping? I couldn't seem to get an answer from either one of the women I talked to about that...because it's a big scam.

I ended up - very unwillingly - paying the $20 only because my daughter needs this silly piece of paper and I wanted to be sure it got here. It arrived today, thankfully, but as I guessed, there's nothing special about this "legal paper" that I paid so much for. It's literally a regular piece of copy paper like I use at home. Again, scam.

Unfortunately, I read about very similar stories only after this all happened and I did some more research. My hope is that other people don't get scammed like I did. This company is the worst of the worst. Aside from their whole course being incredibly outdated, they're preying on young people who just want to drive. I'll be putting in a complaint with my state's Department of Public Safety that listed this place as an approved online course to try to have it removed from the site so that other people don't fall victim to this scam, too.

They prolong the time to mail the certificate of completion in an obvious attempt to get customers to pay excessive fees for expedited processing. I waited 11 days and still hadn’t received my certificate. If you expect to receive your certificate in a timely manner then you better pay their “ransom”.

I've been waiting on my daughters certificate since November. I called because the school never received it. they then tried to charge me $25 to resend although it wasn't my fault it never made it to the school. they supposedly sent it again, yet I haven't received it. I called again they barely shipped it on 1/17!!!! takes 5-10 business days, so here we are waiting yet again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They don't give you the tracking number nor the certificate will come on the right time. I completed my test on 9/3/2019 and still I didn't receive my certificate. When asked to the customer care they recommended me either to go to the nearest UPS store and check with them because they don't have the tracking info or wait for another 14 days (In case if i choose this option, I was told that they are not charging me $15 which they should) Is that suppose to mean I should be happy for the $15 I saved?. I'm not able to get my driving license because I choose the wrong driving class. I highly recommend you guys to avoid this situation.

This company takes FOREVER to process your certificate and to mail it. If you are looking into the online route to get your training and certificate sooner, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Your certificate will arrive about a week after you pass your DMV written test.

This worked great for my sports schedule! I had zero time for a traditional class.

easy to use, straightforward, all the add ons are optional, so u dont have to get anything u dont need. (in my case, i only did the $12 minimum package)

It is a convenient way to finish this course but some material was a bit confusing.
