What a friendly, professional and knowledgeable team @Dreams Truro. We ended up purchasing 4 beds rather than 1, as the prices were very good and they deserved the business.

From start to finish the assistant was amazing. Took us to the dream machine to gauge what matrress suited us best. Then we tried all the the machine sujested. Great experiance all round.

I purchased a Hyde and sleep mattress…
I purchased a Hyde and sleep mattress just over 4 years ago,it cost £800 reduced from £1000, after 2 years the mattress started sinking on either side, after 4 years I have trenches either side and can’t get out of them sleeping, making the mattress so uncomfortable, I was told I have a 5 year warranty but when I contacted the number on there site, I was told to fill out a form, I did that but the insurance company said I can’t get a new one or money back as I didn’t have an insurance policy, I thought a warranty covered that, terrible mattress and a rip off

Staff at the shop were excellent
Staff at the shop were excellent, they made the whole process easy, the delivery was on time and the two delivery men were brilliant too, building the bed, explaining how it worked ( otterman style bed), and made sure we were happy with things before leaving, taking the old mattresses with them.

I recently purchased a bed from Dreams in Truro, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The bed itself is incredibly comfortable and well made, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service received from Kioni and Loren. From the moment I walked in, they were both fantastic, knowledgeable, and eager to help. It was a breath of fresh air to have sales staff care more about my experience rather than making the sale. They took the time to understand my needs and guided me to the perfect bed. Delivery was promo and hassle free. I highly recommend the Truro branch for anyone in the market for a new bed!

Good service and great outcome, probably worth the wait for delivery
The help I received in the Truro branch was excellent, and I found the Sleepmatch technology bed really helpful - enabled me focus on what sort of mattress might be best.
4/5 stars as I had to wait longer than anticipated for the mattress to be delivered

The whole experience of buying a…
The whole experience of buying a mattress was seamless. From using the special machine to indicate which type of mattress was best, to actually trying them for suitability. The shop assistant was also aware of providing the best mattress and within budget.

Lovely bed, good service.
Hatti bed frame great & very well made! On assembly though metal washers could have been a bit bigger & allen key a bit longer. Maidstone mattress like sleeping on a cloud!!! Delivery was good, customer service good, Would recommend Dreams to anyone.
