This is the only Company that we use for beds, pillows, etc as it is a pleasure to deal with them. There is a great range of products and the staff are warm, friendly, knowledgable and friendly and one of the most important factors - they do not chase you around the store trying to push for a sale, but are always there if you need advice.

Unbelievable rude staff, totally dismissive and not interested. I would avoid this store and order on line. I visited at 10 am stood outside in the cold until 10:05, doors locked, staff inside looking at me through the glass, chapping the door to get in, 10.07 before they let me in, I asked why the doors weren’t open to be told if you’re not happy contact head office and asked if I know how retail works and things need to be done before the doors open in the morning. Becky and David totally unhelpful, also asked”why do you have a bee in your bonnet?” I explained it’s freezing outside and you totally ignored the fact I was waiting to get in. Worst customer service I have very exprienced. Avoid Dreams Paisley.

Staff were very knowledgable, patient and helpful. Highly recommend. Very happy with delivery service, bed frame and mattress.

Excellent service. I received a phone call confirming the time of delivery and address. Guys arrived as they said, and went on to build the bed. Efficient, courteous and very pleasant.

was in Abbotsinch estate today and was served By Margaret. Margaret then after a discussion about what we were after guided us to the Sleepmatch machine so that it could tell us about our match for firmness after 3 mins it said Firm and we agreed as that was what we were looking for. Margaret then showed us round the branch with all the Firm mattresses with our pillow on toe and then we picked our mattress and the looked at divans we picked that as well with headboard. so overall a really good experience.
