They communicated very well, fulfilled the order to the dates they stated at the start of the order

1st class service in the showroom finding exactly the right mattress and easy delivery.

I went into Dreams confused, lost on what I like and just... in general... not sure what I was after.

A very nice guy (I am so sorry... I have forgot your name!!) walked me through everything. Mattresses, beds, quilts, pillows... you name it, he was very patient and took his time with me explaining the ins and outs of all the beds I was interested in. Same goes with any pillows and such. Explaining the difference between them all.

As a first time buyer I was really impressed and I have to say the service was amazing! He even gave me a little discount and threw in some freebies for me!

Then he helped me arrange delivery to my home. The Delivery Service was excellent! They arrived, were really careful taking the bed out of the van and when taking it through the house to my room to assemble, they were really careful not to hit the walls or scrape the floor! Thank you!

They assembled the bed for me and showed me how it worked and where NOT to put my fingers or incorrectly lift the bed up (as its one that you can lift up to store stuff under).

Thank you and I will be returning at some point for another bed, probably! (Sorry for the late review!!)

Delivered on time. Saleman in branch was very informative and gave us good advice.

Really recommend the mattress test . It was spot on . We bought mattress it recommended f. Omg its brilliant . We got the Tempur mattress .sheer delight . No more aching bones .also doesnt heat up like most memory foam mattresses ..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were given time to look at beds/mattresses without any heavy sales. Staff were there if yiu needed them. Even got offered tea/coffee on our vist. An overall positive experience. Now lying on my comfortable mattress which was ordered on Saturday and delivered with care the following Thursday.

Update: Since my initial review, Nick from Customer Services has been in touch and an alternative mattress has been ordered. Excellent service and great it has been resolved. Issues happen and it is how you deal with them that makes a difference so must commend Dreams (especially Nick) on resolving the situation....thank you.

Cannot complain about the customer service received both on the day we purchased the mattress and then comms and delivery thereafter were excellent.

Our issue is the quality of the product - we were looking for a softer mattress than our current mattress and, as I mentioned, on the day had excellent customer service and tried various mattresses and good advice from salesperson. Decided on a Sealy mattress which was delivered in a good timely manner with good comms, however, it is definitely not the same mattress that we tried in the showroom - a lot firmer and both myself and my wife not finding it comfortable at all.

Have tried to contact Dreams to make them aware and to understand whether the mattress will soften but now struggling to get hold of anyone. They don't answer the phone and you have to leave a voicemail. Have done this twice and they did return my initial call (I missed it) but no further return call. Disappointing so looks like we will be returning the mattress.

Great service from an informed customer service agent. Never felt pressured to make a purchase. Agent adjusted their recommendations as we gave feedback on each mattress.

I bought an ottoman base from DREAMS mid April. Great storage. Great service, from Gerry in sales through to delivery. Guys were about 2hrs building the base and took all packaging away. Highly recommend DREAMS to all.

All went smoothly. Delivery to our fairly remote location went well with great communication. Very happy with new mattress. Old bones very grateful!

GOOD QUALITY MATRESS. CERTAINLY FIXED MY BACK PROBLEMS . MY OTHER MATTRESS WAS FAR TOO HARD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Delivery was on time. The two fitters were very efficient and careful when removing old bed and fitting new king size ottoman. They double checked positioning and ran through operation of bed, mattress care and safety feature. They left the room clean and tidy and job done quickly.

Lady approached me straight away and guided me how to chose my bed, got to know me, and was so knowledgable, the delivery drivers were on time, friendly and got things set up in about 20 mins
