Great quality headboard and great…
Great quality headboard and great price. I already had the base and couldn't decide if I wanted a headboard. The cornflower blue matches the base and is stunning. Great delivery and chaps so considerate and helpful.

Can't fault Dreams
Having arrived at Dreams to purchase a new mattress we were met by Gerry who asked if we needed help. We had a look around and selected a mattress and Gerry sprung into action and ran through all the paperwork. We even selected to have our old one recycled and new mattress having extended warranty. Would highly recommend

Gerry at DREAMs knew how to treat us with respect. We had the sleepmatch added into our research for the best mattress. We were attended too promptly with experience staff especially Gerry at the Paisley branch. We only popped in for a look ….but bought a mattress and couch as they were great quality for the price

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Great service and also a fantastic mattress.
I was also upsold aloe Vera pillows from Margaret, and I am absolutely getting the best night's sleep in a long time.

Margaret made difference!
Margaret at the Paisley branch was absolutely fantastic - the best customer service we’ve had for a long time!! She left us to have a look when we came in then offered expertise and genuine advice on mattresses, as well as pillows to give it a try! She talked us through the different options available, offering cups of tea and we’re excited to receive our bed this week. We’d like to say a big thanks Margaret for her help, she was kind, genuine and had a good sense of humour which made the process easy and enjoyable

People please be aware!!!
People please be aware!!!! I ordered 4 items for my daughter‘s dorm at Uni on Sept 14. First there was a misunderstanding about the delivery address which we solved. To this day we have not received a single item- total amount of 210£. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They can’t provide a tracking number but keep telling me the items have shipped on Oct. 08th. Their live chat does not work. Don’t know what else to do. Beyond frustrated!

Great Service
The guy who dealt with my purchase was brilliant. It was needed fast and he arranged for me to pick it up from their depot.
The staff when I collected the bed were equally courteous and efficient.

Great service.
The sales team were very helpful and kept us informed of timescales and delivery dates.
Delivery personnel were also very helpful, polite and kept us up to date on day of delivery. Installation was quick and efficient and staff were polite and courteous.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we went into browse for new mattress and bought one, service was fantastic, was put on the dream machine which narrowed down the mattresses involved to try out. Becky the assistant was fantastic at her job, offered the choice of pillow that you would personally like to lie on the mattresses, Becky has a great way with the general public making you feel at ease and relaxed while throwing yourself about on mattresses, looked after you well, offering hot/cold drinks throughout the process. Both my partner and myself enjoyed the experience in Dreams bedding. Thank you Becky for the lovely experience within your store. Would definitely recommend this store in Paisley.

Excellent Delivery team
The delivery team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, which already set a great tone. Friendly but professional, they made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.
They didn’t just drop things off—they took the time to show me exactly how to use everything, from the bed to the television, making sure I was totally comfortable before they left. No rushed instructions, just patient and clear guidance.
What really impressed me was how tidy they were. They removed all the packaging and rubbish, and left my bedroom spotless—honestly, cleaner than it was before they arrived!
If you’re looking for a delivery team that goes above and beyond, this is the one. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
