Most Knowledgeable Staff that Goes the Extra Mile
I would like to think that all the representatives they have are as great as the one I got. Michelle was absolutely awesome and with her insight and "bargain-hunting" skills, she worked with the limited information I gave her and has found for us a cruise that seems it will be the BEST EVER!! We are so looking forward to it and I will have to review the great time that I know we will have!!

Airfare plus Cruise Pricing
The only issue I was disappointed with was an online advertisement through Dreamlines that stated free airfare included with cruise price if booked before April 1st. When I asked for airfare to be included, I was told the price would increase by $1000+ if I added airfare. I believe that is false advertisement by Oceania Cruises. I was not happy with that result. Paul Stroncek, the rep I worked with, was very good and I believe that issue was beyond his ability to control or help with. I was happy with Paul Stroncek's assistance with the cruise.

Thank you very much for your review and outlining a pricing concern. After further investigation, we determined that Oceania Cruises offers a lower price if you opt out of the cruise line offered "free" air and it seems that you were originally originally quoted the fare without air instead of the air inclusive pricing. We understand how the pricing offered from Oceania can seem a bit confusing and we are working with the cruise line and internally to better present their "air inclusive" vs non-air priced options.
