At first I was a bit hesitant, but have now placed an order twice and without any problems I have received the right products in Germany fairly quickly. And yes, I have received a back payment from FedEx for the import, but have now discovered that if the value of the package remains below €150.00

They dont reply for complaint emails, thats unceptabble. Spent a lot of many there, device stopped working and for months they dont reply

Don't buy there! At the beginning of March, I placed an order for the latest Korean facial massager. it arrived after a long time and as it turned out, I had to pay almost $100 in customs duties, which was not mentioned, and for which I did not receive a refund. After less than 2 months, the device stopped working. I described the matter, but they didnt respond by e-mail or on the website chat for over a week. interesting, because when I wanted to cancel the order for the first time on the same day due to a lower price elsewhere, they responded immediately that they shipped yet. terrible customer service. I would like to get my money back and not have anything to do with the store. I do not recommend!

I read somewhere about dodoskin yesterday and was quiet impressed with the product range. When I read the terms and conditions it's not a customer friendly policies paying custom and if issues with delivery partner occurs they won't refund back the amount. Even when customers are still going ahead taking the risk of paying custom fees and everything still the reviews are very shocking with the experience. Everyone is eligible for refund if issues are caused by your courier partner. It's not worth even after so many hardships customers are not happy ! You lost me as a customer even before the purchase was made.

Updating Review: Dodoskin reached out after this review and refunded the sales tax that was owed to me. However, I still believe my experience shopping here was very frustrating. I had to follow-up multiple times through the customer support email and the final email, they decided to leave me hanging... until I wrote this review. What's even more upsetting is that if they would have just issued a store credit for the sales tax (which is what I asked for initially), then it would have been a great way for Dodoskin to retain me as a customer. On top of that, for all this inconvenience, a great customer service team would not only acknowledge their mistake but try to find a way to gain the consumer's business back by either offering a discount for the current purchase or for future purchases. There was no form of retention or way to build consumer trust & loyalty, which is truly unfortunate as I was ready to purchase more items from them. Instead they just provided the sales tax refund and asked me to delete this review.

Incident/Previous Review: I ordered two items from here and the original shipping address was incorrect. I emailed them to correct the shipping address, which they did, but the new shipping address is to a state that does not collect on ecommerce sales tax when there is no physical store. I asked for a credit or refund and the business refused to refund the sales tax and now I have to dispute this through my credit card. Ironically the customer service team wrote, "Ensuring our customers are happy and satisfied is our top priority". I guess a few dollars is more important than keeping a customer.

I must admit that I was initially apprehensive about ordering from DodoSkin due to some negative reviews I read on Trustpilot. However, I can confidently say that those concerns were unfounded. While it's true that their communication isn't the most prompt, they do reply, and I found them to be a reliable company overall.

I placed my order on May 5th, and my products arrived in my country in a timely manner. There was a minor issue at customs, but this was due to the inefficiency of the customs brokers in my country who failed to send all the necessary documents on time, not DodoSkin's fault.

I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend DodoSkin to others. Don't let the negative reviews deter you—I had a positive experience, and I believe you will too.

I was about to order from them they mention in their website that order about 40$ have free shipping but when I was checking out they charges me shipping fees so I commented on their instagram post to seek help they report my comment to instagram imagine!!! I was about to order me and my sister for around 200$ thank god I didn’t !

If i can give a negative rating I would. Do not order on this site. I placed an order for a Hera cushion foundation and they immediately charged my credit card which was fine. But then after 10 days I decided to track my order and they said they never have any record of me or my order! When I told them to just give me back my money, no response! So I had to call my credit card company and then they had to cancel my card and send me a new one. It was a whole new ordeal. So if you are thinking of ordering here, just don’t! It will save you so much stress and inconvenience. It also doesn’t help that they don’t have a live person you can talk to.

I’ve waited for almost 2 months to receive the order and also reclaim the shipment because there was no trace about it and the company didn’t help me to find the package. Then I discovered that I had to pay almost 25€ of douane taxes about there was no mention when I was making the order. I know that other sites don’t charge for them. This is the first and the last time I order from this site

I ordered on the website and did not receive the goods. When I work with customer support, I receive news about lost goods and have to check it again. It's been almost three months, I sent more mail but no response, no refund. I have asked Paypal for help, but I still have not been able to get a refund. This is the first time I have come across such a case. It is not only losing money but also annoying me. Really advise people not to make purchases here. The customer service is too bad.

Unfortunately they gave a product from medicube that had already been verified and is likely fake. Sounds like they need to check on their counterfeit stock, you cannot trust them. I complained, sent screenshots, and they refuse to back down.

This page is a scam, a very detailed one. Do not trust the social media pages and the positive reviews here, they are all there to make you believe that they are a legit. I ordered some Korean beauty products from the webpage via Paypal and I'm glad that I used Paypal because I was scammed and I don't want to think what would have happened if they received my card details.
When I received the PayPal confirmation email and saw that the seller's email address is: lasok1919 @gmail.com I knew that it is fake.
Luckily I disputed the transaction and PayPal got my money back.

Scam! I did not receive my order. Upon my inquiry and request for a refund, I received a response:

„ Your package was returned to us a few days ago.
So, we inquired with the shipping company.
The shipping company replied to us the reason for returning the package as follows.
-Visited the address locally in Germany but could not meet the recipient.
-Notified the recipient of the parcel storage, but he did not come to collect the package.
Unfortunately, we can't help you with the refund for the above reason.
I'm sorry to say this.“

You can always rely on DHL, as they always leave a delivery notification if delivery was not possible. I have also provided my address correctly."

Update: After I wrote that it's a fake shop, the order was canceled, and the money was refunded.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time (and possibly lose money) with dodoskin. I just happened to place my order through Paypal - so glad I did. Initially, dodoskin confirmed my order then I received a series of 3 emails, each time saying whichever items I had ordered were actually discontinued, even though their website allegedly had a lot of stock (the first email cancelled 2 items, then the next cancelled another 3 items and a final email cancelled the remaining 7 items). The whole order ended up being cancelled - I still need to check that the refund (in USD) is actually equivalent to my order (placed in AUD).
A couple of days later, I then received an email from Dodoskin asking if I wanted to buy the first 2 'discontinued' items, which they supposedly had magically received. I know that these items are not discontinued because I have since seen them being sold at a department store in Singapore. Do NOT order from this website - and if you still want to risk it, definitely do not give your credit card details!

The products are original, and I have no problem related to the quality of products, however they take 0 responsibility for lost or retained products, if you don't receive them you're screwed forget about any refund. They tell you, you have to send the products back, even when you never received them and in case they're retained they ask you to return them for a refund even if you haven't seen the state of the products or even if they're complete with your own eyes, of course if they're not, then you get no refund. Is very frustrating, because they ignore you once they make their point and refuse to negotiate a possible refund.
Buy this products at your own risk, yes they're original, yes they're good quality, but is still a risk of losing money if that package never arrives to your hands
