I ordered some skincare stuff from DODO SKIN last week, and my package arrived exactly a week later! That's awesome!! Everything was packed really well, so nothing was broken. Plus, they have tons of K-Beauty stuff, and the prices are great. I totally recommend them.

I absolutely love this site! The selection of Korean skincare and beauty products is amazing, and everything I’ve ordered has been authentic and high quality. Compared to other sites I’ve used, the prices are better and the service is more reliable. Shipping was super faster than I expected, and everything arrived perfectly packaged. to make a long story short :
1- placed an order for 9 Items of high quality Korean beauty products and I received 3 wrong products non of which were originally ordered
2- addition to wrong products, I paid a hefty customs for the 9 non existing products in the package
3- I emailed customer service about the situation and still awaiting their reply

I am not sure still how they will handle the issue but will let you know with updates if any ... but as of now I am really very disappointed

Update:
- I received a reply from customer service with an apology for mistakenly swapping my order with another.
-They let me know that they were preparing to reship the original order with the correct items as soon as possible.
- Finally received my products on Saturday 5th of July, but the downside is that I had to pay for customs again.

All in all, they dealt well with situation and were kind in their response ( also let me keep the wrong products and not return them). I will use their services again but not for large orders as I fear that this might happen again and I might end up paying twice for costumes.

It did not inform me when my order was shipped, but I successfully received my order within estimated date.
The product is high quality, and suitable for my face skin.

I ordered at Dodoskin without checking Truspilot first and got really worried when I read the comments here. Turns out, the only negative thing I could say is, that it took a while until I received my order. But I was in contact with customer service, they were quick with replies. I got a tracking code that worked perfectly and everything arrived neatly packed.

As other customers have noted, Dodo Skin incorrectly marks the package as a gift over £39, which incurs high import duties when there should be none. I have received other packages from South Korea of equal or greater value without this issue. They also took 10 days to dispatch my order, and in the 10 days they took to send my order, the item I wanted the most had run out of stock.

I ordered on the 18th may from the uk, I checked where my parcel was but unfortunately it just said delivery failed, payment needed. Long story short a £49 order cost me and extra £18 customs and handling. I’m not happy as it’s soooo expensive for a lip liner and gloss.
Customer services never answered any of my emails either as to where my parcel was.

This platform is a complete scam. After you make a purchase, your shipment gets stuck, and they refuse to issue a refund unless you pay again. It’s outrageous and unfair.

Also, be cautious, they seem to manipulate their ratings by using other platforms to boost their rankings. Totally dishonest and not trustworthy. I made multiple accounts so you can understand my feelings as consumer

I feel completely deceived by this experience. I placed my order on April 10 and waited over a months, only to be informed that the order failed. Customer service then offered either a refund or to resend the items but shockingly, they said I’d have to pay again. That’s absolutely ridiculous and makes no sense. If I request a refund, why would I be charged again? It genuinely feels like a scam.

I’ve also tried reaching out to their customer service at cs@dodoskin..., but they’ve been unresponsive from the start. This level of service is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility on the company's part

Dodo skin , you replied to my review stating that you could not find any details from my order , and yet I'm getting several promotional emails from you each week . You also suggested I contact the customer email , which is exactly the one that I sent several emails to , I even sent directions the one on your reply , and still nothing .
I gave you the exact date of purchase yet you cannot find the order .
You have cheated me and yet I am still receiving your " offers and promotions " weekly .

i placed an order on 8 April and haven't received it.
They don't respond to emails and don't answer the phone. they are not honest!

UPDATE: 5/20/2025 I received my order today. They responded to my email and assured me that my order will be shipped and sure enough, shortly thereafter, I received shipping confirmation that I was able to track. Since my order included a perfume, shipping was expedited. Items were carefully packaged. I’m knocking off one star due to the time it took for them to respond to my inquiry. It was my first time ordering from them so their silence left me wondering about the credibility of their website. In the end, I received what I ordered and am now more confident about purchasing from them again. Thanks DodoSkin!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on their website on May 10. I emailed them to ask for an update on my order and there was no response. I found their phone number on their returns page so I called that number and they didn’t answer. Instead, I got a text message saying “Please text me”, so I did. i saw that my messages were being “read” but they it’s now May 14 and they still have not replied to my email or my texts. I will be cancelling my order. Do not buy from them!

WTF!! I ordered tires through them… shows ready to ship. Can’t get any response regarding shipping date.

Already received 2 orders of Etude House face masks from Dodoskin, 40 masks/order. They gave good discounts and responded to my email quickly to resolve an expired and a near-expiry mask. Refund came quickly with another discount. Very good products, good price, excellent customer service. Will come back soon.
