Trustable App !

There are just so many brands that are on here, and I was able to find every product I was looking for. (Across multiple brands)
The shipping came earlier than expected, and all of the products were packaged safely. Products came in great condition and will definitely recommended to others !!

I have ordered a beauty device from them because the price was very good! Although in the checkout page they said zero shipping costs and taxes when I received a mail from FEDEX with taxes half the price of the device I was shocked! I immediately contacted them and send them a picture where they write to their checkout page about zero shipping and taxes fees and they reply that it is mentioned in their shipping policy!!! Who reads the shipping policy if you say FREE??? I answered why wasnt any referal in the checkout page that there would be extra charges? Why I wasnt informed before I made the purchase? Thats my experience so far with all the online purchases I have made. Extra fees are always mentioned! Although they applied very politely to all the mails I have sent them, that doesnt make me feel less deceived

I saw some reviews on here making me worry but I ordered a Medicube device from them and shipping was fast and just got my device today working as expected. Shipped from South Korea so I have full confidence in this sit and would recommend any day.

please spend your time to reply on your unread emails instead of writing on this page. I've been asking for the return instruction since 11/27 they never get me any respond (cs dodoskin.com) Are you saying you operate in KST? PST? never works for me unless you ignore my emails on purpose. Watch out others!

I did order 30thoctober total of 153.74$ but they send it with an invoice of 204.15$ this waaay more than what i paid plus the customs in our country do hold parcels over 200$ I had to pay extra charges to fedex just to release my parcel.
NEVER EVER will I purchase from this website. BE AWARE

It’s been a week I ordered an item and it’s been Said i’am going to receive it on 7/10 of November…. The shippement status still unfulfilled and they don’t even answer to my mails/messages …. Order n 36683.
I hope I will receive it one day or they will refund me. But I would not recommend the experience here !!!

Update: it’s been 2 weeks and Still Nothing !!!

No customer service. Total scam 😫 stealing hundreds and hundreds of pounds ££.

This not the first time to buy from them and nor the last
But the reason I am writing this feedback is that I received my order missing an item,contacted customer services via chat they responded and they resent the missing item swiftly.

To be fair mistakes can happen, it's just how you respond to them and rectify the situation. Hence the 5 stars.

Do not order from this site. The shipping takes sooo long and customer service is bad!
I am waiting on a package for almost 3 weeks And they keep saying that it is USPS issue but I don’t think they even shipped it, bc when I checked the USPS tracking, It’s waiting on the package and only label was created!! Gawwd so upset!! I don’t think I’m ever getting this package!!!!!

i really wanted to like my experience here, but i'm not sure i'd come back. i was excited to purchase a product on dodoskin that i couldn't find anywhere else anymore. i got an email about my order saying they didn't have that exact one but the brand had a renewed version of the product, so i agreed to receive the new version and checked with them to make sure it was the same type of product (retinol/bakuchiol serum). once i received the order it ended up being a completely different product (blemish serum with whitening). it took a few days and a few follow ups to receive a response for a return. once i returned the item it took another week for them to process my refund which only happened after following up again.

also they didn't refund the sales tax which i'm pretty sure is required in the state of CA.

I am very happy with my first experience with DODOSKIN. First of all, they use Shopify, so that should give people confidence that they are not a scam site. Also, because of that, you have the opportunity to contact them via the Shop app. I reached out to them a couple of times about order status, and they were very responsive and friendly. The products and prices are EXCELLENT.

Responded quickly and is very nice! I bought their products on the app: Shop. And everything went smoothly and quickly. They also gave me a discount for my next purchase, they also had the cheapest of a specific item I was looking for.

The customer service is good. My order was packed with the wrong product. Once they received my feedback, they replied immediately and offered solutions like refund or reshipment. This is my first experience with dodoskin. If everything goes well, I will buy from here again.

Respond really quickly and provide full information upon my needs. Additionally, giving different option for me as well changing the shipping address because it might not be possible to arrive before I go to college.
