The items are relatively tricky to put…
The items are relatively tricky to put together , there is much planning to do regarding marking out and specifically nothing to tell you that items can be cut to length.
The draws are not good quality , thin coating of plastic over thin chipboard which breaks when you tighten the locking screws when putting together , all in all very disappointed with the furniture

As you have ordered made to measure there shouldn't be any need to cut anything down to size as the doors and tracks have been manufactured to the opening sizes provided. However I have passed this on to the relevant department to look into further.

Spacepro products are very good and…
Spacepro products are very good and easy to install, always had a good response from Spacepro direct, but trying to get thro to B&Q itself on the phone is near impossible, hence why I have had to go direct to Spacepro for updates on when a product would be delivered.

Expensive doors with poor quality
Very Poor quality doors. For the price we paid for 4no. Of the shaker doors the build of them is very disappointing.
They feel flimsy and like they could break every time you pick them up as you try and install them.
The ends are left with a raw edge. Considering the edges are made of some kind of really thin metal material the edges are like the edge of a razor. You would expect a plastic cap or something to make them a bit safer.
Those same metal edges are also very flimsy. You can squeeze the two pieces together with your fingers. Again given the cost they just aren't acceptable.
On the back side of the door (the internal side) there is a piece of mdf. Not painted. Not even the full width of the panel. Just a piece of mdf - I know you don't see it as its inside the wardrobe but it's just poor.
The floor track had to be screwed down. Given the the colour is stone grey and the screws are silver, they stick out like a sore thumb. We ordered some of the sliding doors from b&q 5 years ago and the floor track on them had an adhesive strip - no screws and much neater. Those doors were the minimalist style and were much much better than these shaker ones.
The shaker style has no handles or any kind of groove to get your fingers in. They are very difficult to open without sliding your hands across them (dirty finger prints)
The positives - the delivery was good. They were delivered within about 2 weeks and the delivery itself was done well. A text the night before confirming time and they were here the next day at the time they said.
Overall I think If I had paid anything near half the price I paid I'd be giving them 3 stars. They do look nice when they're in and the soft closes work well when you eventually get them right and also the delivery is quick and easy.
However at the price they were they are just no where near good enough quality. I would actually go as far as to say its shameful the amount they charge given the quality of them.
They are a long long way off being a 5 star product.

In comparison to the Minimalist doors they do not have a handle but the Shaker doors are one of our most popular doors and provides a contemporary and more traditional look. We would always recommend that the doors are viewed in a B&Q store before customers commit to ordering online.

A Good Range of Wardrobe Units
Products arrived as on day promised. One item missing from delivery. It took two phone calls to get the missing fixing piece delivered - thus 4 stars rather than 5.
The products themselves are good but some pieces (ie left hand or right hand) would be easier to identify if labels were attached.

Very happy with doors look good only problem was instructions for putting slow closed mechanism parts on to the doors very confusing instructions so didn't bother putting them on

Delivery was prompt and on time the…
Delivery was prompt and on time the doors are excellent but made 20mm too short . I checked my measurements and they were right. I had to raise the bottom of the wardrobe to make them fit. Also the instructions were not clear, especially for adjusting the bottom rollers, the instructions were for a different type of roller. Even though I had a couple of problems I would shop there again as i was very pleased with the product.

Excellent product doors and track fit really well, and easy to install.
No prior information regarding delivery though. Call from carrier 3 hours before delivery, luckily we were in.

I ordered sliding wardrobe doors…
I ordered sliding wardrobe doors through Argos nearly two months ago. On date of ordering I was told I would receive them within 21 days. It’s now been nearly two months. I’ve had no contact and all Argos can tell me is spacepro will contact me. As you are the supplier. I’ve tried contacting you a couple times now and not heard anything from you.
I find this appalling, you haven’t even processed the order aswell. According to Argos. Luckily I have the option to cancel and will not be ordering spacepro items again. I’ll take my custom elsewhere.
You’d think during this pandemic you’d want to keep your customers.

I am sorry that you have had this experience with Argos and it has affected your view on our Spacepro products.
I have located your order and i am afraid that this only dropped onto our system on 03/02/2021, it was picked up immediately and planned into production for 10/02/2021. Our orders are sent over to our delivery company HDS the same day it is manufactured and once they have visibility of the order on their system they call the customers to book a convenient delivery date.
I can see that the delivery company did call you today (10/02/2021) and the delivery has been scheduled for 24/02/2021 as requested. As you can see we have processed the order and stuck to the 21 day delivery lead time as we received the order 03/02. I cant comment on how Argos processed the order originally but i hope that you will be happy with your Spacepro products once they arrive and we will be happy to process future orders for yourself either through Argos or an alternative retailer.

Great product
Great product, great price and looks fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to put a wardrobe space together.
Measuring has to be pretty precise and takes a while to put together but it really is brilliant stuff.

Delivery prompt courteous and very helpful delivering within current guidelines. Quality of wardrobes interiors very good. We found the door construction instructions a little confusing as there were 2 pages for sliding doors with slightly different instructions. Sliding doors look very good and very smooth running.

GREAT WARDROBES
Nicest sliding wardrobes I’ve found that don’t look like the ones my parents had in the 1980’s.
Be prepared that they use a delivery company not large enough to deliver when it suites you, they only deliver on the same specific day of the week so if you work and can’t get time off, you're knackered!
Will say that Spacepro rectified the matter and got it delivered eventually on a day I could be at home but!

Many thanks for your review. I'm afraid that we use a third party delivery company and have no control over the days in which they deliver to certain areas. They do only deliver to your postcode on a Friday, so I'm afraid an alternative day wouldn't be available. However if an early time slot would work better for you, you can certainly request this with them . They can also ask the driver to call you an hour before delivery so you can make arrangements for someone to be present to take delivery if this would work.
