Goods fine, support is lacking
Kit has arrived on time and in good order. But I have emailed a query about why there are four lengths of wood as part of the delivery, which aren’t included in the fitting instructions or video? We sent this on Monday and it’s now Friday when I planned to fit the wardrobe, and no response. Guess I’ll have to make it up as I go along?!
Just had an email within 8 minutes of posting the review and they explained exactly what I needed. Also that they hadn’t got a copy of my email, hence no reply! That’s more like it, happy to change to 5 stars now.

Unfortunately i am unable to find an email from yourselves regarding the query so i am sorry that you have never received a response. However, i can confirm that the "four lengths of wood" are the liners which were selected when ordering your wardrobe. The liners need to be fitted to your ceiling, floor and walls which create a frame for the doors and track to be fitted to. The liners have been deducted from your opening measurements provided so are required to be used. Thank you

Great product
We ordered Spacepro made to measure sliding wardrobe doors and Spacepro Aura internal components. The design is very good and easy to assemble for the average DIY er.
They have made a great difference to our bedroom.
For some reason the invoice showed I had been overcharged so I phoned up customer care and once they had checked my query they gave me a refund. They were delivered promptly with advanced phone calls and the guys who brought them couldn't have been nicer.
We bought them through B&Q who are the cheapest althou with every order no mater what size they charge £60 delivery. Other companies give free delivery but the product is over product is over priced.

Having input our dimensions into the website, imagine our dismay when the doors we had ordered had been reduced in width automatically to 'compensate' for the liners we'd included on the order. The design of the top runner left a lot to be desired, since it failed to mask the sliding mechanism effectively; simply extending the front vertical section by 2-3cm would improve the overall finish immensely, but there were no options for the range we ordered. Overall very disappointed and won't be using this website again.

When liners are selected in the ordering process, we take these into consideration when manufacturing the doors and trackset. Liners are used to frame your wardrobe doors so of course we have to deduct them from the opening measurements to ensure that everything fits into your aperture correctly. This is clearly explained on the website when liners are selected.
With regards to the design of the top track, this has been passed on to the relevant department and they will be happy to receive your feedback. We are always looking at ways our products can be improved and this will help with the development.

Excellent service and Product
Excellent service and product. My customised wardrobe doors were made and delivered much earlier than I expected. less than 1 week of placing the order, I received notification of a delivery date. They were delivered within the notified delivery slot and the delivery guys brought the doors into the house and stacked them exactly where I asked. The doors themselves are of a very good quality and fit perfectly to our spec. I honestly couldnt be happier.

The wardrobes are lovely
The wardrobes are lovely. Customers services really good when I reported a few issues. The only negative I have is there is no where to grip the doors to open them. You have to push the panel itself which is quite hard when pushing one door behind the other.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service.
Doors come far too small, after speaking to 2 different people in customer service their response does not make sense. Have had 2 carpenters round to look at theses and re measure the space provided to make sure I made no mistake both have been here all day and have cost me. My measurements are bang on so the shortfall is a mistake on this company’s behalf. No materials provided cover the shortfall. Unable to even pack out the difference I can not use these doors which is money down the drain.
The quality of the doors were chipped and mirror scratched. For doors this price this is not something I would expect either.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, BAD QUALITY AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They’re ok
These doors and the order process are ok but could be better. The exact measurements for the rail needs to be added to the order form as it is they ask for approx measurements for the doors then cut the rail using these, we had to try to trim off 2 mm to allow the rails to fit, not easy with a hack saw when they could have been done at their workshop with the correct machinery. The soft close is too aggressive for the doors and almost pulls the door off the rail so not able to use. The instructions are for several models making them difficult to follow. The header rail is not long enough to cover the top of the door leaving the he track exposed. Would I purchase again, probably not 🙁

Wardrobe doors from B&Q
Ordered wardrobe doors from B&Q - specially made to my sizes.
I received the items within 10 days.
Excellent delivery people. They were due between 7am and 8am, and arrived at 6.50am and were gone before 7am. The text had said they would have to leave outside and I freaked as I am unable to move the items. But these two men were great and brought the goods inside without any problems.
Not sure the 'office people' know what they are doing though as that afternoon I received an email, and two phone messages saying as my items were unable to be delivered on the specific day (due to the diesel shortage) they would now be delivered on the following saturday. I did receive them, at the allotted time so not sure why I was called etc. Also 2 days after delivery I got a text saying I only had 72 hours to get back to them to say if anything was missing or damaged. Unfortunately that wasn't enough time for my son to check the order, so they will still get a call to say if I'm missing something. You can't tell a customer 48 hours into a 72hour period that their time is running out. What sort of customer service is that?

putting it together terrible.
Instructions are very poor with very little instruction on how it goes together and what it should look like.
The video on line is conflicting, with one minute telling you to lay the frame on the sides of the wall and floor, then it changes to have no frame on the walls or floor?? What is correct?
No measurements on where the top frame should be to the doors.
No description on how much carpet needed to be cut to make the doors slide, No description on how the frame should sit.
The frame we received all four sides are the same size, meaning that the two sides are too long and the top and bottom are too short.
Our doors are too small in height for the size of the aperture we input into the measurements requested on line. We have had to pack it out by 2 inches.
Poor quality on the middle sections on the inside are not painted just rubbish fibre boards,
For the cost of this product my expectations have not been met and I am very disappointed.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering and delivery process, but sorry to hear that there was some disappointment in other aspects of your order.
With regard to the liners, it is advised on our website and under the FAQ's for What is a liner?
"A liner is a piece of MFC (melamine-faced chipboard). This will match your choice of sliding door frame. The purpose of a liner is to act as a floor plate for the bottom track as well as a wall liner where the sliding doors will meet the wall. Our liners are 90mm wide, 18mm thick and approximately 2800mm long. They are not compulsory - and you can delete them from our order sequence if they are not required – however we’d always recommend using a liner to make the installation even easier."
As stated the liners are a standard length which are designed to be cut down. As you have chosen to have liners, we make the necessary adjustments on your measurements provided so that the doors, track and liners fit into the opening. If the opening measurements were accurate then there is no reason that you should have had to pack out the wardrobe or cut your carpet as the liners can sit on top.
Please do be assured however that your comments have been noted and passed on to the appropriate team for future review and improvement purposes.

Product seems fine but delivery was…
Product seems fine but delivery was awful with us informed they could only deliver Thursday and the driver would contact day before and he told us delivery would be Friday. Communication needs to improve massively!!
In response to the reply, we were informed they could only deliver on a set day, a Thursday. We booked this time off work to ensure we were available. When the driver contacted us, he said he would be delivering Friday morning. After explaining the above, he told me I should have been told it was a 2 day run, and that he wouldn’t be in our area until Friday morning. He then contacted me late Thursday, and was able to deliver post 9pm Thursday evening. However, there was clearly a breakdown in communication between yourselves and the delivery company, that would have resulted in our package being left outside had the drivers luck not been on our side on this occasion.
