I ordered a dive mask for my daughter's birthday and it was sent out the next day, which was great. Then DHL messed up with their delivery, and still hadn't delivered after 10 days. At which point I got back in touch with Dive and had a phone call from Mark who offered to post another mask to my daughter by first class post. However, that same day, DHL finally got their act together and delivered. None of this was Dive's fault, who were efficient from the start, and I was impressed by their willingness to accept the non-delivery and redress the issue, although that wasn't necessary in the end. Seem like a very good company and I'm sure we would buy from them again.
