Ik had een hockey rugzak besteld en op de website stond duidelijk dat deze zak een mogelijkheid tot bevestiging van een hockeystick had. Ik had de zak ontvangen maar deze had dit helemaal niet. Ik heb gemaild met de klantendienst en zij beweerden dat ik het gewoon verkeerd had gelezen ondanks ik de letterlijke link en screenshots had gestuurd waar er weldegelijk opstond dat de website niet klopte. Ik wou graag een vergoeding voor mijn verzendkosten en terugstuur kosten maar jammer genoeg hebben ze hun fout nooit willen toegeven.

Amazing staff really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and help me select my new stick(s). Rufus explained the pros and cons of several sticks, helping with my selection from the huge array of sticks they stock. Went back in for a second stick as a result of the customer service, ability to try using the sticks and high quality products.
