Divan Beds Centre Anmeldelser 

I ordered a kingsize divan base and payed the extra for padded trim and glider feet, the bed took over 3 weeks to be delivered which under the current covid conditions I can except, I arranged time of work to be in to take the delivery on the day I was told, it finally arrived the next day.
I unpacked it to find slight damage in the material on the drawer and 4 out of the 8 glider feet where completely smashed beyond use which I payed the extra £25 for.
I instantly phoned the customer support line to tell them and asked for 4 replacements, after leaving my details they said someone would contact me which they didn't.
The next week after no contact from them I recalled them going through the same process, yet again nothing !!
I am now left with a bed base not in use because I have half the amount of glider feet.

I'm still waiting, and not happy about the service.

Needed a bed for the spare room so didn’t want to spend a fortune - but also wanted something half decent. Purchased from the Divan bed centre online after contacting them to see where the beds were made and if confirmed to British standard. Must say brilliant communication and when the bed arrived it was much better quality than I had hoped for. Also the courier service used was excellent. Great quality and value for money.

I was a little dubious about buying two beds online, but needn't have worried. The beds are great and the sales team couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery team were efficient and courteous. I'm very please and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Placed an order for a bed with the Divan Bed Centre with a request that it be delivered within 2 weeks. They beat this deadline by a couple of days and we are very pleased with the quality. The courier company they used were also first class, supplying regular progress updates on the delivery timescale. Highly recommended.

I would just like to say how impressed I have been with thiscompany. I purchased a divan bed off them back in February. Have since had a few minor problems with the bed that the have sorted out without question. Their customer service is superb! So nice to deal with a company that holds its customers in such high regard.

I ordered a bed base for my father and was pleased with the price I had paid, The base arrived but unfortunately one of the castor holes were broken so phoned and got through immediately, I have to say phone calls and emails all answered promptly and new base has arrived and broken base taken back and all good pleased with the product

Terrible service, terrible product
Bed took quite a time to be delivered - fair enough in current situation. Badly made, poor quality materials, only one of the 4 drawers opens, screws missing, trim damaged. One drawer smashed - must have been like it before it left the factory because all drawers are staples shut on delivery. Customer service laughed at me when I asked for an apology. Don’t waste your money.

Terrible customer service. I have emailed twice and called three times regarding delivery. Their website states delivery should be between 7-10 days, we are entering the 10th day and as a customer I am none the wiser as my most recent emails and telephone calls are yet to be returned.

The Divan Centre is the worst company I have ever dealt with, bar none. If you post a critical review of them, they report your review for obscene language so It gets removed.

We were looking for a specific sized divan to fit into a tight space, and were delighted to come across the Divan Centre, which was the only company we could find that offered 150cm-wide divans. The price was also reasonable.

Unfortunately, when the divan arrived, it was much larger than the 150cm size plainly advertised on its website. However, when I asked for a refund, I was greeted with extreme vitriol, and told that this was a "customer error" on my part, that all the divans came with a +/-3cm tolerance, and that I "should have checked" before ordering. Apparently, this was "clearly mentioned" on their website, even though it was not on the product page, nor any of the subsequent ordering pages I went through, nor any of the e-mails I received.

The customer service agent also tried to deny me my legal rights by refusing a full refund, even though the item was not as described This was in full defiance of my legal rights. Jack pointed me to the company's returns policy, which tells you much about this company. The Consumer Contracts Act clearly states that a supplier has to refund you within 14 days of it receiving the item you have returned - but the Divan Centre says it will refund you within 30 days.

I suggest Divan Centre updates its website with factually accurate descriptions of its products (how hard is it to write 153cm, rather than 150cm?) and stop trying to blame its customers. I would also suggest some training for its staff on basic consumer rights.

Terrible customer service. Rude and unresponsive staff. Happy to take the money but unwilling and disinterested in ensuring delivery is timely and effective.

No accountability.

Will be warning potential customers to carefully read a wide range or reviews. Will ensure I share my opinion on as many sites as possible.

I ordered a Milan zip and link mattress. Needed urgent delivery on a Saturday and this was arranged with no issues. Product came on time and the delivery guys were excellent, kept me informed and even took it upstairs for me. Great service all round.

Few issues with delivery but were sorted by company. Good quality bed base. Thank you.

Purchased a made to measure divan set. Really good quality product, and arrived quickly despite the current challenges.
The items were well protected in their packaging and the courier kept us informed all the way through.

I have now used the Divan Bed Centre on multiple occasions to purchase Zip & Link beds and mattresses for my self-catering holiday business. Gopal has always been incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with. Delivery has been fast, careful and efficient and the beds themselves regularly get mentioned by guests in their reviews as super comfy (to the point we've been asked where they're from a couple of times). I can also recommend the Revive 1500 pocket sprung and 50mm memory foam mattress as I've been sleeping on one myself for the last 12 months!

Following numerous emails and telephone calls regarding a mattress purchased from divan bed Center, I am pleasantly pleased to have received our monies back today.
Hanif, the owner of this company has now dealt with this promptly, but this will be the last experience that we will have with this company.

Still waiting on bed that was ordered on 13.5.20. Was told beginning of last week it was coming then so got old bed out and uplifted, it didnt come. I then recieved a text message yesterday to say it would come late am/early pm today. It is now 6pm and nothing, nobody answering calls.
Took an emergency annual leave for delivery as work 7am-2pm. Kids haven't been able to get and enjoy the weather.
Edited, not long after writing review bed arrived, mattresses are good quality. Did get a reply later on to say that driver had been held on another job ....
