The lodges we stayed at were five stars!! I especially loved the difference in each of these lodges. Adele took the time to make sure we had a great experience.

We used Discover Africa to help plan our bucket list safari trip, and it was the trip of a lifetime! The process was very smooth with Devryn's guidance and support. We saw so many animals we had hoped to (even a momma cheetah and her cubs!), unforgettable experiences (meerkats sitting on us!), and smooth transportation between every stop. All without the stress of planning such a trip ourselves. Would highly, highly recommend working with Discover Africa!!

This was our third trip with Discover Africa and Adelle and the team were again excellent. The lodges they selected for us were fantastic and the Delta never fails to provide an amazing experience.

I first chose Discover Africa from 4 other agencies because they responded quickly to my many many changes in itinerary, but also guided me with reasonable suggestions. This trip meant so much to me and I wanted to fit in as much as possible. I was most worried about the travel and connections between destinations. It worked perfectly. During the trip when I contacted Vihann at Discover Africa, he answered immediately and continued to guide us until we were home. The places we stayed were amazing and we saw everything on my bucket list and more. This was my bucket list trip and they really made it as close to perfect as it gets!!!

Firstly it has to be said that the 4 by 4 vehicle and all the lodges and accommodations we booked were all properly booked and on time. Formally, the company met all the requirements. However after we paid the entire amount prior to the trip, and throughout the entire trip, they did not contact us once to enquire did we arrive safely m did we we receive the cat ok, were the lodges OK...nothing. not once. Not by email not by phone or sms. They charge a good price for their services and it was very disappointing that from the moment of payment and throughout the rest of the trip they showed no interest or involvement in our experience or if there were any problems.

An absolutely incredible safari! My wife and I went on a two week safari through Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Susan listened to what we hoped to see and do, and then put together a great itinerary, with some fantastic accommodations. Highly recommend Susan and her team, and we look forward to one day booking another safari with them soon!

We are an Australian family of 6 and have just returned from a 2 week safari holiday in South Africa. Discover Africa was excellent. Devryn Panaino was our consultant and he was full of good information and always speedy with a return email. There was not a single glitch during our holiday. The lodges and camps recommended were exactly what we asked for with very comfortable accommodation and a couple of dietary requirements catered for every single meal. The guides and trackers were first rate. They were very friendly and seemed to know everything about the African bush and its wildlife. They would get us into the best possible viewing spot every time and always so close to the animals.

Even the transfers were good - on time with friendly drivers and air conditioned vans. Each transfer turned into a mini safari.

We hope to return to Africa in the next few years and will absolutely use Dev and the team at Discover Africa.

Absolutely outstanding service! I cannot recommend Chrizaan Troch highly enough. With a demanding work schedule, I had very little time to research or plan a trip, but she took care of everything from start to finish with such professionalism and care. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. Throughout the process, she was always responsive, quick to address any concerns, and happy to answer all of my questions. I felt completely at ease putting my trust in her, and I'm so thankful I did. Her expertise and attention to detail ensured that every part of my safari went off without a hitch.
The actual experience exceeded my expectations in every way — from the incredible wildlife I was able to see (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, hippos, buffalos, wild dogs, hyaenas...and many more) to the luxurious lodge accommodations. It was truly the trip of a lifetime!

Susan is very helpful and response promptly to any enquiry. We encountered a minor hiccup in Zimbabwe, called her and she resolved it immediately.This type of service made the trip from good to great! The safari was just amazing !

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this travel agency! Cayleigh was incredibly professional, friendly, and organized every detail of our trip flawlessly. All the transfers were perfectly arranged — we didn’t have to worry or struggle with anything from the moment we arrived until the end of our journey.

Even when we needed a last-minute flight change, Cayleigh handled everything quickly and efficiently. It made our trip completely stress-free. We felt truly taken care of every step of the way.

We just returned from an African safari in Kenya and Tanzania as well as gorilla trekking in Rwanda. Susan, planned our 17 day to perfection. It was seamless to travel between countries, between lodges as well as negotiating airport arrivals and departures. The choice of itinerary and the amount of time in each location was perfect as well as the choice of accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our safari and we met wonderful people as well as friendly, knowledgeable and informative guides. It was just the perfect trip. Words are not sufficient to express how pleased we were with Susan of Discover Africa. We would definitely use them again and we would not hesitate in recommending them.

We had an amazing trip! Everything was very well planned out, and we were able to have a 5 star experience without breaking the budget! We loved the properties, and knowledgeable, friendly people met us at each transition along the way.

Even superlatives fail when trying to describe the sheer joy of our multigenerational trip to Sabi Sabi in South Africa, and The Elephant Camp in Zimbabwe! It was SUPERB IN EVERY WAY, from game drives (we saw everything and then some) to daily comforts (luxurious), from our rangers and trackers (I'm sure WE got The Best!) to all the staff we met and those we did not who make the bush lodges and Discover Africa's itinerary over the top. It was all about game at Sabi Sabi, and all about Victoria Falls and local culture at The Elephant Camp. We will definitely plan with DA again some day!

I just came back from my holiday organised by Discover Africa, and can safely say this was one of the most incredible trips I've ever done (and travel quite a lot). I can't recommend them enough!

I contacted them last minute, merely 4 weeks ahead of my planned travel dates. Matthys, the travel expert that took care of me, scheduled a video call to understand better what I'm after. I gave him a rather vague brief (Victoria Falls + safari somewhere in South Africa, Botswana or Zimbabwe, including walking safaris; avoiding touristy hotspots and crowds as much as possible). Within just a couple of days he came back with an itinerary that fit the bill to a tee. Just a few highlights from my trip: watching a group of hippos at sunset just in front of my porch in Chundu Island near Victoria Falls, a microlight flight over the falls (the views are incrediblel), watching a pack of wild dogs hunting kudus in Sabi Sand (and hyenas joining in too), tracking lions on foot at Rhino Walking Safaris in Kruger NP. Each of the locations I visited offered something truly special.
Everything was perfectly organised, including all the transfers between locations. Matthys was very responsive whenever had any questions (even outside of working hours). This was my first visit to this part of Africa, and I already know be coming back soon enough, and will reach out to Discover Africa to help me make it happen.

Our Cape Town and safari adventure were absolutely top notch! Every step of the way, from airport transportation to accommodations to provided tours in Cape Town were outstanding, and enjoyed by all members of our family travel party!
The stay and game drives at Inyati near Krueger were even more memorable (if that is even possible). Everyone had the “trip of a lifetime” and all aspects and details of the trip met and typically exceeded our expectations!

Fantastic Africa vacation! Discover Africa organized the whole trip seamlessly so that I didn’t need to plan anything but just enjoy every day. They provided me with very detailed daily itinerary including airport pickups. Inyati Game Lodge in Sabi Sands and Old Drift Lodge in Victoria Falls were excellent choices. We saw lions in action, Leopard devouring a kill on the tree, wild dogs hunting prey….. Victoria falls was magnificent and beautiful with half circle rainbow. Special thanks to Matthys of Discover Africa for excellent planning and organizing our Africa Vacation. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were going on a trip to South Africa with 2 friends. These friends were repeating customers of Discover Africa and we trusted them with our trip to South Africa. It was so easy to work with Megan as she designed and tailored our vacation to our every need and wants. She gave us a small selection of safari lodges, advised us on what was best and was prompt to reply and offer solutions to all our wishes. Not a glitch happened from the first pick up at the airport to the drop off at the cruise terminal. We felt take care off and were worried free. Our tour guide in Capetown, Steven was so nice, professional and had lots of information to share with us.
This was a dream vacation and a lot thanks to Megan and Discover Africa who did all the work and we just enjoyed the high level of expertise, care and dedication.
We would most definitely use them again and would recommend them for a trip to Africa.

My wife and I just back at home from a safari trip in Zimbabwe & Botswana. Matthys at Discover Africa arranged a terrific itinerary to Victory Falls, Chobe National Park, and the Okavango Delta. All transfers, tours, and lodgings were went smoothly nice. We felt the trip was everything we had hoped for and would highly recommend their services. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Our private family safari to Tanzania couldn't be better! Dev in the home office was super well-organized and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. The safari was very well organized. Frank was the best driver/guide we could ever hope for: personable, knowledgeable and possessing a seemingly super-human ability to spot all types of game while carefully driving the safari vehicle. All the lodges we stayed at on our safari were each in their own way special. It was downright amazing to be driving all day in the African bush and then drive up to a beautiful luxury lodge at the end of a long game drive. Each one was unique in its own way. All of us will long remember the outdoor shower at Lahia Tented Camp overlooking the Great Migration just below us, as just one example. We viewed tens of thousands of large African mammals.
