I love how Dinolingo introduces new words. My kids are learning Japanese and they are having so much fun. The lessons are short and engaging, just perfect for them.

I can not praise Dinolingo enough. Its helping my daughter learn Vietnamese. The lessons are fun and interactive. She loves the dinosaur characters and songs. Its easy to use and we can access it anytime. Great took for language learning at home.

Please respond to my refund request. On 30th September I asked you to cancel my account as I could not find how to cancel it. I was charged on 17th September, despite not using the service. You told me my account was cancelled but refused to refund me. On 17th October you charged me again, I contacted you immediately and again asked you to contact my account and to refund the charge. Again you refuse. Please issue the refund at least for the 17th October. This is for the next month, when I have absolutely no intention of using your service. Please by honest and decent.

We started using Dinolingo for French lessons. My daughter loves the interactive activities. She sings the songs all day. The monthly cost is reasonable for the amount of content available.

We started using Dinolingo for homeschooling and it is exceeded our expectations. The lessons are well structured covering reading writing listening and speaking skills. The printable worksheets are a great addition for offline practice. it is comprehensive enough to be our main language learning resource.

Beware of their subscription service. They will not send notifications for their annual subscription renewal. This company has a no refund policy. Borderline scam. My wife subscribed thinking it was duolingo due to the similar name.

Super cute, my 7 year old loves it. DuoLingo was just too hard for him and this is much more accessible. I would say that up to age 12 is a massive stretch. It's effective but definitely little-kid-ish. My 12yo would laugh me out of the room if I told him this was for him. But he's big enough for actual DuoLingo, my 7yo likes DinoLingo just fine.

Excellent customer service, can't wait for our daughter to start learning Spanish and Japanese!

This is a terrible language program. It constantly has glitches where the phrases don't play at all or only the last half of words are played. The buttons are constantly freezing which means you have to refresh the page dozens of times in short period of time. Such poor quality, it is not even worth the free trial (for which you do have to enter your credit card details). I only tried it because they have a Danish program, but if you need any other language use StudyCat instead, it is night and day with the quality!

There is no clear link or explanation for canceling the subscription before the trial expires. They put you in a loop of email, but no link on how to cancel effectively. I'm very frustrated.

I started using this app in 2020. After a year I quit using it.
I have not used it for over 2 years and failed to notice that they had billed me last year.
This year however i did notice on Jan 4,2024 the $119 charge to my credit card.
It is atrocious that a company would not notify you of an upcoming billing giving you the option to opt out - especially for a $119.00. I would never recommend this product and am complaining to the Better Business Bureau.
