Lors de l'inscription (cours de grec moderne), j'ai coché la case correspondant à un paiement de 6,99 par mois. J'ai été débitée dès la fin de la première semaine d'un montant de 69,99€. Je n'ai par ailleurs reçu aucun mail de confirmation, aucun n° de dossier, aucune facture, sans qu'il me soit possible d'obtenir une explication. Et je reçois aujourd'hui un mail m'informant que mon abonnement a été interrompu... S'agit-il vraiment d'un site d'apprentissage de langue, ou une vaste arnaque ?

This is a scam. Do not subscribe cause it's almost impossible to unsubscribe and they keep charging money even when you unsubscribe.

Poor design, with high charge, with difficult cancellation process.

Drukke filmpjes voor de kinderen om te leren, wat niet goed is voor hun hersenen. Ook zitten er filmpjes tussen waarbij de woorden niet overeen komen met de beelden, waardoor ze de verkeerde woorden aanleren. Ik wilde cancelen binnen de gratis week, echter stond er op de website in mijn account geen abonnement om te cancelen. Het contactformulier om contact op te nemen gaf een error. Nu is het volledig jaarbedrag van de creditcard afgeschreven en geven ze aan geen refund te willen geven. Door een error aan hun kant, word ik nu gedwongen te betalen. Ik vind het een belachelijk manier om aan je klanten te komen.

Purchased the "buy as a gift" got charged but we never received the codes. Checked all spam folders nothing. When digging into trying to contact seller all they have are contact forms which don't submit or return 404 errors. Took a guess at emailing the usual info@ - got an automated reply...

Not good experience as unable to pass the child's nickname section. Tried at this point so many options including our eircode and it always says the username is already taken which obviously isn't possible.

This app randomly charged me a $19 fee. Didn’t even have an active subscription. Never even been to the site. And didn’t have the app downloaded. Very bizarre. The fact that they offer absolutely no refunds under no circumstances tells you everything you need to know about this company. demonstrates extremely poor customer service and operations.

OK so as an app to learn annentry level languages I think is OK, but only as a free app. I would not pay for this app as it is flaky, stops, gives you the wrong answer when you're. Right, bombardes you with adds for their own services, but most of all, does not work when you really need it. I have been using it fee for 3 years.. So I know what I am talking about..

Not what I signed up for. I should be allowed to learn in private like my free trial. The second you pay up, you start getting stalked by neighbours and contacts even though you did not give access to your contacts. I wasted to learn basic maths in private and now I’m being followed by people which I didn’t sign up for. This is a sham business, no way of getting in contact with them once they have taken your money. I wanted to learn really enjoying it until I realised my learnings were not private and no way of stopping people stalking your progress. This is theft!

The videos and songs help my child remember words easily. It is a great learning tool.

German course on Dinolingo is excellent for beginners. My children started with zero knowledge and now they can form basic sentences. The repetition through different activities helps with retention.

My kids can learn at their own pace. They can choose when and how long to study. This flexibility is great for families like ours.

Dinolingo is very safe for children. I appreciate that there are no ads or chat rooms. My kids can learn without distractions or worries.

I took my kids to visit a foreign museum and we used Dinolingo to teach them some phrases in the language of the country we were in. It made the experience more immersive. The app really helps bridge the gap when traveling abroad.

The monthly fee for Dinolingo is very reasonable. For the price of one course, I can teach four kids. It is an excellent value for our family. I highly recommend this program to others.

I am happy with how Dinolingo engages my children in language learning. The videos and songs are entertaining. They are always excited to play and learn more words and phrases.

Extremely hard to cancel. When it comes to cancelling they send you to a bunch of unhelpful articles. When you try to contact them, they try to send you back to these articles. Moreover, the articles that they provide are not clear. They say they provide "self-management" portal - but it's impossible to self manage.

Had this for our kiddo. It's okay. But I requested cancellation last year. They just renewed it again. I asked again for cancellation and because I didn't keep the email (may have been a phone call, it was a long time ago) they are refusing to refund almost $100.

Update: They did refund but not until after bad review left here. It was to buy to remove bad review. So upping it to 2 stars because they did eventually return my money and supposedly canceled my account (I have been unable to login for a while, so I am wondering if it was canceled when I initially asked).
