Loving this new necklace. It looks gorgeous paired with other DH pendants. Good to have 2 choices of length. Excellent quality, beautiful and sparkly. Lab created diamonds make it affordable too.

This review is to show that there is little point in great design if the full service doesn’t follow through at a high standard too.

I have bought Dinny Hall since the early 1990s. I therefore find it disappointing to be in this miserable situation with their customer service team now.

End of September-my husband bought me gold huggie earrings. They are lovely.
I wore for about second/third time in December and almost lost one. My sister pointed out it was hanging unclasped from my ear. On close inspection I found that the clasp on one did not click firmly.

26 dec - I email DH to inform them.
No reply.
6 Jan - I chase up asking if they got email.
Finally get a reply and they say post in for repair, which do immediately
Silence-no acknowledgment of receipt - no timeframe - just silence
21 Jan - I chase again and ask when will I get the earrings back?
24 Jan - earrings returned beautifully packaged but the problem earrings still not right-the clasp is firmer but it is now misaligned. I inform DH

29 Jan - I chase again. Am asked if I live near Notting Hill then I can come in and repair team can speak to me. DH know I don’t live nearby as they had my address for return repair. I don’t want to chat any more about this, I just want a pair of earrings that close properly.

So-4 months after receiving these earrings I am still unable to wear them as one is defective and DH seem intent on stringing this out for as long as possible.

The defect with one of the pair was there from the start and had I noticed immediately these should have been returned immediately for a refund.
It is annoying that the clasp issue only became evident on early wear but I felt relieved not to have lost the earring entirely-I am certain DH would not have helped had this happened. They seem unable to assist even now.

I am fed up with having to repeatedly chase. I have said now I would like to return the earrings. I have given a fair chance for DH to sort this out but they have failed it is humiliating to be ignored over and over again.

I ordered a bamboo bangle online which was dispatched really quickly, it was beautifuly wrapped and was much more gorgeous in real life. Im so pleased with it, its really stylish and looks expensive and classy. Very impressed. Recommended.

I completely love my Dinny Hall earrings. I bought the new T bar earrings,good size not too chunky.And I'm so in love with my diamond studs in gold with the mill grained edge.Got the double circles as a pair,and a single round.Just really well made,great quality,and finally got my ear curating down to a T. I've steadily built up quite a collection of Dinny Hall jewellery. Many of the designs are classic and won't easily date, there's a wide choice of items in different precious metals/gemstones and customer service is very good. The quality is high and any sales appear to be genuine. When I think jewellery, I think Dinny Hall.

Update.... Finally after 37 days received a full refund paid into my bank's credit card.
This review is not about products from Dinny Hall but about their customer service and refunds or should I say lack of refunds.
On the 10th of November we ordered some earrings that were on their website. The following day on the 11th of November we had an from them apologising stating they had a technical issue on site with the item ordered and said you could purchase another item or apply for a refund. Replying on the 13th I said as it was a birthday gift I would need a refund. On the 14th of November the site was still advertising the earrings which allegedly was not available two days prior. I telephone a number of times with no response until finally success. I was advised that the refund was on its way. On the 5th of December I once again as the customer service phone number was not being answered, wrote asking for the refund that was promised. The following day Dinny Hall wrote saying that they were having technical issues with the refund submissions and I will get it as soon as possible.
This saga has now been going on for over 30 days. I will update this review when I finally get a refund from Dinny Hall. As you can see from this review this company, is not trustworthy with your money if the item you want is out of stock or is not what you’re expected. Be aware of this company and wait for my update on this review.

Love my necklace! This was bought with money given to me for a big birthday so I wanted to buy something special. There was a bit of confusion with the order intially but customer service was fantastic. So pleased with my purchase.

Lovely set of earrings. Look stunning on. Came really nicely packaged in a small jewellery box along with a little cloth pouch.

Great customer service!! I wanted my beautiful earrings re-plated which I was prepared to pay for. Daisy was so helpful and managed to get them like new without any cost. I am so grateful ☺️

Avoid at all costs. I ordered an expensive necklace as a birthday gift that was unfortunately badly designed (it continually flipped over as was weighted incorrectly). I returned the item for a refund and 6 weeks later am still waiting for this to happen. I've had to initiate a credit card dispute to try and get my money back. Worst online shopping experience I have had in many years - I wouldn't go near this company if there is an risk of needing to use their returns process.

Having been a Dinny Hall customer for many years I have an archive of earrings going back to the 1990s but it didn't include any diamonds - until now. My new sparkly Jasmine mini studs bought in the sample sale will be good for stacking with my existing collection. I am thrilled that a beautiful new store has just opened in Leeds which I am planning to visit soon!

Super speedy delivery, lovely packaging, and the necklace and earrings are super cute. Love Dinny Hall jewellery, and am slowly topping up my collection. I am now buying my nearly 16 year old her first piece, for her birthday.

Exceptional service from Dinny Hall Head Office, Islington & Bicester. My wife saw an item at Bicester which she later regretted not buying. I contacted the HO who identified the item for me. Bicester store confirmed it had been sold but arranged for an identical one to be sent from Islington. When this went astray, Islington sourced another one and posted it to me. Such service nowadays is rare; special thanks to Daisy (HO), Melanie (Bicester) and Scarlet (Islington) for 1st class customer service.

My wife's favourite everyday pendant had got tarnished by accident on holiday. Dinny Hall have been brilliant the whole way from offering to repolish and replate the pendant for free to excellent communication throughout. I have always found them to be a brilliant company to deal with and love the jewellery!

Beautiful bracelet received in lovely packaging (and not too much). Have reused the tissue paper.

Beautiful quality jewellery and incredible after service when I lost the back to my earring

I left a 1* review about 3 months ago regarding a gold tear drop bracelet gifted to me, which lost its colour completely, having advertised itself as wearable everyday (which I did). DH responded immediately and offered to re-coat the bracelet at no extra cost to me. They paid to pick up and deliver the bracelet, and within a month, I have my bracelet back, looking wonderful again. Thank you Dinny Hall your service was faultless and I will ensure I remove my bracelet after wearing and hope to treasure it for years to come.
