I found they did more for me from the start as to what other company didn’t do in 18 months! Micheal Walker was. brilliant! Kept me up to date frequently! Nearly every month. I was wishing I’d went to Digby Brown first but was told to go to other one . I’d definitely recommend Digby Brown to anyone especially Micheal who was very thorough throughout process.

Everything was handled smoothly
Everything was handled smoothly. I was kept informed throughout the process. I had a successful claim. I couldn’t have afforded to do this if I’d had to pay upfront. The cost was very reasonable compared to my compensation.
I’d use again should the need ever occur…but hopefully not.

The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. I had an accident caused by 3rd party
I had an accident caused by 3rd party , I am so glad I contacted Digby Brown .
They dealt with everything and the insurance company had made me an initial offer in which they advised me to refuse and I received 3 times the first offer.
It is very stressful when involved in an accident but Digby Brown took care of everything they were they only people that I spoke to.
Jack was so understanding and helpful, Customer Service is 5 stars

I had an injury claim through digby brown and they handled everything making it so easy and stress free for myself while I recovered. The outcome was favourable aswell thanks to their efforts. Euan Robertson who was acting on my behalf was so helpful and made it easy to understand any legal term.
