Bought a pair of diesel jeans having wore the bootcut version for the last 20 years. I wore them once and the waist was all loose causing the jeans to fall down. Contacted customer service and was advised I was not entitled to anything. The quality of the material used in the new version of bootcut in comparison to previous Zathan, Zanity models is absolutely rubbish. I honestly wore the jeans 3 times then had to bin them. Material was the same as cheap 'next' jeans I have that cost a sixth of the diesel price. I'll never buy another product from diesel again.

Bought Christmas presents for a male both items arrived but the jeans although the correct length on the label were in fact 5” longer. Then the gift which we searched on their website under Men’s Underwear arrived and was actually women’s underwear. We emailed after Christmas and received the most insincere message

“We would like to inform you that the length sizes on our online store are conventional to indicate the 5cm length gap between our three length differences”

We’ve bought Diesel jeans all our adult lives and never has the length been wrong.

With regards our complaint about the underwear they accepted no responsibility that their onsite search engine included these women’s underwear in the “male underwear” search.

Diesel isn’t a cheap brand so be aware before you make your purchase as their website could be misleading.

After this experience I’m doubtful I’ll use Diesel online again. Shame.

Terrible work flow. Orders have only had their labels created, been marked as “fulfilled” for delivery status.

I ordered my items during before Christmas and it now has been two weeks still no information about my orders. The website reluctantly left a general message about expected delay in delay, making it’s difficult to know the actual shipping status

In addition, no confirmation when message sent to customer service, so resolving problem is also not transparent

Ho ordinato una cintura come regalo di Natale per la mia fidanzata.Consegna prevista per il 21 Dicembre.Oggi 29 dicembre con 8 giorni di ritardo sono dovuto andarlo a ritirare presso un punto di raccolta all’interno di un packaging orribile e povero(carta velina senza scatola). Chiamo il servizio clienti per un eventuale remunerazione per il danno da me subito, l’unica risposta è stata di assegnarmi un 10% di sconto sul prossimo acquisto,PROSSIMO ACQUISTO?!?! Dopo quest’esperienza non comprerò mai più da questo brand INUTILE e con personale STRAFOTTENTE. Spero vivamente che nessuno abbia avuto la mia stessa esperienza, e che nessuno rischi acquistando da questo brand.
RESOCONTO: pagamento effettuato in linea, SPEDIZIONE IN RITARDO, SPEDIZIONE NON PRESSO IL MIO DOMICILIO,PACKAGING INESISTENTE,RICEVENTE REGALO DELUSO,BRUTTA FIGURA DEL SOTTOSCRITTO.

Ich habe eine Hose am 04.11.2023 reklamiert, welche im Schritt gerissen ist. Diesel hat die Reklamation geprüft und am 14.11.2023 die Berechtigung bestätigt. Darauf habe ich die Hose versendet, was Diesel gemäß der Sendungsnachverfolgung am 21.11.2023 erhalten hat. Trotz mehrfachen Schreiben habe ich meine Rückerstattung bis heute nicht erhalten. Das ist eine Frechheit und teilweise schon für mein Empfinden Betrug, da man die Erstattung nicht auszahlt.

Nach anfänglicher negativer Bewertung, nun eine gute! Ware kam zwar verspätet an aber es war alles sehr schön eingepackt und die Ware ist top.

Nur der Service und damit meine ich den Support könnte um Welten besser sein und einfach mal auf die Fragen eingehen.

Habe manche Artikel direkt in der Filiale abgegeben, das war top und das Geld sofort auf mein PayPal-Konto

Sollte mein Packet lautet Diesel Föhr Weihnachten kommen bis jetzt nicht ..

Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato 2 articoli poi visto che dopo 3 giorni non spedivano ho annullato ordine. Invece di fare ciò che avevo chiesto mi spediscono uno solo dei due articoli senza chiedere prima se ero d'accordo. Il servizio clienti è come se non appartenesse a loro ma fosse un intermediario tra le parti cioè è inutile chiamarlo perché non ti garantiscono nulla ne quando parte la spedizione ne se sono riusciti ad annullare l'ordine stesso ( ordine che avevo annullato chiamando il giorno prima della spedizione parziale). Richiamo il servizio clienti per sapere come bloccare l'inutile spedizione e mi suggeriscono di rifiutare la consegna oppure fare un reso. Certo ma chi si fida più di voi se non siete riusciti ne a spedire per intero tutto ciò che volevo ne ad annullare un ordine chi mi garantisce che mi rimborsate? Nessuno. MAI PIÙ DIESEL STATE ALLA LARGA!

Hier läuft leider gar nichts gut. Man konnte beim Verstand Express auswählen. D.h. Lieferung zwischen 1 und 3 Tage. Das Paket kann nicht an in diesem Zeitraum. Es wurde noch nicht mal versendet. Der Kundendienst meinte gestern, die 1-3 Tage beziehen sich auf die Zeit nach dem Versand🤣. Könnte also auch erst nächstes Jahr versendet werden. So ein Humbug. Also ich werde dort definitiv nichts mehr bestellen.

Das war meine erste und letzte Bestellung. Extrem lange Lieferzeit. Bestellt am 24.11. Und auch sofort bezahlt. Lieferung erfolgte am 04.12. Diese lange Lieferzeit war bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich. Es gab keinerlei Informationen bzw. Kommunikation seitens Diesel hierzu. Am Tag der Lieferung kam eine E-Mail von Diesel an einer Kundenbefragung zur Kundenzufriedenheit teilzunehmen. Da ich weder Chinesisch Italienisch oder Spanisch spreche konnte ich an der Befragung nicht teilnehmen. Da ein Artikel zu klein ausfiel wurde dieser am gleichen Tag noch zurückgesendet. Auch die Retoure, Bearbeitung und Gutschrift dauerte 11 Kalendertage. Und wiederum gab es keinerlei Informationen von Diesel hierzu. Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte das alles von Italien versandt und bearbeitet wird hätte ich vor Ort im Laden eingekauft wo die Angestellten doch tatsächlich noch Deutsch sprechen.

Me and my husband ordered two separate orders on the same day 06/12 selecting express delivery. Part of the orders were delivered by the timeframe Diesel.com stated on the order form i.e. 2-3 business days ie. delivered on 8/12. However both orders were split into 2 shipments and both have items not delivered to this day i.e 7 days after order. We contacted customer support 3 times now. On 11th of December by chat, then the next day by phone and today by chat again. We wanted to know when the remaining items in the order will be delivered because no one will be here to accept the parcels (which was the reason we selected express delivery in the first place). The first time - Chris from customer support -said that they cannot help at this point and that they need to escalate to their in-house team for investigation, reluctant to either refund part of the express delivery cost, informing us that diesel actually means 2-3 business days AFTER dispatch, and sending to a tiny paragraph in a help page where it says that at times there are delays - none of that information is stated AT ALL in the form when you order online. I guess diesel.com is happy to take the money, but is not hold accountable for actually delivering. When we phoned customer support the next day, the person was the only one willing to help in any way and agreed to have the items cancelled when they reach UK ground. That was great since we should not be hold accountable if parcels are delivered and then get stolen since we will not be there to accept them i.e. in most cases couriers do not even ring our door, they leave parcels at the entrance of our building and lots of times they get stolen unless one quickly goes down to collect them. 3 days later still no news so I contacted customer support via chat again today asking for cancellation and stating that it is totally unfair to hold our money for so long when diesel did not deliver when they should have and they have no clue what happened with the remaining parcels. Today though was an absolute joy because Stephanie was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She basically said that Diesel.com is already on it so "thank you have a nice day". Absolutely horrible customer service ending the discussion because you do not have an answer to give and are reluctant to take any more questions.

In the meantime UPS tracking is still inactive so I am not sure what exactly diesel.com is investigating!

It does without saying that no one in my household will be ordering again from diesel but people should know of such awful customer service. Do not order if you can avoid it!

Ordered a bag online, got a different color one. Asked for return or exchange, wrote email (on the website it says “takes 1 business day to respond”) they replied after abt 5 days and me contstantly calling, cus im sorry but almost 1,000 cad for the bag in the wrong colour and customer service doesn’t progressively resolve your issue it’s just frustrating. I don’t understand why diesel won’t remove online option from the website because literally their work is unsatisfying for the product prices lol. Now i’m in the process of a return and waiting for my return label about 5 days :) Hopefully i’ll be able to get my full refund, cus reading other reviews i’m scared now. Overall, NEVER order anything online from Diesel. Waste of your money, time and emotions👍🏼

Returned two orders. Diesel received one return 06/11, after which I received the refund on 11/11. That's OK! Diesel received my other return on 31/10 and to this day I have NOT received the refund. In the meantime I had several contacts with Customer Care about that unpaid refund. Apparently, labels (packing slip) in my returns were exchanged. That's probably my fault. However, Diesel does not keep promises. E.g. Diesel wrote on 20/11 "our logistics team has assured that your return will be processed during the course of this week". Now one month after they received my return, I have not received my money back. I'm at the point where I'm giving up and I'm going to contact my bank. It's a shame that Diesel does not listen to customers and does not keep promises made!

Non ho niente da dire sulla qualità dei capi, forse la più alta per un prezzo ancora arrivabile. Ma è inammissibile che acquisti un capo la domenica sera con spedizione express e che il capo venga affidato al corriere martedì/mercoledì, di fatto vanificando la consegna express. Ma non è colpa del corriere, è colpa di DIESEL che ci mette un'eternità a consegnargli il capo (con l'etichetta prodotta il lunedì mattina poi mi è sembrata proprio una presa in giro).

ich kaufe seit 30 Jahren Diesel Jeans - ich habe 8 Jeans anprobiert und nichts passendes gefunden. Die Jeans gefallen meinem Sohn der 15 ist; aber 200euro gibt er nicht aus!
Die Kleidung ist einfach nicht tragbar für menschen ab 40 Jahren - schade! eigentlich liebe ich diese Marke!

Mi associo a tante recensioni negative, non per la qualità del prodotto che ancora non ho testato, quanto per il servizio di spedizione di cui si avvale lo Store online. Ho infatti ordinato un jeans pagando ben 12 € di spedizione per averlo in due giorni lavorativi. Il corriere DHL non consegna il pacco ma dice di essere passato e di non aver trovato nessuno in casa: falso. Contatto allora lo Store per avere rimborso sulla spedizione, dal momento che è un venerdì e io riceverò probabilmente il mio pacco solo di lunedì, quindi ben cinque giorni dopo l’acquisto: nessun rimborso. Sinceramente ci sono tanti Store con servizi ben migliori e credo proprio che debbano essere privilegiati quelli piuttosto che Store dove marciano sul nome ma ahimè il resto lascia molto a desiderare.

Ich habe mir am 05.03.2022 eine 206€ Diesel Krailey Joggjeans 069 YG Boyfriend gekauft und habe sie bis zum heutigen Tag (23.10.2023) nur ein paar Mal getragen. Nun löst sich der Stoff in Wohlgefallen auf. Der ist so dünn, überall entstehen (unter Hosenbund und am Hintern) Risse und Löcher. Die Hose ist nur noch Müll für die Tonne. So minderwertige Qualität habe ich bei diesem Preis nicht erwartet, bin enttäuscht.

Ho acquistato un paio di stivali in pelle lucida (modello d-hammer bt d) da uomo della nuova collezione autunno inverno 2023 con lo sconto del 20% una settimana fa e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. La consegna da Swiss Post è stata molto rapida e in circa 3 giorni mi è già arrivato il pacco. Ottimo!
Per quanto riguarda le calzature la qualità della pelle è eccellente perché è molto resistente all'usura e alle pieghe anche se sono made in china e all'apparenza sembrano un po' di plastica. Invece sono proprio in vera pelle lucida bovina molto resistente. Devo dire che sono rimasto abbastanza sorpreso. Rispetto all'ultimo acquisto che ero un po' deluso la qualità della pelle è migliorata molto. Sono proprio perfette. Anche la suola è ben costruita, ed è bella resistente. La misura è quella giusta e sono comode. Il design è piuttosto particolare con il logo d davanti può piacere oppure no. A me piace. L'unica nota un po' negativa è il prezzo che è secondo me è troppo alto per quello che è la scarpa. Infatti le ho pagate chf 447.00 scontate del 20% al posto di CHF 559.00. Nel complesso però ho avuto un'esperienza di shopping online molto positiva.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über dem Kundenservice von Diesel bzw. OTB!!!

Ich bin langjähriger Kunde bei Diesel und kaufe meine Kleidung, Aksesuars, Parfums und Schuhe grundsätzlich fast nur von der Marke Diesel ein. Meine Garderobe ist mindestens mit 80% der Marke Diesel befüllt aber ich werde kein einziges Teil mehr von Diesel kaufen!!! Denn:

Das erste Mal nach mehr als 10 Jahren habe ich und meine Frau (Sie hat auch nachdem Sie mich kennengelernt hat viel bei Diesel eingekauft) zwei paar Boots die defekt waren bzw. schon nach einem Jahr nicht mehr wasserdicht waren und die Sohlen sich gelöst haben und ich eine Jeans und ein Gürtel welche auch defekt waren, reklamiert.

Von meiner Frau wurde die Reklamationsanfrage abgelehnt, da Sie kein Kassenbon mehr hatte. Das war der Grund weshalb sie es nicht angenommen haben als Reklamation. Obwohl wir die Boots mit Karton und Nachweis der Kaufstelle drum gebeten haben, dass es auch angenommen werden könnte, wurden diese abgelehnt. Dies konnte ich noch verkraften, da ich treuer Kunde bei Diesel war und einfach mich nicht entfernen wollte von der Marke.

Jedoch wurde meine Jeans, was auf keinen Fall mehr als 10 mal getragen wurde innerhalb ein Jahr, trotzdem risse zwischen den beiden Beinteilen bekommen hat auch abgelehnt obwohl ich mein Kassenbon noch hatte. Beim Gürtel war es ebenso kein Kundenfehler. Ich kann alles mit Fotos oder Videos nachweisen.

Diese Situationen mit dem Kundenservice hat mich so getroffen, dass ich diesen Fall hier nicht in die Länge ziehen möchte und allen abraten werde bei Diesel einzukaufen.

Denn verarschen kann ich mich selber!

Ich werde diese Sache aber noch bei der verbraucherzentrale melden und überall öffentlich machen, damit kein anderer Kunde bei Diesels schlechtem Kundenservice schlecht behandelt wird.
