There should be a zero star option. Put through an order and was notified within minutes that most items were out of stock. I was still charged the full amount of the entire order and have been battling Diesel for 6 weeks now to get my money back. I've found myself in some vicious circular reference: I ask for a refund, they claim they never charged me in the first place, they ask for proof, I sent proof, they " escalate" to another department, they come back saying they never charged me, I ask for a refund etc.

Absolutely ridiculous

Faulty product, horrendous customer experience.

Terrible service. I ordered Diesel belt 29.8 and they don’t send me any messages and then when I asked about my order, customer service said: your order not in our system and we can’t deliver it to u. They were give me a 10% promo code, but I used a 15%.

Ho acquistato una borsetta Diesel il 29 aprile dopo il primo uso di una sera, si è subito sverniciata la D in ferro che si trova davanti, una cosa minima ma dato il costo € 400 ho chiesto la sostituzione. Arrivata subito senza nessuna spesa una nuova. Nuovamente ogni volta che la usavo si sverniciava un pò, oramai dopo 4 mesi è inutilizzabile. Non ho più chiesto la sostituizione perchè è proprio il prodotto ad essere di pessima qualità.

There should be a 0 star option. I spent hours trying to figure out what size of belt to order because the sizing chart is so confusing. I ended up ordering a belt and the size is too small. I paid 20$ in duties + 10$ shipping. I asked to exchange the belt for a different size and they refused to do an exchange for me telling me I will be charged another 10$ to send the belt back. Then I would have to order the belt again and I would be charged $20 duties + $10 shipping AGAIN. Essentially, they are trying to charge me 70$ in extra fees just to exchange an item. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. I would recommend never buying anything from this company. They don’t do anything to help their customers. I was going to purchase a purse from here in the future but I am never going to be ordering from this company again and I suggest you don’t either

Do not ever order anything from them. I wore their clothes since I was a child. They lost a customer. I paid for express shipping. Big mistake. Their policy clearly says shipping costs will be returned to you. They do not honor this policy. Their sizing chart is off. As of their mistake, I purchased a dress that was much too large. Any other company would have helped me. I needed the dress before I left the country. They basically told me “too bad too sad.” Before they send me another dress the old one has to reach their warehouse. They make no exceptions. Their customer service will just regurgitate their bs policies. Then I decided to just do a return. They rather lose the sale than accommodate customers. The final bad service came when I asked for a QR code and instead they sent me a prepaid label. My printer is broke, so now I have to pay more money for this nightmare purchase.

I was also hung up on so many times by their customer service. Nobody was helpful.

They told me I will not be returned shipping costs because the dress came on time. What good is it that it came on time if it’s too big for me to wear because their sizing is off? Also they said if I need another dress to buy another and pay for express again… basically they don’t care if I am out $36 for shipping. They refused to do an advanced return/even exchange so I could get the dress in time for my trip without paying another $18.

If I could get it 0 I would. First they have
'bad customer service. Second the material 1 is cheap. I got my bag 2 weeks ago and wore it only twice and it's already chipping away.

I have worn diesel jeans for 20 years and was in London last week and bought a new pair. When I got them home, I realised they were too big, but I left the UK the next day and travelled to Asia before returning home to Geneva. I asked Diesel if I could exchange the jeans in Geneva (receipts and labels are all available), and it seems that it is not allowed, and I have to return to the UK in order to exchange them! So you have a global brand with global shops, but the only way I can change the jeans is to go back to the UK. Brilliant from a sustainability side! Having worn Diesel for 20 years, I will not not be wearing them again. Not impressed at all, Diesel!!

Mäßige Produktqualität und noch schlechterer After-Sales-Service. Lederjacke für 1300 € verliert nach weniger als 2 Jahren zwei Griffplatten von Reisverschlüssen. Customer Service hilft nicht. Diesel-Kleidung kann man vergessen!

I am sorry but I don’t accept that as a fair outcome from a web site that purports to sell your jeans and are not fake.

I don’t accept a 15% discount which only forces me to spend more $$$ to support a brand that wants to show me no support for $1000s of dollars spent over 30 years and NOT ONCE has a pair of jeans come apart like this. I have Diesel Jeans over 25 years bought direct from a Diesel store at NSW Bondi Junction or Miranda when you had physical stores or via David Jones which I have purchases from too.

I will accept as a minimum Diesel contacting Cettire to agree on a resolution but for both parties to simply walk away from a damaged item when I can prove the items are in new condition (with the exception for the tear which is 100% A FAULT IN THE CONSTRUCTION unless Diesel Jeans thinks its clothes should not last longer than a year? I am happy to start posting reviews on the matter daily while I apply to the CTTT to sort this mess out) to the naked eye and on providing them to any department for examination.

D the product has been washed in a 20 minute cycle washing machine and dried on a clothes line. Sometimes it has been put in a dryer for 10 or 15 minutes too.

La mia esperienza di shopping online sul sito Diesel è positiva. I jeans sono come sempre molto belli, la consegna puntualissima. Acquisterò ancora.

Purchased a jeans and rarely used it bjt now it got ripped and I have mentioned over and over again that due to my disability, I cannot go out without a carer. And how come I can use this jeans everyday and sleep in this jeans as well. I am very appalled and disgusted with this experience that Diesel is discriminating me because of my disability and didn't understand my situation at all.

Never had a problem with this company, ever, i must be the exception.
Ordered jeans on 17th and arrived the next day (2 days early), fit perfect, i have noticed their quality is slipping though, i have their jeans from 10 years ago but i doubt these new ones will last even half of that.
cannot really comment on customer service as i have never had a problem.
Price is getting a bit silly though £150 for stretch jeans, wear them an hour or 2 and get the knees sagging, come on guys your better than this !!

Nachdem ich die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen habe, war ich sehr verunsichert. Aber ich kann nichts beanstanden. Ich habe am 15.07.23 fünf Dieselhosen bestellt und am 19.07.23 wurden diese schon geliefert. Die Qualität der Hosen ist - wie gewohnt bei Diesel - sehr gut.
Auch die Rücksendung sowie die Rückerstattung verlief problemlos und wurde binnen eines Werktages erledigt.

Der Kundenservice ist leider unterste Schublade. Der Fehler wir einfach auf die Fachabteilung bzw. IT geschoben. Sie waren nie in der Lage eine Lieferfrist zu nennen. Wo ist die Kundenorientierung!? Es sind nicht gerade billige Produkte! Ich glaube Diesel sollte mal den Kundendienst restrukturieren!

Avoid this scambags at all cost, bought a pair of jeans for £100 after 4wash they started to rip apart, it’s crazy how bad the quality of their products are way worse than primark which charges less than £20 and last longer! Absolutely disgusting, their customer service has got to be the worst as other people stated in this reviews terrible service, wasn’t interested in anything and just sent generic emails not interested in customer satisfaction or even apologise for the overpriced bs they sold me. Unbelievable arrogant person called Christofer had the nerve to send me generic email, sir it’s not acceptable for you to charge people £100 for a pair of jeans that rip off after 4wash, I don’t care when the actual product was delivered it’s how often it was used that matters so for you to say we don’t care after 2years is bs and you know it!! Save yourself the embarrassment of jeans ripping off out of nowhere and go buy from reputable retailers who have confidence in the things they sell and actually care about customer satisfaction.! Finger weg. Für die Marke Diesel ist das ein Armutszeugnis. Laut Diesel hatten sie vor 4 Wochen für 2 Tage ein Systemausfall und eine Auslieferung könnte sich verzögern. Wir sprechen von einer Wartezeit von fast. 4 Wochen. Leider bearbeiten sie die Bestellung immer noch und wahrscheinlich gerade eben auch noch.Ich werde die Bestellung stornieren und meine lehren aus der Kundenorientierten Diesel Welt ziehen. Die bereits getätigten Bewertung sprechen nicht nur für die Qualität sondern auch die Dramatischen Zustände der Marke.

I bought a pair of D Viker jeans from Diesel, the third pair of this specific model that I have purchased. The jeans were on sale so it was a "final sale" item. When received, the jeans were much larger than usual and simply fabricated incorrectly to the size. I contacted Diesel and asked them to correct the situation (exchange or whatever solution they might offer). The answer was robotic, that the sale was final and, essentially, FU for asking. After trying to escalate the issue, it got nowhere. At $130 it is not going to kill me but I'd never consider buying anything again from this company. It's a stream of income they lose over the next several years and I will make sure everyone I know gets the same message.

Ich habe einen Umtausch beantragt und das Paket ordnungsgemäß an dem zuständigen UPS-Accespoint abgegeben.
Laut Diesel Kundenservice war das Paket angeblich leer und eine Erstattung bzw. Der Umtausch wird abgelehnt.
Unglaublich schlechter Service und fragliches Geschäftsgebaren. Ich werde jedenfalls eine Anzeige bei der Polizei erstatten.
Eventuell auch Diesel anzeigen, da in vielen Rezensionen ähnliche Erfahrungsberichte zu sehen sind, da frage ich mich ist das Zufall ?
