ho comprato un po’ di vestiti al negozio in piazza san babila. nulla di dire sulla qualità eccellente peccato che arrivata a casa scarto la borsa che avevo acquistato (me ne hanno data una nuova da magazzino) ed è graffiata. mi spiace perché è veramente bella e dopo l’acquisto che non è di poco mi sa che non tornerò.

Frauenjeans sind sehr schön. Preise sind inakzeptabel hoch, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Nähte an der Innenseite der Beine bereits nach nicht einmal einem Jahr dünn werden und aufgehen - bei gelegentlichem Tragen. Jeans besser woanders kaufen, nicht bei Diesel.

Ho avuto una buonissima esperienza con diesel,pacco arrivato in due giorni,con all interno, già l etichetta per eventuale reso/cambio di taglia,che mi è servita perché avevo ordinato la taglia sbagliata reso rispedito e arrivato nuovamente nell' arco di 6 giorni lavorativi,ho anche chiesto 3 volte informazioni al call center,che è stato gentile utile ed efficiente per ricevere informazioni sul mio ordine esperienza perfetta

Diesel are not true to their word nor are they customer focused. I brought boots locally which stated they have a life time guarantee but this was a lye. Diesel have lost ethics and another customer . Considering the price charged it’s not worth the risk

I bought a pair of jeans that had a buckle attached with 6 screws for $256 (sale price) online .. only wore them one time and the buckle fell off on the first wash (following the care instructions ) their cloths are just temporary piece/put together and not meant to last.. After contacting them about my concern, this is what I got.

Absolutely awful, I purchased a jacket online which I returned in store, however that requires a refund before I can purchase replacement. However, nearly 2 months later Diesel is trying to take money out of my account…for the second time…for a jacket I returned weeks ago. I will spend ages trying to get someone to give me a response which so far has never happened and I expect eventually my pending transaction will time out so until then my cash is ‘locked’.
Never again….

Si je pouvais mettre 0 je le ferais. J’ai commandé un article qui ne m’a jamais été livré cela fait deux semaines que je bataille à écrire au service client qui me dis de patienter en attendant une enquête de la part du transporteur UPS. Ils ne font pas de démarche de leur côté vous devez tout faire alors que j’ai payé ma commande et jamais rien reçu. Ils ne font pas confiance en leur clients et les font patienter des jours sans même donner signe de vie. Je n’ai jamais vu ca sur un aucun autre site. N’achetez jamais chez eux c’est le pire service client et arrogants en plus. Si je n’ai pas de remboursement je ferai en sorte de contacter la DGCCRF pour qu’il m’aide…

Sehr schöne Hosen und gute Qualität, die Lieferung war schnell! Allerdings fallen die Hosengrößen wesentlich größer aus!
Eine Retoure aus einer anderen Bestellung wurde zügig bearbeitet und ich habe das Geld schnell zurückbekommen.
Wollte bei einer Bestellung die Hosengröße umtauschen, auch dies hat relativ schnell und unkompliziert geklappt.
Musste einmal den Kundenservice kontaktieren weil bei der Anmeldung der Retoure die Bestell-Nr. erst nicht erkannt wurde, auch hier wurde mir nach einem Tag geantwortet und geholfen!

Very simple: while I like the brand, the customer service I experienced was horrible. One of the items I bought my wife for Christmas did not fit, I bought the items earlier in December as I wanted to have them with me to give to her for Christmas before we embarked on our trip. I gave her the gifts on Christmas eve and she tried them on a couple days later, they did not fit. We then continued on our trip and visited several countries for the next month. Right after getting home I reached out to return the items that didn't fit. I was completely denied as it was after 30 days - I couldn't even get store credit. I was not in a position to return items while abroad. The lack of flexibility in a situtation like this is rather disheartening.

Ordinato una catena per il prezzo di 90 €, l’ho indossata attaccata ad un pantalone per un’ora esatta e ho completamente macchiato il pantalone, dopo aver contattato l’azienda si è rifiutata di ammettere che fosse un un difetto di fabbricazione e si è tolta da qualsiasi responsabilità dicendo che io ho fatto un uso in corretto del charm quando sul sito viene specificato che hai fatto per essere indossato, se l’avessi indossato sulla pelle mi avrebbe macchiato la pelle e questo è molto grave. Un’azienda di lusso che vende i prodotti di qualità mediocre, pari a quelli FAST fashion e si rifiuta di ammettere che i propri prodotti siano difettosi, non è un’azienda di lusso. Non comprate cose di metallo da diesel, è una truffa e il costume e service non vi aiuterà minimamente

Leider ist der Lieferservice sehr schlecht. Zusteller die nicht anläuten (vielleicht auch gar nicht vor Ort sind) und auch keine Nachricht hinterlassen - das nervt als Kunde sehr. Abholung nunmehr im Center des Lieferdienstes 15 km südlich von Graz, keine Option das Paket in einem Geschäft abzugeben.

Shocking customer service and general service. No updates re my £360 order despite chasing many times.
Whoever is responsible for this shoddy outfit really does need sacking.

Un prix exorbitant pour une expérience client médiocre. Je réfléchirais à deux fois avant d'acheter à nouveau chez-vous. Aucune flexibilité, c'est honteux.

Non capisco come un brand così importante invii le borse senza sacchetto apposito. È una vergogna, ma sorvoliamo. Una borsa mi è arrivata graffiata. L’ho inviata giorni dopo indietro e attendo ANCORA il rimborso dopo un mese. Non commento

TOO LOOSE... I've been buying 34/34 jeans for years & buying Diesel clothes for years. The new jeans Diesel sell with 2% Elastic are a joke... they fit in the shop & after a few washed they are hanging off me... online would not take the return. I had to go to the shop 3 times & eventually someone saw sense. AVOID 2% Elastic jeans here & don't expect them to value your loyal business

I've been a Diesel customer for over 25 years. Purchased from their stores when they were in major shopping malls. I love their edgy clothing and accessories that stand out above their competitors. Since they had closed many retail stores I was forced to purchase online. I have purchased from many other online chains and have always received the utmost customer care and service. Diesel I am embarrassed to say that they do NOT have customer service. There is no tab that leads to anyone like if I were to buy something there will aawys be someone around for that. Prior I had to pretend to buy something to get a person so I can address my issues.Which is usually, no, ALWAYS lost packages or late shipping. They have a FREE customer shipping for account customers yet every time I check out the tab needs to be rechecked for priority free shipping. Products ordered outside of any busy season is always late. If you do not try to contact them that your products are three weeks late it will take another two weeks to get them to ship them to you. Refunds and returns is another issue. Pray that you do not ever need to return an item as they do not credit your account until your third statement, and of course after having to convince "customer service" that you have returned the items in a timely manner. If anyone is reading this from Diesel, please know that you really need to work harder on customer service and no one cares about the fancy website design. The pages take too long to load and no one wants to see the runway show. Especially when none of the clothing are ever available online. And stop making black and white crappy clothing that no one ever buys. No one is goingbto pay $235 for a cotton white T shirt with some stupid mouth with teeth showing. What happened when they did unique embroidery, interesting designs, reversible clothing with flair. I’m about ready to give up just based on the worst onlie presence of any clothing line.

Ordered shoes online, promised delivery in 4-5 days, now 10 days, no delivery or correct information from the delivery partner UPS. UPS kept telling us it’s delayed and then when it was finally supposed to arrive, the courier never turned up. It’s been a frustrating journey from an international “reputed” company. I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund due to shoddy service. This has left a bad taste and would not be ordering from them anytime soon.

Ho ordinato un paio di pantaloni selezionando la consegna express e sono arrivati il giorno dopo come indicato, anche la ragazza dell’assistenza è stata gentilissima. Nel complesso un ottimo servizio
