Catastrophique ! J’ai rarement vu un service client aussi minable. J’ai l’habitude de commander sur le site, et dernièrement j’ai acheté un sac à plus de 500€ et qui est rouillé, rayé alors que je l’ai porté pas plus de 4 fois dans ma vie. J’ai demandé au service client ce qu’il proposait pour l’entretien des sacs : ils ont rien proposé et ont dit que ces rayures étaient liées à l’utilisation du sac. Une réponse qui est ridicule puisqu’un sac a 500€ ne s’abîme pas naturellement après 4 utilisations. Bref c’est la dernière fois que je commande ! Fuyez leur site

Diesel is garbage and is running out of business. My family and I have spent thousands over the years with diesel and I purchased a pair of jeans that was too small. I just needed a bigger size which they have available but they refused to accommodate me because they have final sale on the jeans. I feel betrayed after all of the money I’ve spent over the years. Diesel will never seen a dime of my money anymore.

Honeslty I have had some bad experience with customer service. But this one is so extremly bad it has changed the way I perceive this brand. never again will I ever buy from Diesel. I didnt receive my full order. So i contacted diesel. they apparently opened an investigation. but for the past three weeks that I have been in contact with them I have catched them in multiple lies. at this point they are just dragging this so that I forget. first they told me max 14 days then they said oh we meant working days. then they said oh no its actually the carrier that does the investigation. and now they telling me that someone is sick so they cant help me. honestly its disgusting. I recommend if you have a problem with your order from diesel to immediately contact your credit card company or paypal as that is the only solution. DO NOT BUY THIS. There customer service is outsourced and extremely bad

Ordered two bags. Box was thrown in my yard. And therefore damaged. After opening it I realized there was only one of the two bags in the box. I have contacted Diesel and up to now I have not been helped yet.

I purchased a Masterchief diesel watch, and the dial screws were removed within the second month of purchase. This has happened twice, and they have sent my diesel watch to the Bangalore service centre twice. It's been 9 months and the battery is gone, and the watch no longer works. I paid 21K for this watch and am already having poor experiences after only a year of ownership. This was the worst experience I've ever had with this watch. I need a refund or a replacement for this. I think, escalalting this to consumer court would be more beneficial for other customers to avoid such experiences.

I bought large quantum of diesel jeans and t shirts but seeing the reviews I suspect that we all bought from a fake diesel store… why is diesel not responding… the invoice send has three of 18 items I bought and paid for online… can someone refer us to the REAL DIESEL group to lodge our complaints

YOU HAVE STOLEN FROM ME, CAN YOU FIX THAT PLEASE? I placed an order with 3 pairs of the same jeans. You claim to have delivered them all when in fact you only delivered two of them. It pains me that the rating here is so low when I’ve always felt Diesel go above and beyond.

I’ve ordered from this site for over 20 years - their denim is the best fit I’ve ever found.

Recently ordered but unfortunately the packaging got shredded in the locker and for the first time ever I needed to return an item (typical!)

Laura for customer service on chat went above and beyond and made the whole experience simple and hassle free - restores my faith in customer service when so many are so bad!

Their customer service is the worst in the entire world. I am very surprised that a world known company such as Diesel treats their customers that way. Before completing the purchase, I made sure with them that the measurements of the item match the information on the box. They confirmed it matches. However, when I received the item, the measurements were different from their website. Diesel gives a false size chart on their website on purpose so customers will have to make a new order and spend more money. Beware of that company!!

Eine Jeans bestellt und eine gebrauchte nach Urin stinkende Hose mit Flecken darauf erhalten. Ungeheuerlich und absolut eine Zumutung so etwas zu versenden! Beim Kundendienst angerufen, niemand spricht deutsch und eine Abholung der Hose und Umtausch beauftragt. UPS sollte die Hose in einem Zeitfenster zwischen 10:00 und 18:00 abholen und ist nicht erschienen. Der gesamte Auftritt dieses online Shops ist eine Katastrophe.

Very disappointed with my first purchase of Diesel jeans. Normally buy Levi’s and will go back to them. Jeans put on for 2nd time and a tooth came out of the zip leaving the jeans unwearable. Trying to get a refund on line is proving unsuccessful so far after 4 days and several calls/ emails. Expensive product that is not worth it at all.

What has happened to Diesel, they think they are some premium designer brand now. Prices are astronomical its hilarious. A pair of rubber sliders is £85 - are they having a giraffe, they used to be 25 quid LOL. Seriously who is buying it as from what ive seen they aint worth no more than £30. Must have cost them all of a fiver to make them

Ich habe jetzt 7x vergeblich versucht, in diesem Online-Shop eine Hose zu bestellen (6x als registrierter Kunde und 1x als Gast). Jedes Mal wird die Zahlungsweise als Grund vorgehalten, obwohl sie jedes mal problemlos durchläuft und der Betrag auf meinem Konto auch reserviert wurde. Egal was ich nutze (Klarna, Kreditkarte oder PayPal), jedes Mal wird mir nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung eine Mail geschickt, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Der Kundendienst hilft auch nicht weiter... So einen schlechten Web-Auftritt bei so einer teuren Marke, da passt irgendwas nicht (zum Glück wird Diesel auch über andere Online-Händler verkauft > und da kann man auch noch richtig sparen...)

What a let down from this company which boasts premium products! I joined their chat line to enquire about purchase of another pair of jeans I really loved. How disappointing to have been totally blanked. Customer Service 1*!

Op 3 februari 2024 een nieuwe Diesel DZ2158 horloge gekocht. Prijs 189 euro dus verwacht je toch wel kwaliteit. Afgelopen weekend gaan zwemmen (max 1 meter diep) en horloge zat vol met condensatie. Laatste keer dat ik een diesel uurwerk koop.

Bonjour je ne commander surtout pas là-bas ! Sa fais 4 ans j’attend mon remboursement 4 ans ! C’est énorme vraiment plus jamais!

Nice jeans, shame that their online customer service is so appalling. They send messages with downright lies and even send emails relating to completely different customers. Do yourselves all a favour people, and shop elsewhere.

The shoe quality is quite low. £115 shoes are worth about £20. Not a comfy shoe.
