N’ACHETEZ JAMAIS CETTE MARQUE
Après avoir passé commande le 30/11, je n’ai jamais reçu de colis.
Le choix d’un livreur comme UPS aurait dû m’alerter sur l’absence de sérieux de cette marque.
Aujourd’hui - le 29/1 - je suis informé (à ma demande et après de multiples réclamations) que mon dossier est en cours de gestion. Il a été transmis au département compétent « pour une vérification ultérieure et évaluer la possibilité de procéder à un remboursement »
Donc Diesel ne livre pas ses colis et évalue ensuite si vous serez remboursé.
Personnellement j’appelle ça du vol.

SERVICE DEPLORABLE ET PRISE EN OTAGE DES CLIENTS

Habe eine Lederjacke nie aus einem Paketshop abgeholt und sie ist als Retoure zurückgegangen. Seit über 1,5 Monaten warte ich auf die Bestätigung! Der Kundenservice hatte mir mehrmals gesagt, dass sie in ein paar Tagen im Lager eintriff! Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen!!

VERY poor responsiveness when handling issues such as technical problems while ordering. I’ve called, sent emails, and sent messages through messenger and have yet to hear from them back. Makes me not want to buy anything else from them again.

Koop niet bij de online Diesel shop. Betaling is verricht en afgeschreven, kort daarna email dat levering wordt geannuleerd omdat betaling niet binnen is (huh….). Geen restitutie ontvangen. Al twee weken en meerdere emails verder en nul (!) reactie.

Vermoeden van fraude of een fake shop

Höflicher, aber erfolgloser und inkompetenter Kundendienst. Gürtel mit Qualitätsmangel ist nicht reparabel oder umzutauschen.
Finger weg von dieser Marke!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans in the sale, and then saw that they went on an extra 15% sale a few hours later. I emailed to ask if this could be applied to my order and they did so without any argument. I know there would be a lot of companies that would not have done this and made me reorder and return the first pair.

Od dwudziestu lat noszę jeansy Diesel ( z małymi przerwami ). Nie ma tak wygodnych, świetnie skrojonych, dopasowanych i dobrych jakościowy jeansów jak Diesel. Bardzo dobrze się spierają, fajnie wyglądają. Uwielbiam tą firmę.
Kupuję zarówno w Polsce w sklepie stacjonarnym w Warszawie albo przez stronę internetową Diesel i zawsze jestem zadowolony.

ho acquistato un capo durante il black friday sul sito internet pagandolo la metà.. subito dopo la fine degli sconti sono andata a controllare l’ordine e ho letto ANNULLATO. Ho letto la mail e il capo era finito. invece di farmi attendere fino a nuova produzione o di darmi un nuovo sconto da poter utilizzare, mi hanno detto “non possiamo farci nulla” e ora mi trovo senza regalo

Ordered from them 29/11. They sent out a random pair of sneakers, nothing to do with my order. Advised I will not get my order and now telling me, even though the random pair of sneakers have been returned to them I may not get a refund for a further 2 weeks. They are trading this like a change of mind instead of not being able to fullfill the order. I should be refunded immediately but instead they will have my funds for over a month if I actually get a refund. Getting through to them via email(the only means) is extremely frustrating as they are calling this a change of mind.
Very poor and slow customer service. Don't bother ordering from them its not worth it.

I placed an order on Diesel with ApplePay on my iPhone. Because of outdated information on ApplePay it accidentally got sent to an old address in another city.

I immediately filled out their online form to let them know all the details and sent them the correct address which also happened to be the payment address.

Diesel got back to me hours later and I was told that there was nothing they could do on their end and that I should wait until UPS picks up the order so I can change the delivery address on the UPS side.

I called UPS immediately and they told me the order had not even been picked up by them. I waited later in the day till UPS had picked up the order and then they informed me that Diesel uses UPS SurePost to send their orders in the US and this service level does not allow for any change of address and the Diesel should know this because that is the service level they negotiated with UPS.

My hundred dollar order is now going to a city three hours away and there's nothing Diesel can do to help. I was willing to pay extra to change the shipment. I contacted them as soon as I could.

In this day and age of e-commerce I find it baffling they couldn't accommodate an address change, and misled me regarding UPS.

Never purchase anything from company. They're a snooty European company with terrible customer service and they deserve to loose customers for their unhelpful and misleading service.

Sehr schlechte Qualität. Für diese Preise echt eine Frechheit!! Die erste Jeans um 250€ gekauft und gerissen nachdem ersten mal tragen. Die zweite Jeans für 180€ gekauft und nachdem dritten mal anziehen gerissen. Unglaublich diese Preise für solch eine billige Qualität

Malheureusement la qualité de leur jean à fortement chuté...dommage il y a d autres marques comme replay, Hugo et autres..c était ma marque préféré pour les jeans mais se déchire trop rapidement...

Jeans horen langer mee te gaan dan 3 weken. Scheurde bij het kruis. Absolute troep. Nooit meer… Jammer want ik vond het een cool merk.

I agree with all the negative reviews, and I rarely leave a negative review. I've been buying the same Jeans from Diesel for years now and recently I've purchased two more pairs, exactly the same name 'D Ebbey'. I've been really struggling to get on with them and just assumed they'd be exactly the same as all the other ones I've bought over the years. I've contacted them to ask them to look into this for me and have had to measure and send photos of various parts of the jeans. All the measurements are bigger than my original pairs of D Ebbey. Even the length is one inch longer than they should be! They are so uncomfortable and apparently there's nothing I can do about it as the measurements are 'within the permitted factory measurements'. So I've spent £230 on brand new jeans which I can't wear. I'm furious with Diesel, especially as they're such a huge company. You'd think customer service would be so important to them and they'd like to keep their loyal customers happy. No such luck. I will never purchase a pair of Diesel jeans again. Very poor service.

Very poor quality jeans. Had 2 identical pairs tear in exactly the same place. (By the crotch). Second pair within4 months. Poor quality of stitching and materials. Im going back to Levi's

Diesel has the worst customer service. No apology for a very delayed order, rude staff!!! Not buying again.

Never again…They don’t give you your money back in case of a return. I returned a pair of jeans in early August and almost 2 months now they haven’t returned my money. I have exchanged 5-6 emails with Customer Service and got the almost “copy/paste” answer that “someone is looking into my case”…I will never again buy anything from this brand.

Don’t buy anything from them, almost everything is made in India not USA or Italy or China, send you item smelling like “sh$t” !!!!

N charging premium price for cheap fabric not even a 100% cotton or organic cotton!

Also they are using cheap customer service n writing robot type of reply n don’t even care about your bad shopping experience! Take your money elsewhere!
