Shocking on all levels DO NOT BUY ONLINE, 1) they refund a purchase, 2) they send second item, 3) it never arrives in 3 weeks, never even left Venice, 4) When asked where it is, they say its lost in transit, and refund me, then offer a 10% discount, so a full month wasted for new summer shorts that I wanted and need and paid for....just avoid 100%, look at the other reviews, this business will be gone soon.

Ho ordinato dei vestiti online. Non ero a casa quindi non è stato consegnato, ma sono tornati oggi. Come previsto, si tratta di un servizio di consegna di una grande azienda, quindi mi sento responsabile.📦👋🏻👍✋

Habitué du jeans diesel dès débuts

I placed an order with Diesel on June 13, 2025 (Order Number: GE8884988929NL) for delivery to Yerevan, Armenia. Despite reaching out multiple times to both DHL and Diesel customer service, I never received my parcel. DHL refused to deliver the package due to a minor name discrepancy, and said Diesel needed to confirm the correct name. I informed Diesel, but they never responded with a solution or a confirmation.

It has now been over two weeks, and my order is still undelivered. Diesel has not issued a refund, nor have they offered any support or follow-up. Extremely disappointing experience for such a well-known brand.

This was my first and last time ordering from Diesel online.

I still haven't received my order from eshop.

Habe zweimal dasselbe Kleid bestellt , in zwei verschiedenen Größen. ( Wert 671€)
Sie beschuldigen mich ,ich hätte beide Kleider erst verschmutzt , zerrissen .. dann auf einmal soll ich sie auch noch gewaschen haben ?? Mit Etikett???! Niemals
Keine Retoure Erstattung ,stattdessen Ware an mich zurück und siehe da alles ok. Nichts riecht nach Waschmittel oder ist zerrissen.!
Eine miese Betrugsmasche, was ich melden werde.
Nie mehr kaufe ich dort denn ihre miese überteuerte Qualität wollen sie den Kunden anhängen.
Schämen sollten die sich !

I bought a pair of jeans in store and they had a manufacturing fault. I opened a Customer Service ticket, they asked me for all sorts of pictures and information which I sent. It’s been 60 days and they refuse to give me a resolution. I call every week, they have no one accountable for giving a response. Awful service.

Jeans che si sono "smagliati" dopo poco più di sei mesi dall'uso. Non mi è stata restituita la somma, non mi sono stati cambiati ed alla fine ho perso i soldi. Non lo consiglierei veramente a nessuno. Ho jeans vecchi di almeno 10anni che sono sempre intatti e questi (con prezzi decisamente alti) hanno invece dimostrato una pessima qualità.

J'ai effectuée une commande assez conséquente d'une veste, je vois que la commande est livrée par UPS, rien à signaler. une fois la commande arrivée. qu'a été ma surprise quand j'ai vu que le colis avait été ouvert et que la veste n'y était plus présente, remplacé par des dechets. SUPER 556 euros dans la nature. J'ai pris de mesures immédiatement, mais ça fait maintenant depuis le 20 avril que je n'ai pas d'avancée sur le dossier, j'hésite à aller porter plainte parce que c'est inadmissible.. Si jamais ça peut faire avancer le dossier : Commande N°FR11648917

Ho comprato un buon paio di jeans a 50€ a Dublino

Ordered jeans to be delivered to the Birmingham store in November - finally got an email to say that they were ready for collection just before Christmas so I went to the store but they firstly couldn’t find them - eventually I bought a pair off the shelf which were 26 pounds more than online. 2 weeks ago got another email to say the jeans were ready (possibly a glitch on their part as I hadn’t ordered any more) but when I went to the store they weren’t there (not surprised) but they had taken another 112 pounds. Messaged online and they replied with that it’s my fault and that I had to ask the bank for a refund. They have obviously kept my bank details which is not allowed and I’ve had to go to the trouble of going to the store which is 25 miles away, twice, and frankly the shop staff are mostly uninterested, apart from Raks who works in the selfriges department.
My advise is don’t use the online store as they are useless if you encounter a problem.

Colloqui di lavoro alla diesel?

Negli ultimi due anni ho risposto a loro annunci di lavoro non scaduti (fa fede quanto hanno patuito con l'ufficio di collocamento) per sentirmi dire che non erano piu' attivi da settimane!! E questo dopo che il colloquio di lavoro era stato rimandato piu' volte per impegni loro sopraggiunti e ...non si è stati più contattati nonostante appuntamenti fissati! Poca serietà e grave comportamento sulla candidatura di persona disabile.

I purchased a $250 pair of jeans for my husband for Christmas. It is March 15 and they are already tearing on the inner legs.

I called and they said, “sorry! We don’t have warranties for jeans.” I said, we clearly have received a defective product, can they be replaced? And she said, “no sorry, we don’t have warranties.” I understand if it is a year out, but not even 3 months?!

I wanted a strap of a watch I bought years ago and they told me it is discontinued. What am I supposed to do with that watch? I didn’t know that watches have an expiration date.
I am never buying anything from Diesel ever again. Not only because they could help me but most importantly because they only offered me an apology. Nothing more than that. That is unacceptable for a company of this size and status.

And again they ask me to do their job for them. I screen shotted a list of all the items that were returned and sent it to them with a total. They have refunded £65 less. Diesel need to compare my list to theirs and show me where the difference is.

Jose Luis y Ermano Diego, dicen algo y no es verdad,
Estuvimos allí y nos explicaron que cierran la válvula EG y abren un escape, entonces el coche va mejor, después de eso tuvimos más problemas con el coche y tuvimos que pagar 1300,-€ sin factura, llevaban varios años haciendo esto y siempre había ido todo bien, nuestro coche estuvo en el taller 6 semanas, este TALLER es el último para nosotros, NO HAY GARANTÍA de EL RUBIO BOSCH en COX, según nuestra experiencia

Rücksendung unmöglich wenn man berufstätig ist und keinen Dieselshop in der Nähe hat, ebenso einen UPS Shop, dann zahlt man ca 6,-€ für die angeblich kostenlose Rücksendung .Null Service in meinen Augen , da die Ware auch nicht sehr preisgünstig ist , No Go

Unfortunately I have to give a Star hier, to be able to share my experience with Diesel online store- I haven’t had worse ever with online shopping- the service is terrible, the product still didn’t arrive- I ordered a more than a month ago.
The excuse on the phone every time is- we are waiting for an update from UPS and will update you as soon as possible- this never happened- not a single update.
My advice- find another brand, they are many other in this price range where you first can read positive feedback- I didn’t believe customer service can be that bad- unfortunately some companies are obviously not interested on generating sales!!! I’m canceling the order.

Azienda di truffatori, non rispettano i termini di garanzia, non rimborsano i resi e si appropriano anche del prodotto restituito.
Oltre al danno la beffa.
Restituita borsa con piccolo difetto fabbrica, mai rivisti i soldi ne la borsa.
Call- centro assistenza clienti inconsistente.

Ho effettuato l'acquisto di una borsa e dopo essersi dimostrata difettosa ho contattato l'azienda per il reso, dopo mesi e ulteriori prese in giro dal servizio assistenza non è arrivato ancora nulla, probabilmente dovrò rivolgermi ad un avvocato.
Si spaccia per un azienda seria, ma seria non è affatto.
