Ich habe eine LarkeeJeans in schwarz gekauft. Die Haptik des Stoffes hat nichts mehr mit dem Stoff von früher gemeinsam. Die Jeans waren mal nahezu unkapputbar. Da war der hohe Preis noch OK. Jetzt ist das Tuch so dünn ich glaube nicht, das diese Hose ein Jahr hält.
Das war für mich die letzte Jeans von Diesel.

Hanno un fantastico catalogo, che comprende sia abiti eleganti, che capi non convenzionali. I prezzi in generale sono piuttosto alti, ma la qualità è indiscutibile (ho un paio di jeans che hanno quasi vent’anni e sembrano quasi nuovi).
Gli acquisti che ho effettuato sul loro sito sono andati sempre benissimo, la spedizione è veloce anche scegliendo l’opzione base (in tre giorni lavorativi l’articolo viene consegnato tramite corriere).
Assolutamente consigliato!

Mi sono recato nel negozio Diesel di Milano San Babila. Sono stato prontamente accolto da Lucrezia Oldrini, addetta alle vendite. Da subito sorriso, cortesia e massima disponibilità. Mi ha consigliato e supportato con pazienza e competenza. Ha rappresentato realmente un valore aggiunto all'interno della mia esperienza e per questo la ringrazio.

Allora la mia recensione è in base esclusivamente alla mia esperienza vissuto nello store di San Babila in primissima devo ringraziare a VERONICA,KATERINA E MATTIA UNO Dei responsabili fin dal inizio con Veronica ci sono presso cura delle mie esigenze poi Katerina dove prima c’era un piccolo intoppo tecnico e diventato un finale a lieto fine fatto non scontato uscito con i prodotti e trovati le soluzione per accontentarmi quindi chapo per loro i mie complimenti!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾continuate così !!

I bought a Diesel belt in Dubai that broke after just a few days of normal use. What followed was weeks of emails and redirections between Diesel Italy, Dubai, and Germany — each one telling me to contact someone else. Despite sending every proof (photos, receipts, payment details), no one took responsibility or offered any real help.

I wasn’t even asking for a refund, only a simple repair or replacement part. Instead, I lost time writing to four different customer service teams, all avoiding the issue. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. The product defect was minor — the customer service failure was major.
I gave two stars to distinguish myself from the mass (and majority) of one-star reviews...

Fake! I bought a Diesel handbag at a sample sale at Diesel in Bicester Village last year for £100. They do not provide receipts for sample sales as items are not returnable. Recently I decided to sell the bag on Vinted as I don’t use it much. The item was sent for authentication prior to it being sent on to the buyer, and it has been returned as fake. Having contacted Diesel customer service they have said without proof of purchase they are unable to help. So now I have paid £100 for a bag that is either a fake being sold as genuine, or such a poor product that an expert authentication service cannot believe it is real. Also my seller’s reputation on Vinted is discredited as it appears I am trying to mislead potential purchasers by passing off fake goods as genuine. If Diesel consider the amount of footfall to their Bicester Village store of shoppers from abroad who buy here because it guarantees these are the genuine articles they should be looking to make amends with this aggrieved customer.

No merece ni 1 estrella . Hice devolución de mi pedido ES11536064 , pagado contra reembolso . Aceptaron la devolución pero no me ha llegado el reembolso. Ha pasado más de un mes ya . Solo dan las excusas y nada más. No contestan a los formularios en su página. En el chat en vivo tampoco ayudan mucho . Solo piden ‘ la paciencia ‘ . Pésimo servicio . Voy hasta los consumidores a denunciarles. No tengo ni artículo ni mi dinero .

Enorm slecht bedrijf!!

Had 2 maten besteld van een sport top. 1 daarvan die te klein was heb ik terug gestuurd.

Door het passen is er een veeg in gekomen van deodorant. Door dit krijg ik geen geld terug.

Heb notabene de grotere maat gehouden!

Ik heb gezegd dat ik de top terug wil om hem zelf te verkopen aangezien ik geen geld terug krijg.

Hierover doen ze ook al moeilijk.. Ik moet zelf een koerier regelen en alle kosten van het regelen en terug halen zijn voor eigen rekening.

Wat een service.

Bought a jumper among other items online on diesel.ie. After wearing a couple of times, the stiches under the arm pit, got open. Went to the Swords Diesel store and was treated like a criminal, as apparently I was begging for my rights (EU Consumer rights act 2022; The item was sent to the "Head Office" for my "case" to be reviewed. Over a week after, I had to call the store again, to be dealt with someone (refused to identify herself), who told me that there is no warranty on clothing!!?? and my jumper is no where to be seen. I contacted Diesel.com and I was told that they only have one official store in Ireland (Kildare) and all the others are of a different brand !!?? and they don't answer for these "cowboy stores". I was also told that this is not the first time they received complaints from Ireland, but they can only honour items purchased on official stores, which is not the case of all "Diesel" stores in Ireland, apart from the official one in Kildare. Be aware of these "official products from these stores and online purchases at diesel.ie.

Terrible customer service. A pair of sandals that was bought at their store in Rome has left me with permanent scarring. They are refusing to take accountablity and keep stating that it is not considered a quality issue but won’t explain why the issue has occurred. I’ve reported to the the AGCM and ECC Italy.

I have not owned a pair of jeans for years. I had distressed Hilfiger, Versace and Calvin Klein and I went into Diesel in Romania and they gave me 6 pairs to try. The first pair fitted as if it was tailored for me but was blue so I got the 27 waist boot cut black which was identical. Really impressed with the cut and tailoring with soft feel due to elasthane. Fantastic and decent price.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I have had two pairs of jeans less than a year, which I rotate with 4 other brand pairs currently.
Both pairs have split down the back of the arse. Not at the seams, the actual material has failed. The material seem less heavyweight compared to my other brand jeans.
Clearly substandard materials being used. I would not buy anything from them ever.

Quiero compartir mi pésima experiencia con Diesel España. Hice una compra el 18/07/2025 para celebrar el aniversario de mi novia, y me aseguraron que llegaría el 22/07/2025. Esperé pacientemente hasta el 05/08/2025, pero no llegó nada. Cancelé el pedido (#ES11534961) porque perdí la oportunidad de darle el regalo a mi novia, y ahora, el 11/08/2025, me han cobrado de nuevo en mi cuenta sin razón. A pesar de la cancelación, me dicen que van a enviar el producto. Esto es inaceptable. Empresa de m1rda

Secondo acquisto effettuato online, tutto perfetto come sempre,consegna in soli 2 giorni.

Dopo aver letto delle recensioni negative ho effettuato il mio primo ordine online con pagamento alla consegna Per evitare di dover perdere il denaro
Invece ho rilevato grande serietà e puntualità Diesel. Il pacco è arrivato alla data stabilita e in ottime condizioni, così come pure il capo di abbigliamento
Inoltre, poiché non ero in casa, mi hanno telefonato e mi hanno avvertito che avrebbero portato il pacco in un kipoint (dove ho potuto pagare e ritirare) grazie

I bought a pair of shoes and when I received the receipt, it showed a different size than required

I immediately, and I mean within a minute requested that the order be cancelled.

I have frantically been sending requests to stop the wrong item being sent. All I received from them is "we are looking into it.
Now I have received notice that it has been sent.
I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand.
They get your money and could not give a crap about you once they have.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from them

When you need customer service help they will not be there for you but they will be there to take your money. Their online service is terrible and they messed up my order and brush me off like my 2k this month alone spend didnt matter. For the prices go to a reputable company. I ordered 2 items and they delivered 1 but said they have proof they delivered because they delivered the 1 item. But i ordered 2 items. And now they say it is not their problem and to take it up with ups. Do not fall for their scam.

Esperienza pessima. Ordine mai spedito dopo oltre 10 giorni.

Ho ordinato un portafoglio dal sito Diesel e, dopo più di 10 giorni di attesa senza alcun aggiornamento sulla spedizione, mi scrivono oggi per dirmi che il prodotto non è più disponibile.

Non solo non ho mai ricevuto nulla, ma ho dovuto sollecitare io più volte per avere informazioni, ricevendo solo risposte vaghe e inutili. Se un prodotto è finito, lo si comunica subito, non dopo dieci giorni di silenzio.

Per fortuna non mi avevano ancora scalato i soldi, ma resta il fatto che ho perso tempo inutilmente, e mi sono ritrovato all’ultimo minuto a dover cercare un’alternativa.

Servizio clienti lento, gestione ordini imbarazzante.
Mai più acquisti da loro.

Terrible and careless returns process. Completely messed about with two different delivery providers, lack of information about invoices, sending my parcel back and forth and spending my money and time following instructions that were incorrect. Won’t be ordering here again anyway, their items don’t look or feel like they should for the price or what they look like online so you’re unlikely to want to keep it.

Really bad experience with the recent quality and reaction from the Diesel.com customer service. My jeans just a couple of months old torn.
