Was a seamless experience from search to reception. Cannot be more grateful for Alessandra's kind, thoughtful, and proactive assistance, especially in arranging shipment to California. Had been counting the days until the Zanotta Sacco was finally in our home, and didn't have to count many -- received the item in 3 weeks, and it is perfect, as advertised. Will happily purchase from Design Italy in the future. Grazie mille!

Dear customer. We are sorry for your disappontment. As we explained via mail to you Resin Vases are never supposed to contain liquids..They are very beautiful, unique, hand made just decorative objects, as the Fish design collection from Gaetano Pesce certainly is. If you have also problems with the colors and the appearance of the vase vs what you expected please send us a photo of the item and we will check with the designer. As explained these vases are hand made and therefore unique and there might bit slight diffrences. However if the difference is too much we can check with the designer and ask for a replacement for you at our costs. Please send us the pictures. Ready to help. Thanks much
