The product is so beautiful and a lovely addition to our home. However only the kitten uses it as a scratching post since it is too narrow for the older cat to use to scratch. But they both love to play with the ball that attaches to the scratch post. It’s adorable. Thank you!

Grazie mille.

High quality product and excellent customer service
I bought the Sapiens bookcase shipped to the UK. It was my first time using this site, so I wasn't sure about delivery and customs post-Brexit. I enquired via chat on the website and was put through to customer service. They confirmed whether I needed to pay customs on the item (i didn't) and provided me with more affordable delivery options. The customer service was fantastic. The item arrived within a few days of dispatch. The craftsmanship of the bookcase was beautiful, and I am delighted with my purchase.
