A presto,
Alessandra & Ilaria
Solved efficiently the arrival of a damaged product
Our stool arrived damaged and useless because either was badly packaged by the manufacturer or badly manipulated during the shipping process. Design Italy has taken charge of the situation and sent us a new stool in a wooden box. They are in charge of dealing with the dispute with the shipping company and the brand of the stool so that the problem does not have any further repercussions on us, the customers. Communication with them has been smooth and we are grateful for their response to a situation that is not pleasant for either party. We would buy again at Design Italy

Italian valet
I ordered a beautiful, walnut valet for my husband. Delivery was fast and the item was in absolutely perfect condition! He’s thrilled because so many other sites offered the item within a $1000 shipping fee to the USA. Design Italy has a much more reasonable rate.

Terrible, still holding onto my money.
Just awful! I had spent over $1500 on a Brando design Betacryl cat tunnel. Arrived broken and damaged. Delivery fee was $500+ and a Refund or replacement was not possible, all I was sent was glue and a 15%refund that I’m still waiting on after 3 months. Terrible just don’t bother.

Hi Drey,
We’re very sorry about the issues you've experienced with the cat tunnel you ordered. As we have a 14-day return policy, and as more than a month had passed after you received your product, we were unable to reimburse or replace the order. However, we were happy to arrange, together with the designer of your product, for a special glue to be sent to you and also applied a 15% discount to your next order from the designer a couple of months later.
We do hope the glue resolved the issue and that your cat is enjoying the other products you ordered.
Kind regards,
Alessandra
Ottimo servizio clienti
Ottimi prodotti a prezzi molto vantaggiosi.
