BEWARE They won’t warranty their products!
BEWARE! I spent $1300 on two Sapiens steel bookshelves by Bruno Ronaldo for BBB Italia and paid an extra $400 for accent lighting. I received them in Late September and they look great, but one of the $200 LED strip lamps went bad in December (3 months later) Design Italy said they don’t make the lamps anymore and no refunds. Really? I’ve never heard of such poor customer service in my life! What am I supposed to do? I spent $400 for 3 months of my product. Angry and irritated is how I feel. I will NEVER BUY FROM DESIGN ITALIA ever again. Horrible company.
