BEWARE!!! If you live in the US and plan to purchase a Birkin,Kelly,Chanel, or anything valued over $800 Be prepared to pau heavy import duties regardless of what seller tells you via messages to get the item sold. I purchase a Birkin and was told there would be no import duties die to the way she declares the item as "used". However, two weeks upon delivery I receive a bill from DHL attempting to collect duty of over $1100 from me. I, in good faith tried to communicate with the seller even offering to split the duty bill, but received no feedback. If she would have told me there would be the possibility of duty charges, I would have factored that into my purchase cost, but she had stated the amount of Designer bags she has shipped to the US and never was there duty imposed. I feel like the sale was misrepresented. I actually called my CC company and they stated I could file a dispute and send the bag back, but because of my decency I wouldnt do that even though she repeatedly ignored all my messages. DHL tried to contact the seller as well...no response. I have emailed her, messaged her...no response. I also had to track down my own shipment as there was a delay in receipt of goods as well with delayed responses from the seller claiming she was on Holiday (This was a $13,000 sale and I get better service at a fast food restaurant).
I think its bad business practice to not respond to buyers post sale. I only bought from DWB because other friends have purchased in the past and their large IG following, but I wont anymore and DO NOT RECOMMEND US Buyers to either. I am a reputable Ebay, IG, and Reetzy FB Seller and would never do this to a buyer! My last correspondence was sent Nov 20,2018, wasnt read til Jan 8, 2019, but still no response.

UPDATE: You should not definitively tell customers there are no duties. If you dont know, or are unsure at least say that so buyers can factor that into their final cost. Ive spoken to many IG sellers and Reetzy members and all agree this was poorly handled by you, especially by you, with some sharing their own negative personal experiences with you.The fact that you ignored both my messages and DHL shows how unprofessional,unskilled, and classless you are at handling mishaps caused by you and just plain RUDE. I have screen shots to prove that you are lying and that you 100% told me there are no duties to the US and your attitude is appalling.

Designer Wish bags has a terrible customer services. She does not reply to any emails when she receives your money and her chanel bags and other brands are way overpriced.

My experience with the webshop of Designer Wish Bags is excellent. I have purchased one item from Margareth (the owner) and I have sold in total 3 items to her. Communication, bank transfers and shipment is done professionally and fast (always depending on the postal service and bank obviously). Keep up the good work Margareth! Best regards, Sara
