I have ordered several times now on Designer Wish Bags and each time it has been a lovely experience. Perfect bags and perfect service. I ordered my last bag yesterday at 12 and only 24 hours later I received it at home! Incredibly fast and so nicely packed, as straight from the Chanel shop. I will definitely keep on buying on Designer Wish Bags and I certainly recommend you to do so too.

In order to make a purchase you have to reserve the bag online and then you have 24-48hours to pay for the bag via bank transfer.

I always film my unboxings live and share them with my audience especially since this was my first purchase with this reseller.

When received the parcel I opened the box & I saw a tear in the leather on the flap. I also saw pink colour transfer on the bag from the damp hot pink tissue paper that was wrapped around the bag! There was moisture inside the box! I have video evidence.

I also did not receive a "deluxe pillow shaper" that was stated in the description. The bag was not as described. Margareth DeCunto described this bag as "excellent pristine mint condition". It is clearly not!!

I immediately take photos of the condition of the bag and the parcel & email her with the photos attached.

She replies saying she usually inspects all her bags carefully. She said sorry.

She gives me 2 options: I keep the bag and she refunds me $100 or I can return the bag for a refund.

I reply saying I would like to return the bag bc the bag is not as described with the tear and colour transfer.

She says she will organise a Return Shipping Label for me. Approx an hour later she says she can't organise a return shipping label because I am outside of Europe. She asked me to return the bag back and give her the tracking number. I asked her to reimburse me for return shipping which cost me $96 as this is not my fault and at first she says yes, that is until she received the bag back…and then she went quiet.

When she received the return & she said she can’t see colour transfer on the bag trying to make excuses to not reimburse me return shipping. She ignores the issue of the flap tear and just focuses on the colour transfer & also ignores the lack of the “deluxe pillow shaper”.

She emails me and asks for my Bank Details so she could refund me.
I gave her my Bank Details and also reminded her of my Return Postage cost of $96.

She emails me 3 days later and asks if she could refund me via Paypal as it is easier for her and asks for my Paypal details.

A bit iffy I said it should be fine…
Margareth sends me a payment via Paypal which I have the choice to accept or refuse payment. I clicked on her PayPal transaction to see how much that converts to. I refused payment as I’d be losing out on $650 conversion and fees. At this point she still refuses to reimburse me for return shipping!!

I email her saying it’s best to refund the same way I paid her which was via bank transfer. I said I already gave her my bank details.

She emails back says shipping is not refundable. She then accuses me of tearing the bag!? So I paid €50 euro shipping to me and also $96 for return shipping plus $650 loss on conversion & fees!! All I’m asking is for return shipping to be reimbursed!!

She says once the funds are returned to her via Paypal she will refund the money to me via Bank Transfer. All Paypal transactions are instant! She keeps coming up with excuses! She then ignores my emails & only replies once every 2 weeks & her excuse was her arm hurts… I wait patiently whilst extremely stressed and still no refund to be seen week in week out dragging on for months!!

Not only did she receive the bag back, she has since sold the bag, is ignoring me, plus still no refund!! I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund!!!!

I called her bank and also filed a police report in her country.

As she only accepts Bank Transfer there is no protection for the customer and she can point the finger and blame which is what she’s good at, she loves to play the victim!

3 months later she finally decides to refund me, she was waiting until her EURO got stronger against the DOLLAR! I lost out on conversion fees & shipping both ways! Which was about $825 all up!

Where an item is not as described I am entitled to a full refund including return shipping costs.

This was a horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN Margareth!!

Though it has taken a while till it landed, I have to say that the condition of bag, the way of packaging, and the lovely surprise (from the greeting card and tote bag) have blown my mind away.

I have different shopping experiences with sellers from Japan and US. And I must confront that DWB beat them all by making me feel being valued and cared.

Extremely rude customer service, She doesn’t reply to your kind emails or messages, A very snobby person. Very rude to treat people this way, You should have the decency to reply to people and not leave them on read. People please go somewhere else as this person just doesn’t deserve your money. Also her bags are really overpriced. Find another nice and kind reseller, There are plenty.

Fantastic, bought the chevron mini at Margareth. At first I had a few questions about the payment, so I sent her an Instagram message and she replied within a few hours on the weekend.
