I love your Coloursoft and Inktense ranges. These give colours are great and the fact you can buy individual pencils means that I can build up a collection.
I am enjoying experimenting with art and these products are both interesting and challenging (in a good way!). They arrived promptly and were very well packed. Thank you.

The pencils arrived very quickly
The pencils arrived very quickly which I was surprised by because I live in Australia. Mind you the postage was extremely expensive, so I suppose I got what I paid for. I was also happy with the info I received letting me know when they were going to be delivered. The pencils were placed in lovely tins and arrived in very good condition. I love Derwent pencils; it is not easy to get individual pencils here. So, I am glad I can get them from overseas.

Incredibly Impressed…
I was incredibly impressed about how quick I received my order. It only took four days for it to arrive in South Africa from the UK. The package was sealed so the pencils wouldn't break in transit as well. Just great!

Good choice of quality pencils and pastel pencils
Good choice of quality pencils and pastel pencils to add to my collection. They came is storage tins that were well sealed. It is just a real shame that I can’t buy wooden boxes to house my growing collection of Derwent products.

Disappointment into satisfaction.
Was disappointed that it took longer than the 3-5 working days to reply to my email as indicated by the automated response, however the subsequent contact was excellent. Was totally surprised by the tin the pencils arrived in but now that I know it takes 6 pencils I will adjust my needs in future Thank you.

Flawless
The importation to Argentina are always painful, but with this purchase the pencils arrived directly to my house in perfect state and even before than the expected. Flawless!
Also, be able to buy only the individual pencils that I was missing in my collection instead of a full set, it's always a good deal specially with the discounts of build your own tin.
Extremelly happy with my purchase.
