I love your Coloursoft and Inktense ranges. These give colours are great and the fact you can buy individual pencils means that I can build up a collection.
I am enjoying experimenting with art and these products are both interesting and challenging (in a good way!). They arrived promptly and were very well packed. Thank you.

Great colour chart
Great colour chart, easy to navigate, lovely pencils, well packed and arrived swiftly; these pencils are a delight to use, very pleased with the new blue and green additions to the range ! It is good to be able to buy individual colours to create a personal colour palette.

Brilliant service from Derwent. I spoke to a helpful member of staff for advice. The website was very easy to use,and there was a massive choice to choose from,when selecting for a make your own tin. The selection arrived well packaged and presented,and less than 24 hours after ordering. Will be happy to place further orders,and recommend.

I received my choice of drawing pencils…
I received my choice of drawing pencils promptly. The tin was a bit dented, which I reported to them. A replacement tin has now arrived in tact in the post….so I’m happy now.

Perfect pencils
Easy to use website, postage was a bit pricey but my gosh it was worth it! My order literally came the next day, it was double packed to keep it safe and I was very impressed with the whole thing. I absolutely love my new chromaflow pencils and I'll be back for more!

I love that you can order an empty tin…
I love that you can order an empty tin online and fill it with any pencil from any range. I already had the older set of 24 Derwent Drawing pencils, and now the range has increased to 72 I bought 24 of the new colours that I feel will be most useful for my art. I'll probably end up getting a few more as well. These pencils have unique dense and matte laydown. Of all the pencils I have, they were already one of my favourites and I'm sure the new colours will make this range even more useful and popular.
