I love your Coloursoft and Inktense ranges. These give colours are great and the fact you can buy individual pencils means that I can build up a collection.
I am enjoying experimenting with art and these products are both interesting and challenging (in a good way!). They arrived promptly and were very well packed. Thank you.

love the pencils but they came scuffed
love the idea of being able to mix and match my own tin, and the delivery was as swift as one could want, giving i ordered at new years, it came within the first week of january.
unfortunately, i do have some small issues with my purchase:
1) the tin is loose, and the pencils can roll on top of each other inside it, making the lid open (this didnt bother me too much, because i wasnt planning on using it, but it was a little annoying when i hadnt switched to my pencil case yet)
2) the wood quality on the pencils isnt the best - my pencils came with scuff marks all the way down the pencil, and the wood tends to splinter when i sharpen them

Lavender Ash & Rose Quartz Chromaflow…
Lavender Ash & Rose Quartz Chromaflow Duplicates
I recently purchased 53 single Chromaflow pencils directly from Derwent. The quality has been fine except for the following. Two pencils Lavender Ash and Rose Quarz are exactly the same hue, with the Rose Quartz being just a smidgen darker. When these colours are viewed separately you cannot tell the difference. I feel tricked into spending my money on duplicate pencils.
