Dekrastone Anmeldelser

Brilliant company wouldn’t get worktops anywhere else!! So friendly and helpful - Scott helped us pick the stone and we went to pick our piece along with getting amazing chopping board. Also the best cost effective place too for stone. Really fair pricing and amazing customer service. Thank you!! Rory & Rebecca

Amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we had dealings with from the company we’re very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with our worktop!

I would just like to thank Scott and his team Lyndsay and Chris. who help and design an outstanding work top which is truly unique, the final product is exactly what I was looking for. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Dekra Stone. I am already planning my next project and looking forward to contacting Dekra stone to help design. Julie

Love our new marble worktop for our bar area. Customer service was excellent.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!

From selecting the worktop, getting the template service to the final product, you can’t ask for better.

All of the above was delivered at a excellent price.

Scott delivered a good honest opinion on the products.

He gave me the best product that suited my needs even when a more expensive product would have been an easier sale.

Chris the template technician spent his time getting it measured to perfection he even adjusted the kitchen cabinets to the correct height and levelled them.

I’ve never had this done in any of the other companies that I used before Dekrastone.

WELL DONE GUYS!

In summary Dekrastone have made a usually stressful process very easy.

From my 1st contact with Dekrastone through to completion of my granite worktop installation the service has been second to none. Lyndsay in particular has been extremely helpful and patient arranging the visits to my house on Isle of Arran and even when we were hampered with ferry difficulties she couldn’t have been more helpful. The installation went seamlessly with the friendly, polite and professional team of Kris and his colleague. The quality and finished appearance of the granite is absolutely amazing, it truly gives our kitchen the wow factor. I cannot recommend Dekrastone highly enough.

Dekrastone has been great and we now have a cracking worktop that we are absolutely delighted with. The bevel edge is buttery smooth. The overall finish is just fantastic. The staff were helpful and polite.

We have been delighted with Dekrastone and would recommend them to anyone.

The entire process of working with Dekrastone for the installation of our kitchen worktops was exceptional. From the initial contact for a quote, through the showroom visit, the templating, the fitting and administration of the process was a smooth professional operation. Every team involved provided excellent service but above all the feeling we had was that everyone involved from Dekratone cared that we received exactly what we wanted.

The quality of the product was top class and only enhanced by the excellent customer service provided by the whole team.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dekrastone to anyone looking for five star customer service.

Cheers

The entire process of purchasing our worktops from Dekrastone was a very positive experience. Scott was and the team from start to finish were professional and polite. They where the only ones that were able to come up with a solution to our specific needs. The install team were very polite and efficient. Great experience all round.

Great service and products. Browsed website initially and then visited showroom where the staff were super helpful. Ordered online with the bespoke ordering service and worktops arrived on time and great condition. Would highly recommend.

After a visit to Dekrastone’s showroom at Dalmarnock Station we were impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Samples of the stones we liked was sent to us within a few days helping us to decide what looked best. Measuring and installation went smoothly and any problems we came across was sorted without fuss and to suit us.
I would happily recommend this company to family and friends.

Recently Dekrastone installed new Silestone Lusso worktops . This has totally transformed and modernised my kitchen, and I am absolutely delighted. The whole Dekrastone team are totally professional and meticulous in every detail. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had, but I cannot over emphasise how exact every minute detail had to be before Kristaps was happy. Now looking forward to having my kitchen table covered in Silestone Lusso too.

My partner and I found out about this organisation via a friend at work and what a team! Polite, friendly and extremely helpful from first point of contact. No pressure to buy and plenty of time to decide on the options available without feeling rushed. Job was carried out quickly and efficiently and both Michael and Chris were extremely professional, charming and at all times very helpful by being open and knowledgable to any questions asked. Would highly recommend them both who would be welcome back to work in my home without any doubt. The stone we ordered for our kitchen worktops. Just WOW!! 😍 but if you don’t believe this review, go see for yourself! The options are endless and I would 100% recommend this company to a friend. Great experience from start to finish!

A fantastic job done by a great company. From the initial meeting with Scott and Guy the planning and organising of the job has been first rate. The finished job looks brilliant and installed by Michael and co who were on time and total professional.

We used Dekrastone for our kitchen worktops 5 years ago and loved the marble so much we have just fitted our new kitchen with the same spec stone. It has a beautiful hardwearing finish and the template technician was so meticulous from start to finish the fit is perfect, all from one piece of stone with no unsightly join. Very happy.

Really pleased to be able to give a 5 star review. Having made our worktop choice last year at the Cosentino showroom we had contacted a firm locally who quoted a higher price and then did not reply to our emails. In contrast, Dekrastone were very efficient in providing a competitive quote and then arranging templating and installation within a week. We valued the regular phone updates confirming visit times and the great care taken by Kris in ensuring that we had discussed all the cutting options to achieve the best layout. After a long building project, this part has been simple & straightforward and the resulting island worktop looks great!

Absolutely brilliant buying experience, the extensive selection of stone is superb, the knowledge of the team in Dekrastone is first class, great advice and the granite I bought was excellent value for money. They have a very courteous and experienced team that carry out the template & fitting.
The only stone company I would use from now on
Brilliant service from start to finish

DEKRASTONE

We first visited Dekrastone in August 2017 when we were looking for stone worktops for our new kitchen. There we met Craig who took our plans and gave us a really good quote for Silestone. However, installation of our new kitchen was delayed for various reasons (nothing to do with Dekrastone) and so we were not able to get back to Dekrastone until January 2018.

At that time, I tried to contact Craig again to go ahead with the order but was not able to get any response from him. Our kitchen supplier then got in touch with Guy (the owner of Dekrastone) who personally re-quoted for us, taking into account a couple of modifications that we had requested. The price increased and was a little more than I expected so I went to the workshop to talk with Guy. He seamed like a really genuine person with a passion for his work and explained that Craig had left under a bit of a cloud and that he was having to start the company over again (which at first I was a little unsure of). He showed me around the workshop and also his other cabin building business and explained the situation. I spoke with my wife and we decided to go ahead despite the price increase, as it was still much better than any other quotes we’d received from other suppliers and they did include a splash-back in our utility room for free. Guy arranged for one of his installers (Chris) to come out the very next day to template the worktops for us.

THE FITTED PRODUCT

The worktops were ready in about 10 days and Chris came out again with another lad to install them. It took just over half a day to install them and I could not be happier with the work. My wife is incredibly particular about detail (drives me crazy at times) but she could not find a single fault. The quality of the sealing between worktops, splash-backs and up-stands is perfect and the fit is spot on with a lovely finish around the edges, sinks, drainage groves and window sills, it's almost too nice to use. I took photos and showed them to our kitchen designer who was equally impressed with the finish. My neighbour was having a kitchen fitted at the same time and their fitter knew Chris and Dekrastone and spoke highly of both so I'm glad I made the decision to go ahead as I could have easily decided to go elsewhere.

I would recommend Dekra to anyone looking for stone worktops, and my experience does not reflect that of the previous reviewer.
