Dekrastone Anmeldelser

Staff in the showroom were lovely to deal with and so were the fitters. Nice people and a nice job.

We are absolutely delighted with our worktops and splashbacks. Dekrastone staff are professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with fantastic customer service.

Excellent service provided by Dekrastone. The staff at the showroom were very helpful from us going in to look at the stone right up to it being fitted in our home.
The fitters did a great job at putting it in. All done quickly and no mess left behind.

I’ve just had my worktop fitted this afternoon. The guys arrived at the exact time they told me they would, worked away at fitting the stone worktop and gave me no hassle. They were very knowledgable and explained all the do’s and dont’s before they left. They were very polite and tidied up before they left. Love my worktop.

Excellent service from start to finish with additional above and beyond assistance. The quality of the product and workmanship is also outstanding. I honestly cannot fault the company or the employees and would 100% recommend them to anyone

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We chose Dekrastone for many reasons, but mainly the level of professionalism and value for money. From the staff at the showroom helping choose a worktop, to the pre-fitting contact to the template, to lastly the fitters today! Fantastic customer care, kept in the loop and a beautiful worktop expertly fitted. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dekrastone fitted our worktop in our kitchen 5 years ago. They also fitted out utility 1 year ago, hence no issue recommending a fitting for our daughters first flat.

The shpwroom having been updated, made the experience even easier, in, chat to specialists, define the ask, grab a coffee, pay the deposit and go.

Thereafter the appointment for templating, as it should be , is very thorough, which is why the fitting less than one week later goes seamlessly.

100% recommend Dekrastone.

I can Highly recommend this company! Service from the offset was FANTASTIC! Emma in the showroom have us great confidence with her product knowledge! Team of fitters also brilliant! Can’t thank you all enough for a pleasant experience and outstanding service!! 11/10 from us!!!!

Good communication. Flexible with fit dates when kitchen issues arose.

The staff at Dekrastone are lovely. Emma and Lyndsay were always helpful. They helped us choose the right stone for our kitchen and we absolutely love it.
I was not there for the fitting but my builder was there to oversee it. There was an error in the window ledge measurement but that was rectified quickly with a replacement.
When I did speak with the fitter he was very polite and gave me good advice on how to look after my new worktop.
I would recommend Dekrastone.

First class service from showroom experience to final fitting. Delighted with our worktops. Great communication and professionalism from all staff!!

As our forever kitchen we had one chance for perfection but a visit to the showroom instilled confidence with answers and reassurance from Lyndsay followed by a seamless journey to installation via Emma's ready communication and of course the efficient fitters with impressive precision and finish to our Aeris Dekton worktops.

This was a model experience which others will struggle to emulate. I am pleased, my wife is elated....what's not to like?

Dekrastone came highly recommended to me by a friend, following recommendations by other mutual friends who had also used them. My old, dated and dull kitchen has been completely transformed. I picked Dekton worktops which in my opinion are the main feature of the new kitchen. Everyone coming in simply say WOW and ask who fitted them. So glad I visited the showroom. Guy and Emma’s advice and help was amazing and the guys fitting them were highly entertaining into the bargain! Worth every penny 😊

Had our Dektastone worktops fitted last week, absolutely over the moon with them. They look beautiful, the finish on them is perfect. Start to finish the service was great, very professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Had our worktops fitted by Dektastone earlier this week and we’re just thrilled with them. They look absolutely beautiful (Dekton Laurent) and the workmanship is top notch. Service from the company was second to none, everything was so well organised, communicated and all members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have just had our Dekton Trillium worktops and upstands fitted and we are delighted. The product is fabulous and looks stunning in our new kitchen. The team at Dekrastone were brilliant to work with from start to finish. All of the staff have been professional and friendly. Emma and Lindsay in the showroom were extremely helpful and took lots of time with us to chose the right product and were great at keeping us informed throughout the project. Chris was very thorough in carrying out the templating and the fitting team were very efficient and friendly. Overall an exceptional service and I have no hesitation in recommending Dekrastone.

From the moment i stepped into the Dekrastone showroom, the team couldn't have been any more welcoming or helpful. They were happy to spend time discussing the best options for my new kitchen & costing up the job. My new worktops were fitted today and the team were friendly, polite and did an excellent job. I'm so delighted. I had looked elsewhere for a comparable quote and the difference in service and courtesy between the other company and Dekrastone was like night & day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dekrastone. Great work from the entire team & a very happy customer.
