First class experience with Dekrastone.
From our first visit to the showroom to the finished product we have been impressed.
Emma spent loads of time helping us pick our worktops and thereafter the finer details.
Nothing was a problem and a quick turnaround from templating to fitting.
Delighted with my worktops and would recommend Dekrastone to anyone looking for a premium product from a team of staff who are professional , easy to work with and responsive.
Well done Guy and the team.

We recently had our silestone Et Statuario worktop fitted from Dekrastone team. We are absolutely delighted with it, it compliments our kitchen perfectly. Thank you to Emma for putting up with us and rearranging our appointments as we had to delay our original fitting date. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the staff were both helpful and honest. The overall service was excellent and the fitting and finished product looks wonderful. I’d highly recommend the company… you won’t be disappointed

Having recently moved into a new house, we were looking to upgrade the kitchen worktop. Thankfully, when researching how best to add a marble/quartz style countertop, we were recommended Dekrastone.

In visiting their showroom we met with Emma who offered some great advice and showed us some possible options. She helped us decide on our choice colour and explained that this could be fitted to our kitchen counter, splashback and island.
Emma also helped as we opted to extend the kitchen island, creating a breakfast bar area.

This was then measured, designed and cut before our fitting date was confirmed. The whole process took a little over two weeks from start to finish.

We also have to highlight both Michael and Graeme who came to do the final installation. Both were really helpful and professional throughout, while delivering a great service.

Can't rate the team at Dekrastone highly enough.

Fantastic experience from walking into the showroom all the way through to having the worktop top fitted.
We were kept up to date all the way through the whole process.
A very good experience, and would highly recommend.

I chose Dekrastone for a recent job after speaking with multiple other suppliers in the area. Dekrastone were by far the most friendly and professional I found.

The office staff were great to work with and kept in touch with the progress and the installation team left a good job.

Would highly recommend this company.

Could not recommend Dekrastone enough!
The whole process was stress-free, professional and seamless. Nothing was any trouble.
Lyndsay in the show room, was very approachable and knowledgeable and Emma who arranged fitting for us- nothing was a bother even when we decided on additions.
Kris who templated, was professional and very thorough and was happy to answer any questions. And finally Graham and Mariusz were professional and very polite. Everything was done to perfection and I am over the moon with everything!

Emma and Lindsay looked after us very well during the sales process and on site Michael and the young chap with him have done a super job with the install. Thanks very much. Happy to recommend.

Professional service right from the initial enquiry to the fitting. Good communication and staff turned up as scheduled. The worktop was expensive but it is very well fitted and looks great.

Had nothing but amazing experience with the team @ Dekrastone
They went over and above helping us with our Dekton stone worktop
Emma was so patient and helpful when I was indecisive and Michael the fitter was in no rush making sure it was finished to perfection.

I would highly recommend
Thank you

So happy with our quartz worktops. The staff at Derkastone were so helpful advising on the worktop that would look best in our kitchen. The fitters were amazing too. Turned up when they said they would to template and install. The worktops were installed in no time at all and the finish was perfect. Thank you for finishing off our kitchen to an extremely high standard!

Delighted with the service.
Pleased with the pre-installation communication; keeping us abreast of progress so that other trades could be informed.
The guys doing the installation were very professional, very conscious of the quality of their work and courteous. The install was no hassle and clean.
Happy to recommend.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Great showroom with very high quality products. We love our Dekton worktop and were delighted with the whole process from templating to fitting. Thank you!

Customer service has been second to none. From when we visited the showroom to templating and fitting. Nothing was too much bother and was so happy they could bring my dates forward as the kitchen was fitted earlier than expected.

Excellent service provided by Dekrastone. From the first discussions at their office where the staff were very welcoming to our in depth discussions with Ivan who took us through the process of choosing which type of kitchen worktop was exceptional. Good attention to detail and a quick initial quote. Very approachable and Dekrastone were very happy to take phone calls and keep in touch re templating and installation, both of which went very well with Kriss and then Graham showing great attention to detail, open to discussion and question’s throughout and displayed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Nothing was too difficult and we felt we were in good hands.
Thanks to all at Dekrastone, we are delighted with our Fugen Quartz worktop which has transformed our kitchen.
Natalie and Alex

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Emma & Lyndsay in the office were so helpful & friendly when trying to decide what I wanted. There was no pressure after they gave us a quote and we chose them in the end because they were simply the most personalised and interested in our plans. The install was quick, clean and the guys were great! We had a small issue with the size of the cut-out for the hob, and Emma sent the guys straight back out next day no-fuss, and it was sorted in 20mins. I always rate a company by how they handle an issue, not the issue itself. Really happy and would really recommend

Fantastic services from start to finish. The attention to detail in all matters is outstanding! I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Dekrastone!

Customer service, knowledge, price, helpfulness and professionalism are just some of the reasons why we returned to Dekrastone. A special thanks to the girls in the office for helping me pick the perfect stone for our bathroom project. Ready for pick-up earlier than expected. Experts in handling customer’s expectations and all done with a smile.

New kitchen worktop, from the sales team, templating team and the installation team everyone was very polite and professional

Staff in the showroom were lovely to deal with and so were the fitters. Nice people and a nice job.
