Dekrastone Anmeldelser

I’ve just had my worktop fitted this morning and am thrilled with the finished article. I can’t praise Dekrastone enough for their friendly and professional service. Everyone in the team that I dealt with were wonderfully helpful and patient, even although delays on my side meant it took more than a year from when I first went to see them to getting the worktop fitted! Lyndsay and Emma, Scott and Michael and Graham have all been brilliant and the finish is beautiful. Not to mention a much better price than anyone else I tried. All in all, if you are looking for a quality worktop and professional service, please go and see the team at Dekrastone. Thanks guys, Susan Lennie

We decided to remodel our large kitchen to a very high standard. The worktop was over 5m long and we want a fully matching 50cm splash-back. We hunted around and decided on Dekrastone. They came out and measured, built templates and provided plenty of very good advice, which was not about selling more stuff but a genuine desire to provide the best quality finish. Fitting was arranged within a few days of the worktop arriving in the UK and it fitted perfect first time and no issues. The hole process was quick and efficient without any pressure from sales people, a total joy to work with these guy.

Recently had my worktop/ breakfast bar supplied and fitted with dekrastone. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Excellent workmanship and looks amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I chose emerald breccia quartz haven’t regretted it 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Glad we took our time with a couple of visits to the show room.
Lyndsay was very helpful and guided us through the process from start to finish. We took our time deciding on our final worktop layout as we were nervous about putting a heavy stone worktop on top of 15 + year old Ikea cabinets. We sent numerous photographs and queries which were answered promptly and with a "no problem attitude". We changed our minds about details several times and each time asked for repricing (version 8) was again no problem. Dekrastone worked with our appliance suppliers and fitters giving us confidence that the project would go smoothly which of course it did. Michael and Graham carried out the templating, offering us advice, reassured us about the final look and checked we were happy before arriving a week or so later to fit the worktop - again done very smoothly and professionally and as expected the finish was excellent.

We have been dealing with Dekrastone during an extensive kitchen refurbishment. Can't recommend them enough, professional, thorough and very approachable. All at an extremely competitive price. Both Michael and Graham who templated and fixed the countertop were extremely professional, affable and thorough. Good old fasion service, of which we see very little of these days.

What a reliable and efficient company to deal with. From initial viewing and selecting stone to templating and fitting everything was carried out in a very efficient, courteous and timely fashion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dekrastone to friends and family

Just finished renovating my kitchen and was delighted with the service provided by Dekrastone. Such a delight to deal with, very professional, responsive, friendly and fair. I had 4 worktops installed all with upstands, two with sink cut-outs and one of those was a 3 meter long L shape - boy was I nervous when that was being carried in. However, nothing at all to worry about, everything went like clockwork, all appointments met, no delays and quality of finish was exceptional. Well done Dekrastone and thank you.

We have just had 3 beautiful diamond white quartz worktops fitted for our kitchen. Scott could not have been more helpful on our initial visit to the showroom giving us great advice on what to choose. When our kitchen was installed Chris then came out to template our worktops and then to fit them less than a week later. He was hugely professional with an eye for detail. He even managed to give us the clean lines we wanted around our bay window area using upstands and fitting these to perfection. His attention to detail for silicon beading was second to none. We are over the moon with this high end service and our worktops and would happily recommend them on.

A great experience from start to finish. The team were very communicative and proactive, providing advice and recommendations along the way. All resulted with excellent quality worktops.

Fantastic service from the whole team at Dekrastone. Two things that stood out for me was the quality of the job and patience showed by Dekrastone during the whole process. Moved into a new build and the kitchen had issues. Already picked a stone but called them to put everything on hold. At no point was I pressured into progressing my order. I changed my stone and design several times and they were always willing and available to help. The moment I was ready to proceed, everything happened swiftly from templating to installation. Big thank you the team (Guy, Grant, Katie, Lyndsey, Kristaps, Micheal and Graham).

Dekrastone were amazing right from the moment we made our initial enquiry. They promptly provided detailed and accurate quotes from the many different options we explored, exactly what we’d asked for – this seemed impossible for other suppliers.
Thank you specifically to Lyndsay who walked us through the multitude of options available at the showroom and adjusting dates around to arrange templating and fitting, several times.
Thank you to Kristaps for his meticulousness in working out the best solution while creating the template and finally to Michael and Graham who did fantastic job fitting our beautiful Silestone Ethereal Glow worktops, they look amazing.
We are delighted with the result!

I purchased a new kitchen and selected laminate worktops. I never considered quartz worktops as I thought they were well out of my budget but my fitter told me about Scott at Dekrastone and said that I would be pleasantly surprised. I thought I would check it out and probably conclude nice but not affordable. I was so wrong. I met Scott during his busiest time and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He worked really hard to help me find worktops which were within my budget and he talked me though the process and how it would work. Replacing a kitchen is extremely stressful and Scott’s team were just amazing. Graham and Michael came out to template the worktops and they were fitted yesterday. Honestly they have transformed my kitchen to the point I think I’m in a showroom or someone else’s kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scott and his team at Dekrastone. Their customer care is 100% and the products speak for themselves. If I can afford them anyone can.

I feel that i just have to add a little to the review my wife has left.

If you need a Stone worktop please go here first. From our first visit to the showroom to the install the service from Scott and Lyndsay and the fitting team was simply brilliant, very clear detail on the quote and the plans and more importantly superb communication.

We had a number of issues with our build and kept changing the dates for templating and fitting, it must have moved 5 or 6 times. This was no issue to Scott and Lyndsay who were very understanding and pulled it out the bag for us so that we had a working Kitchen for Christmas. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to add to to the review my wife left.

Look no further than Dekrastone for your stone worktop.

From start to finish Dekrastone were amazing, specifically Scott. They couldn’t have been more helpful, the finished result is just perfect and was fitted in time for Christmas. Thank you all so much, first class service.

Having decided to give our kitchen a makeover with new worktops we decided on Quartz replacements. There are many suppliers out there who talk a good game, but the team at Dekrastone know how to walk the talk. That’s what sets them apart from the herd.
From the first email enquiry giving them sizes from an excel spreadsheet drawing – they produced a good estimate A visit to the showroom introduced us to Scott. He took time to sketch out the kitchen and provide a proper estimate.
This was followed by a visit from Kris and colleague from the fabrications who spent several hours accurately measuring the job and producing a template. This was important as the gas hob sat on peculiar, shaped set of cabinets.
I needed a plumber/gas engineer to disconnect the water etc. as well as have my old worktops removed and Scott arranged this in the quote. The plumber, Harrison turned up an hour before the installation team and this went smoothly. He came back the following day and reconnected everything back up.
When the installation team installed the worktops, you could see the excellent craftmanship of the fabricators. Every corner was rounded, and the edges chamfered to perfection.
Scott came back for an after-care visit to inspect the work.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dekrastone as a company who carry out excellent work with professional personal service.

Really positive experience from start to finish and the worktop is exceptional.

I am over the moon with the worktops and guidance I received from Guy, Lyndsay and the fitting team at Dekrastone. What I really loved about them was their attention to detail, quick turnaround and overall finish. Plus Dekrastone’s customer service was second to none. I felt very confident in their team and will definitely be using them again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I'm really pleased I bought my kitchen worktop from Dekrastone. All the team are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and highly efficient. From when I chose and ordered the stone, to the template and then the fitting I recieved five star customer service from each and every team member.

I especially want to say a big thank you to Lyndsey. She was very very helpful and patient. She made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. And was always happy to answer any of my queries. Thankfully the prices are very competitive too which was a huge bonus.

I'm really happy with my worktop and the finished result. My kitchen looks amazing. Big thanks to Guy and his team!

Absolutely delighted with worktop for our new kitchen. It looks beautiful. Service from Dekrastone was superb from beginning to end. They couldn’t have been more helpful despite having to be contacted on numerous occasions over a period of more than a year due to COVID. The fitters were great and even went back to cut a new piece when they decided it didn’t match up. Thank you.

That feelgood feeling that I sometimes get when first entering an establishment and meeting the staff, was there and just continued...After visiting few other suppliers we arrrived at Dekrastone and settled. Lyndsay met us and was very attentive, and if she didn't know an answer she asked someone who did, no pretence. Easily planned by Scott, and his team, templates made by Chris and fitters who just came done the job and left, no fuss, no hassle...just easy!
The Sensa, Colonial White granite looks fabulous and shines. Pictures when backboards are finished.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Great product, thank you.
