Not sure how these con merchants manage to get legitimate negative reviews removed.

The only site to have ever compromised my email account - avoid.

SCAM Company took money and did nothing. Tried to contact them numerous times by telephone and email and have not had a call back in over 2x weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam. Think twice before listing with on their site. I did not receive any replies from them when I asked for help, neither did I receive any calls or emails from anyone even though my car was priced low. Had to report to paypal to get my money back, which I did thankfully.

I believe this service is a scam only have the same company ask What price do you want, but never reply !!!!!! MORGANMOTORS !!! who are they

Seems to be a scam as I too had a fast response to the advert from Antonio from Morgan Motors who failed to respond to my answer to his query and no other queries received. DealerBird also failed to answer my complaint. I suggest one to avoid

I paid my £10 and wrote my advert. Dealer Bid didn't advertise my car and didn't answer any of my attempts to contact them.
Fortunately I had paid with PayPal and got my money back.
I would avoid this company at all costs

Pays my money. Fully expected bids over the "webuyyour..." lot as was promised by Dealerbid website.

Two replies and neither wanted to make a bid, they crawl up to you asking "what do you want for car?".

Outcome, no firm offers then eventually one comes back with a derisory offer less than what I had been quoted of the "webuyyour..." (free) quotes.

WASTE OF £10.

My advice - keep your money and put it to a car wash. More luck on a free website like Jumtree.

At my age you think I would know this type of outfit are full of false promises and hot air. Ah well, you live and learn!

Absolutely gobsmacked with how easy your website has made selling our car.

We unexpectedly went car hunting on Sunday and my wife fell in love with the new Fiat500x at motor point. We were offered a part exchange price which I thought seemed a little low so decided to do some research over the weekend to see if we could get more from webuyanycar etc or try to sell privately.

most companies were at exactly the same price as we had been offered in px or slightly more but with the knowledge that they will try to reduce the price I decided this wasn't for us. I then thought a compromise between messing about with selling privately would be to advertise with you guys.

Again similar prices to what we had been offered so at least we had a fall back but then Belamy Motors in Leicester made an offer £600 more if collected the next day. They came as agreed at 11am, looked around the car and transferred payment to the missus (not me might I add).

In this day and age we are all to quick to leave negative comments if something hasn't gone exactly as we want it too so thought (as a business owner myself) I would make the effort to leave a positive comment.

Very happy I didn't part exchange and spent £10 to clean our car a tenner to list it on your site and £600 up... Well my wife is anyway !

sold my beloved C2 to Jon Murfin who has been brilliant. Made everything go like clockwork.

Sad to see her go but hopefully will find a good home. Never had a single problem with the car so will certainly make someone a good car.

This is a scam, it has to be, and I am extremely angry. I signed up several days ago to sell my car and paid my £10. I then received several supposed emails from buyers- to view them I had to log in to my account. It then said I had to pay another £10 to view them! I rang dealerbid on their 0845 number (costing me again god knows how much) twice and it goes straight to voicemail- I've left a voicemail, and I sent an email through their help section and I've had no response- that was a few days ago. They are clearly a scam and I am going to report them officially aswell

Utterly amazing dealer! Antonio agreed a very fair price for lour Freelander which we accepted on the site and he can the following Thursday to collect.

Unfortunately for us and due to my terrible paperwork keeping, we hadn't had two of the service stamps put in the service booklet and I couldn't find any of the paperwork receipts.

Rather than try to kick the price down Tony helped us track down who had done the service with the cars chassis number and arranged for the documents to be sent via email meaning the deal could go ahead as planned and we weren't out of pocket.

I uploaded my advert to their website and after reading reviews online thought it would be worth trying to sell my Fiat 500 through them. Overnight I was contacted by 2 "dealers" and was asked to pay £10 to see their messages. I paid the £10 and both messages were similar and not really interested in buying my car. I have had no other messages as promised and feel completely ripped off. I don't even know what the £10 I paid was used for.
Don't bother listing you car on here - nothing happens and you lose another £10 advertising it for nothing. I can only assume they wrote the reviews on here themselves.

After trying to sell my car twice with two different car buying websites I was reluctant in thinking I would get the price Morgan motors offered on the dealerbid website but my worries proved to be unfounded.

Antonio was a really fun chap to speak with and has restored some of my faith in the Motortrade.

I had a 2007 Peugeot which I had agreed an offer twice previously online with webuyanycar and wewantanycar but upon taking the car for inspection the prices on both occasions were changed "drastically". Although the car is clearly not a high end model or expensive the condition was very good and for both of these companies to try and justify reducing their offers just leads me to believe this is part of a carefully planned scam to lure people in.

My advice would be to do some research, and this is certainly what the dealer bid website helped me do. Antonio said he had a buyer for my car and after a bit of back and forth negotiating I eventually got the price I wanted which incidently was more than which both previous time wasting companies had offered.

The price certainly wasn't what I could have possibly got if I had tried to advertise myself but I wanted rid without the fussing about and Antonios offer was fair, he collected a couple of days later and was actually polite about my cars condition making no attempt whatsoever to go back on the price he offered.

Payment was made over a cup of coffee at my home and the whole process of paperwork took just ten or fifteen minutes.

In summary, if you are offered price online but then they offer substantially lower than originally quoted don't be quick to agree, there are other genuine buyers out there and for a fiver dealerbid is certainly a clever way to try and find them. Having the car collected saved me that in petrol alone.

I own an 8 year old Renault convertible - in pretty good condition. I live on the South London/Surrey border and there are plenty of garages and trade sellers around the area.

I thought I'd give Dealerbid (or QuickSellCar - they are the same company) a go as it only costs £10 to advertise.

The website is well designed and loading up the details/pictures was easy. However I only received 1 response from a dealer - an automated email asking how much I wanted to sell the car for.

I didn't receive any genuine bids from dealers.

Based on the other reviews on Trustpilot, Dealerbid may be a good idea if you have a newish car, but if your vehicle is older then forget it, and save your £10.

An excellent website that found us the best offer we could find for our BMW anywhere.

Lots of enquiries and offers but Tims was the best and assured us he could arrange collection around our circumstances as we needed the car until the night before we flew off to get married.

Everything went perfectly, money paid as agreed and car collected on time by a really nice gentleman.

Great response. Started getting calls and messages the same day I listed but was at a christening so struggled to respond as wasn't expecting such a quick reaction.

The garage who seemed really nice and offered the best price came yesterday to collect the car and sent the money through transfer to bank account.

Had tried selling through Autotrader for few weeks with little joy and it cost a lot more than the dealer bid site. Easy to use and priced correctly, very pleased.

I'd tried a number of different car buying websites to sell our car all of which were a waste of time, I'd be given one price on the website and a different one if we agreed to sell. This website advertises your car just to motor dealers who email you about your car and make you offers.

I had a number of dealers interested and all were quite upfront with what they would offer beforehand.

The dealer collected on bank holiday Monday and paid exactly what they agreed on the site.

Great tool for checking you're getting the right price.

Sold our Ford Focus after 5 days of being put on the site. For £9 it is a bargain considering I hadn't got a single call from my £65 advert on Autotrader.

There was a bug with the phone app where it wasn't keeping conversations but this was rectified with a new version I was advised to download.

The dealer we sold to redline offered us a very good price and they arranged to collect the car form our home.

Really nice people to deal with should you have contact with them. They couldn't have made things any more straightforward.

I would recommend making sure you use the app as this made answering questions much easier than loggin in every five minutes. All in all very happy.
