I have a problem with my insurance…
I have a problem with my insurance company called DCL last year my car was stripped off the front bumper and the two lights are stolen and I reported to my insurance and it took them to finished over four months at that time and I lost my earnings and I’m struggling to pay for my bills as well .
The second time was happened to my car as well they stripped as of what they done a year ago this time they took front bumper, bonnet and the two front lights and they broke down to the driver side mirror as well so when I claim through my insurance they haven’t done any thing to fix my car it took them a while to get the parts and at this time I’m struggling with my expenses and I’m behind to cover for my bills as well, And I spoke with them so many times with the customer service representatives but they are not helpful and they don’t care, so still I’m out of work and they don’t know how long to get done the car . And I don’t think they have a communication between them one. And specially if you are a Taxi driver every thing is to hard to cover your expenses. I hope everyone they can see my problems with DCL and I hope everyone can understand it this situations from my experience.

Do Not Trust this DCL company.
I was insured with DCL back in 2024. Someone hit and run with my Taxi car and I managed to chase the driver and confronted him that he just hit and run my Taxi. I took photos of the car/number plate involved and told DCL insurance company with photo proof. The DCL then contacted their appointed Law firm to deal with the case. The case run for about 1 and half years and the final decision made by the Law firm was that the evidence I provided was insufficient and therefore I was held responsible of the incident and I ended up losing my £500 excess. How did they figured this out ?. I was the one who was affected by this incident and I ended up paying the penalty. Why ?. Don't trust this company. The company has treated me very unfairly and I have lost the trust in this company forever.

Fast and prompt response
Fast and prompt response, I was busy and wasn’t able to attend calls, Adel from DCL was polite and patient. Eventually I mailed to say I was now available. Got a call from Adel who explained my insurance renewal. I was happy with the whole process. Five stars from me
